Hotel location is perfect, close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops all in few minute walking distances. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is very helpfull and polite, speaks good english. The room was big and luxurious, very clean and comfortable, nice beds. The breakfest buffet is great, even for a vegetarian! At arrival a few malfunctions i bathroom - which were fixed nextday - within acceptale time-limits. Overall good staff.

The Hotel could not be better situated as it is close to the Metro, shops and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The bathroom door being glass, albeit opaque, was interesting..........

Very convenient and satisfied. Got our room later than expected at 2:30pm and was given a double room with an extra bed which is too small for 3 people. Hotel […] staff was nice and responsive to change to a family room which was extremely nice. Room has no bath tub and breakfast is expensive but plenty of cafe within 1 min walk. "Too small twin room"
The designated twin room was too small like domitory and one bed is over the other. We claimed these and they moved us to near other same chain hotel. Was not good experience.

this hotel was great because it was in a great spot. The customer service was also great and the establishment was nice, clean and modern. I'm coming back here whenever I return to Madrid.

"Great price, great location"
This hotel was great for the price! The room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly... They provided great restaurant suggestions in the area. The location could not have been better.... A 2 minute walk to La Rambla! Definitely recommend this hotel!

"Boa localização, bom atendimento e quarto pequeno"
O hotel é bem localizado, mas alguns quartos são desconfortáveis. Pedi para mudar de quarto 2 vezes. O primeiro quarto tinha uma cama muito pequena e o segundo tinha o teto caído, não tinha janela, apenas uma abertura superior. Quase não conseguia escrever ao computador na mesa, pois minha cabeça batia no teto! O terceiro, finalmente, era mais confortável! […] Os funcionários foram muito solícitos e me ajudaram a resolver os problemas relatados e também foram muito prestativos em outros assuntos. Lesa meira

Hotellet låg väldigt centralt, vilket var toppen! Har inget att klaga på, det var rent, fräscht, städades varje dag, internet fungerade, personalen var trevlig och priset var väldigt bra för detta läge! Rekommenderas verkligen, speciellt till er som reser med vänner som jag gjorde.

El hotel estaba centrico, limpio y era de calidad, pero nos pusieron en una habitació a pie de calle que daba a un patio interior parecia un poco zulo, con la cama en una esquina de manera que solo quedaba un pasillo estrecho. el baño muy amplio podria redistribuir el espacio y ganar un poco para la habitación. Y la puerta, era un cortafuegos, parecia […] que entrabas en el almacen Muy mal pensado la distribución por el resto bien, algo caro para lo que ofrecen. Lesa meira

En general nuestra estancia ha sido bastante positiva. En primer lugar porque no hay mucha oferta de habitaciones para 4 personas y en todo caso suelen ser con camas supletorias o sofás-cama; en cambio aquí todos hemos podido dormir en cómodas camas. En general está limpio, aunque la moqueta puede ser un poco inapropiada para personas con alergias. […] La habitación es amplia y el baño también, además de muy nuevo. creo que estaria bueno que sean un poco mas grandes las habitaciones familiares, los baños no estan compartimentados y si hay cuatro debes esperar que termine uno para que pase el otro, muy pegadas las camas de todos, pero en fin para dormir no esta mal es comodo.

Hotel très bien situé pour découvrir Madrid même à pieds mais hélas c'est bien là son seul point fort! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 mais qui était visiblement une chambre pour 2 dans laquelle on avait rajouté 1 lit simple à coté du lit double si bien que l'on ne pouvait même pas faire le tour des lits. L'insonorisation de la chambre était […] déplorable, on profite des bruits intérieurs et extérieurs à l'hôtel! Quant à la qualité de l'accueil, elle laisse plus qu'à désirer, personnel peu aimable et sans un sourire. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel qui se dit un 3 étoiles! Hôtel très bien situé pour le shopping! Notre chambre triple était en fait une chambre double avec un lit simple rajouté, alors que nos amies ont eu une chambre avec 1 lit double et des lits superposés donc bcp d'espace à leur disposition! un des ascenceurs est resté en panne pendant tout le w-end ce que je trouve léger ... Acces wifi gratuit par codes […] à demander à la réception. Salle de bain très sympa. Dans l'ensemble très bon hôtel Lesa meira
sono stato spostato all'Hotel petit palace nella piazza vicina, a duecento m. circa, apparentemente di classe superiore, per un overbooking. Però sembrava praticamente uguale al Tres Cruces, dove ero stato benissimo precedentemente. Personale gentilissimo e di aiuto.

Albergo bello, con buon rapporto qualità prezzo in posizione ottima per visitare città. Se site di sonno leggero chiedete le stanze sul retro, quelle su fronte strada alle volte risentono del rumore dei passanti. Unico dubbio riguarda il fatto che a me la stanza risultasse con colazione compresa, loro dicevano di no. Alla fine l'ho pagato (vale i poco […] più di 8 euro di costo) ma non sono ancora convinta. Ottima posizione , molto centrale, pulizia ok, personale molto disponibile. Unico neo siamo capitati in una stanza senza finestra, ma con un finestrone rivolto al cielo.

Hôtel très bien situé, a 1 minutes de la gran via, 2 minutes de la puerta del sol. Personnel très sympathique et disponible il n'y a rien a redire. Chambre pas très bien insonnorisées mais pas dérangeant non plus car l'hôtel est très calme. Wifi gratuit dans tout l'hôtel et ordinateur a dispo. Le seul bémol la literie trop ancienne. Hay habitaciones que cuestan lo mismo, por ejemplo las dobles y unas son mas amplias que otras, pero cuestan lo mismo, yo considero que deberían de especificarlo antes de hacer la compra y que los precios fuesen diferentes según la amplitud de la habitación, por el resto me parece muy buen hotel, excelente servicio.

Apesar de ter me decepcionado quanto a recepçao dos madrilenhos junto aos brasileiros gostei do hotel . Bem localizado,juntos a grandes pontos turisticos de Madri,Metro a100mts,restaurantes e Mcdonalds proximos.Excelente custo beneficio.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Gran Via, der bekannten Einkaufsstraße Madrids, allerdings in einer Seitenstraße. So war es Nachts sehr ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer. Es war nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätten wir uns besser gewünscht, ansonsten […] war es die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Lesa meira

camera tripla di dimensioni tali da non poterci camminare (3 letti singoli affiancati con necessità di scavalcare i primi 2 per andare sul terzo). Ho impiegato 3 giorni a convincerli di darmi 3 cuscini avendo 3 letti. Moquette molto sporca.
