"Comfortable and well priced"
Had a 1 night stay and it was very comfortable and clean. Large screen tv and loved the shower head. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was basic but very clean. This was a good deal for the price. If I ever need to go to Riverside again I will stay at this hotel.

the good: brand spankin new hotel. Everything is new and perfect and clean and it's within walking distance to multiple places to eat. breakfast is free and it rocks. free HBO, 42" flat screen tv and internet in rooms

Seemed like newest hotel around. I'm very picky about hotels and this one passed my test. The fact that's it's practically brand new really helped.
Overall this is a nice hotel. For the price, it was good. Close enough to our destination that it was convenient.

Rooms were sold out during my unexpected trip to Riverside. I had to stay somewhere close to my business seminar and someone local mentioned the Best Value Inn in Riverside, California. It appeared to be a normal type motel but I did notice the cleanliness on the exterior of the property. What I was very surprised by was the rooms appeal. It was cleaner […] than a hospital room. Very comfortable bed and large LCD TV's with many HDTV channels. Not to mention the very friendly and helpful girl at the front desk. "Nice afordable hotel in the heart of Riverside, CA"
We stayed there in April 2012. It was nice and clean, but on the Spartan side with furnishings. Nice enough if you are passing through Riverside and looking just for an inexpensive place to sleep. Breakfast was enough to get you going in the morning. If I remember well, the summary on Hotels.com said all rooms had microwave and fridge, and we only had […] a fridge, but for what we paid for the room, it was plenty. The location is really great, close to the main drag, restaurants, and the highway, and across the street from galleries and shopping. They should advertise their pool because it was not on the web-site. The water was cold and we did not try the pool, but I heard contradictory opinions about the water cleanliness. The owners were very nice and put a lot of effort into making our brief stay enjoyable. The room was clean and well made.
It was a very nice and quiet stay..I've stayed once before, the only thing I did not like was the T.V. I had an old school t.v. other rooms had different size flat screens.
This hotel was off the beaten parh & we never would've found it without hotels.com So glad we did!! We even choose to return to this hotel am additional night on our visit to Riverside, California.

We have already stayed at this property twice in the past 2 months. Our son goes to the University close by and there were a few weekend events. We did not realize there was something close by and we had always stayed at hotels further west. We were so pleasantly surprised with our experience. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast room was so upbeat and modern. The facility is absolutely clean and beautifully decorated. "American Best Value Inn"
A pleasant surprise. For the rate I expected something of less quality. The place was newly remodeled and quite nice. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They provided free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Providing free Wi-Fi is a huge plus now days. I would recommend this Inn to anyone.

This is an older motel but all the rooms have been very nicely remodeled. The rooms are small but very clean and updated. The location is very convenient, close to downtown Riverside, but unfortunately, the downtown area does not feel safe. "Ok for a work trip, not a comfort vacation."
This is a clean room with decent comforts. Has a great tv and Directv. Good breakfast buffet (included in price) with nice staff. The biggest problem I had was people smoking outside of their NO SMOKING ROOMS. It would go right thru the AC or under the door. Total bummer!!! Good place other than that... The Best Vaue Inn has become my favorite hotel. This is a very descent, clean, and convenient place to stay. The staff is always friendly - there is always service with a smile which is very important to me. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the bathroom is fresh and the rooms come equipped with refrigerator and big flate screen tv.

Oh Em Geee! This is such a cute hotel. First the rooms are big and the decor is fun and retro. Second, the hotel staff was so accomodating. They really care about the guests, I could have lounged by the pool all day! Cant wait to go back. Oh 42" big flat screen tv was also good with hd programing.

This hotel has a lot going for it: Quiet, off the freeway location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice, large, and very clean rooms, and a nice breakfast. Plus the rates are very reasonable, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone, and I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I had had a relative who lives in the area, check the hotel out before I made the reservation and he confirmed it appeared clean and in a good neighborhood. The management was very friendly and customer-focused. The room was pretty much up-to-date, clean, pleasing and comfortable. Room was great. The bed was very comfy and slept well. Breakfast everyday was a great little bonus as well. The street noise was a bit loud until about 8:30 at night but when ever I turned the heat or air on I couldn't hear the noise at all. Nice big tv in the room as well. The only thing I would suggest the hotel to do is update there wireless networking […] to N wireless because the wireless was only 54 G. So it was a bit slower than my home networking but good for browsing I guess. Lesa meira
