Herbergi hafa útsýni yfir borg og húsagarð. Á Boutique Hotel Zara eru 74 herbergi með loftkælingu, í þeim eru öryggishólf (nógu stór fyrir fartölvur) og míníbarir. Koddavalseðlar í boði. Gestir geta notað ókeypis háhraðanettengingu um snúru í herbergjum. Í herbergjum eru sjónvörp með vökvakristalskjám (LCD) með gervihnattarásum og kvikmyndum (gegn gjaldi). Á öllum herbergjum eru skrifborð, öryggishólf og beinhringisímar. Á baðherbergjum eru sturtur og hárblásarar.
Til viðbótar eru í boði ókeypis dagblöð og opnanlegir gluggar. Í boði eru kvöldfrágangur, auka handklæði/rúmfatnaður og vakningarsímtal sé þess óskað. Þrif eru í boði daglega. Endurnýjun á öllum herbergjum lauk í maí 2011.

"Gott hótel á frábærum stað."Metið af Omar E frá "Garðabaer, Iceland" þann 25. ágú. 2011
Hótelið er frábærlega staðsett í hjarta miðbæjarins og stendur við göngugötu þar sem mannlífið iðar, með verslunum og veitingastöðum. Þrátt fyrir það eru herbergin þannig staðsett að þegar inn á þau er komið heyrist lítill sem enginn hávaði frá götu. Herbergið var með skandinavísku yfirbragði, smekklegt, þægilegt og þrifalegt. Mikill kostur var að hafa kælingu í herberginu enda heitt í veðri (35-37°C). Þá var minibar á herberginu og ólíkt því sem maður á oft að venjast þá var verð á því sem þar var að finna mjög hófstillt. Þjónustan var mjög fín og starfsfólkið bæði hjálplegt og elskulegt. Aðstoðaði m.a. við að panta "Airport Shuttle Bus", benti á spennandi staði (og veitingastaði) og aðstoðaði við að finna þessa staði á korti. Það starfsfólk sem ég átti samskipti við talaði allt ágæta ensku, sem er ekki sjálfgefið í Búdapest (og enn síður þegar komið er út fyrir borgina). Get varla nefnt neitt neikvætt um þetta hótel en ef ég rembist við að reyna að tiltaka eitthvað þá hefði gjarnan mátt vera boðið upp á fleiri erlendar sjónvarpsstöðvar (var einungis BBC) ekki síst þar sem allt sjónvarpsefni í Ungverjalandi er talsett og því hefur maður ekki hugmynd um hvað verið er að tala um. Jafnframt hefði morgunmaturinn, sem var innifalinn, mátt vera meira spennandi. Brauð og þess háttar var frekar þurrt og eins og hálfstaðið en þessa reynslu hef ég reyndar frá mörgum öðrum hótelum í Evrópu og get því vart sagt að þetta sé stór mínus fyrir Promenade hótelið sérstaklega. Heilt yfir - mæli eindregið með hótelinu - frábærlega staðsett og "worth every penny". :-)

Zara Boutique hotel in Budapest - two interesting ways to walk to the "centre, along the river or through the streets. Nice rooms, reasonable buffet breakfast ( they offered 1 free meal in their restaurant,thequality of which was perfectly fine). Staff very competent and very helpful. I wcompletely satisfied.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this Hotel and I would definitely book again. It's so central and the staff can not do enough for you . Loads of nice restaurants and bars close by as well . The rooms are small but very well maintained .

Pros: - The free breakfast included is really really good. Lots of good fresh food, and good option. - Good location - right across the road from the central market. Easy access to public transport. Good restaurants and tourist shopping in immediate area. 15 min walk to elizabeth and chain bridge. - The staff was very friendly and all spoke good english. […] You can purchase one trip tickets (public transport) from the front desk which is incredibly convenient) - The hotel is stylish and modern. The rooms are nice and clean. Flat screen TVs. Cons: - No wifi access in your rooms. You can only access free wifi from the hotel lobby. - Hotel lobby is not "non-smoking" (like many places in Eastern Europe) - Very small rooms (sleep, shower and get ready). No room to sit around. No view. - Walls are thin However, for the price that we paid and the service would definately go back. Very good location within walking distance to major sites and shopping. Good restaurant selections within 5-10min walks. The staff was very friendly and all spoke good english. The hotel is very stylishly decorated/designed. The rooms are nicely finished but are tiny.and have no views. These are rooms to sleep and dress, not lounge around.The inluded […] breakfast buffet was on par with other european hotels with a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, breads, fruits, etc. The dining area is also quite tight and during peak period, very up close and personal. "in the heart of budapest"
This is no doubt the best location if you want all the action of the market and shops such as resturants and suvonier , I would definatly stay here again.

Would definately stay there again. Perfect location. The public market is about 3 minutes away, and close to lots of shopping. On the negative, you can only get ice from the bar, and that's if they have any. The breakfest is good, but the lay out is not good. Everyone trying to find a table, and have to walk through everyone trying to get to the coffee. […] The staff was very nice and helpfu. Staff extremely helpful. The hotel is a great value for money. Hotel rooms are super clean. Although there is no view from rooms, the location is very convenient to the the sights. Wi-fi availability was disappointing. It was only available from lobby area, not guest rooms - even then only intermittently.
"The Hidden Gem of the Hotel is the Restaurant"
The hotel is very new. I guess it is called a boutique hotel because the room was quite small, just slightly bigger than the queen size bed with not a lot of space left. The room was clean and new. The shower has hot water 24 hrs a day which sometimes may not be the case in some European hotels. The location is excellent, right next to Vaci Street, […] and close to many tourist attractions. "Great hotel in great location"
It's in the middle of everything - Vaci road just off the hotel which is the main tourist street. Plenty to see, plenty to do. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are lovely - standard size for hotels in Budapest. No wifi in the room, only in lobby - but this wasn't an issue. Nice bar / lounge area for drinks later in the day, with a big screen. Breakfast […] was probably the only down side, but then again it was on par with every other hotel i've stayed in in Budapest... mainly continental, with scrambled eggs available too. Lesa meira

The hotel was ideally situated, close to the river and within easy reach of all major attractions. All the hotel staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Outstanding value. The Head of F & B was knowledgeable and charming; a valuable asset to the hotel.

I couldn't recommend this hotel higher. The staff were incredibly friendly giving good advice about the transport system, where to go to see the sights. They were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much for them to help us with. Would recommend this hotel for a weekend break. Desk staff very helpful. Rooms nicely decorated and clean if a bit on the small side. Good shower. Breakfast average - staff struggled to keep things flowing at peak times. Great location close to Market Hall and river.

"A very nice boutique hotel in Budapest"
The hotel was ideally situated. It was just 1/2 block from Vaci Utca, the main pedestrian walkway and one block from the Great Market Hall. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Unfortunately there was only the bed to sit on - none of our three rooms had a chair - if the furnture was rearranged a comfortable chair would be a big bonus. There was only the downstairs lounge in which to sit and talk - and the armchairs where glamorous but unfomfortable, except for people with bery long legs. "Hotel Zara, excellent but dont bother upgrading"
The Hotel Zara is an excellent boutique hotel. It does what is says. It is very clean, friendly and best of all it is in a great position. It is next to the Liberation bridge and right next to the the bus and tram stops. There is a cash point within a stones throw and covered market is right over the street. The rooms are small but very clean and modern. […] I would not bother with the upgrade as the only thing you get is a room at the back of the hotel (which is suposed to be quite) and a chocolate just one night. If you are only staying a few nights then i would say this is fine. The breakfast is excellent especially the scambled egg! All in all a nice well priced hotel. The Hotel Zara is ideal for a short break in Budapest. We stayed 3 nights and found the room to be perfectly acceptable. The bathroom with shower was particularly nice. This hotel was beautifully decorated in both the public areas and the rooms, which had a good-sized comfortable bed and excellent use of space and well-functioning air-conditioning. Small room and bathroom. In a good neighborhood. The breakfast was ok, it can get crowded. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. My only real complaint is the walls are very thin. You can hear people leaving their rooms, watching tv, talking.

The front desk people are first rate here. This hotel cares about its guests. There were umbrellas for customers. "HOTEL BUDAPEST"
Hôtel avec rapport qualité tout est super
Rummen var väldigt små. Jag läste om det innan men trodde inte riktigt att de kunde vara så små. Lyhörda rum. Frukosten - småvarmt var bara ljummigt hur tidigt man än kom till frukosten. Annars helt OK.

Hotellet ligger centralt tæt på Frihedsbroen. God service, fin morgenbuffet og småt men funktionelt indrettet værelse. Absolut et hotel vi kun kan anbefale og selv benytte igen, skulle vi lægge vejen forbi Budapest en anden gang.
