The rooms were spacious and very nice and tidy. Bathtub and balcony!! Location is perfect. The staff was ok, but not as friendly and professional as I would expect. Breakfast buffet was ok, but i would have expected a bit more to choose from that rate.

Hotel is very convenient for the Railway station and within reasonable walking distance of the rest of the city. The service was first class and the room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly large. It is not luxurious, but is perfectly comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and there is a lovely sunny reading room on the 4th floor with […] a library of books to borrow, many in English along with a wide range of french magazines. We did not eat in the hotel, choosing to go out for breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for location, unsophisticated comfort, cleanliness and welcome. Lesa meira
