"Travelodge Barstow - Adequate"
Stayed on a Monday night. This motel is right off the freeway, so it is easy to find. It is sandwiched between two drive-through businesses (Starbucks and a grilled chicken restaurant), so until around 10:30 or so, there was sound from vehicles driving through. You can also hear some freeway sound, more like rumbling. Room was clean, the mini-fridge […] worked great, the water took only seconds to turn to warm/hot when turned on. The beds were comfortable, and they had Directv. All in all - satisfactory for a quick night's stay on your way to/from Arizona. One minor quibble - could not dial out on the phone to make a local call. When I checked with the front office, I was told that sometimes the lines are not available and to wait ten minutes or so. "Not clean"
This hotel was recommended by Hotel.com over Motel 6. Perhaps as a chain Travelodge is a step up, but this hotel was not a step up from much of anything. The vent van in the bathroom had so much mold on it, it flaked off on the floor. It was gross....
"Travelodge Barstow"
Conveniently located hotel. A nice pit stop for the night and everything needed in the morning to continue your drive: Close to the I-15, restaurants and gas stations with Starbucks next door. The shower temperature did vary as there was no middle/warm temperature but the bed was comfy with a microwave and refrigerator, if needed. Staff was very nice […] and helpful. Lesa meira

Terrible
"FRIENDLY HOTEL"
The biggest thing to me is the staff are very proffessional and very friendly. They make you feel like your a part of the family. I enjoyed staying there very much and shall return without hisitation.
"What a DUMP!!!"
The place is so disgusting I was amazed at what a total dump is turned out to be!!! The pictures were the biggest lie I have seen in years - we only stayed a few hours because we were afraid what would happen to our car during the night. There were drunks and fights going on in the parking lot and next door and police sirens all night!!!
"Not special"
Nice price but dont expect much. Is oke. Very small pool in middle of parkinglot. Expect nothing much and you ll have a good night sleep for not much money.
The small pool was a welcome sight after traveling in the car with my children for 10 hours. The hotel was clean & located right next door to a Starbucks. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a night stop on a road trip.
"Cockroach infestation"
This hotel has a cockroach infestation. The bugs are everywhere especially in the far wing away from the office.
"Clean hotel, erratic hot water"
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The shower temperature varied wildly from ice cold to scorching hot as our room and neighboring rooms flushed toilets or turned on the sink faucet The breakfast consisted of only milk, sugar cereal and apples.
"Very Clean and Comfy"
Stopped at this hotel on our way to Vegas with the wife and I was impressed with how clean and comfortable the room was. The hotel is conveniently located right off of 15 highway. The only issue was the street sweeper who decided to go at it for over a hour at around 2AM or so.

"Travelodge Barstow"
We checked in really late,after 1 am. Clerk was very accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stop over on our vacation. Check in/out was easy. Would stay here again.

"Great, Clean Bargain!"
I was pleasantly surprised to find a very spacious and clean room complete with refrigerator and microwave. This hotel is very underrated, and what a bargain! Very friendly, family-run staff. FYI: Pet friendly! Pets are an additional $8/each.

"Travelodge, Barstow"
Für den Preis wäre das ZImmer natürlich ok gewesen, aber leider konnte ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, da es gleich beim Bahngeleise gelegen ist und der Zug sicher jede Stunde mit lautem Getöse durchbraust. Beim Waschbecken kam nur warmes bis heisses Wasser.

C'est un hôtel correct si on n'y reste pas une semaine. Nous concernant, il était une étape parmi des dizaines sur notre Route 66, Motel un peu vieillot, propreté juste correcte, literie à rafraichir un peu, isolation à revoir aussi; pour le même prix, on a eu mieux mais nous ne ferons pas les difficiles. "hotel offrant 1 halte pour las vegas"
bonne halte après joshua tree park et las vegas clim bruyante , faut dire qu'en juillet il fait chaud beaucoup de passage de trains mais bien fatigués , ça reste gérable piscine agréable après 1 journée , l'accueil à été diff du fait du handicap de l'employé alors on ne s'est pas très bien compris petit resto à coté agréable , repas teriyaki à pas cher […] (5 dollars par pers) Lesa meira
"Travelodge Barstow"
Très bon hotel pour se reposer après une longue route. A voir la ville fantôme de Calico toute proche qui mérite le détour. Le seul interet dans le coin avec les musées sur la route 66.
