"Fine for a one night stop-over"
We weren't staying in town, just passing through. And for that, it was okay. Showers had plenty of hot water, good pressure and didn't leave us feeling slimy. Beds were okay. Only complaint was the loud neighbors who had an argument at 4:00 AM which the walls weren't thick enough to hide. Bad luck as much as anything there. Quite old and out-dated. The heater was very noisy. I would pay a little more next time for a slightly better place to stay.
"close to malls"
stayed two nights, close to boulevard mall and lots of restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast was simple, located in the small office area only 1 person could sit, did not eat there. Had own breakfast in room. Would stay there again.
"Buffalo weekend"
I needed to visit my aunt in Buffalo and of course needed a place to stay. I used a web search to find a convenient , affordable hotel. The price and convenience were what caught my attention. Once I checked in and used the facility I was pleasantly surprised.Knights Inn was perfect and the price was right!!

very clean and spacious. very conveniently located, close to shopping and highway. very quiet, and the beds are comfortable. way better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in. this would be my #1 choice from now on.

The hotel was clean and nice but the lady at the desk was rude and confrontational. I tried to fix on mistake on my credit card and she would not listen to my needs and raised her voice at me. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

"Convenient location but little else"
This hotel is conveniently located to local shopping and the Niagara Falls area. The rate was great. However, you get what you pay for! Our room was not very clean and we discovered silverfish in the bathroom area. Needless to say, we went through all of our luggage and clothing to make sure we did not take any uninvited "travelers" with us. Thank goodness […] this was just an overnight stop on the way to our fina destination. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. Lesa meira

Very old hotel, rooms were old but still relatively clean. Wireless Internet barely worked. You get what you pay for.
"Adequate"
This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. A bargain and close to Niagara Falls. If you are looking for a destination hotel this is not the place. If you need a clean place to stay with nice sized rooms then this is certainly adequate. We knew we were not going to be spending much time in the room. The room had a queen bed and a king bed which was nice. The […] outside of the hotel is not the best looking one but the room was a nice surprise. Not modern or new but roomy with two large beds. "I have to admit, it was a nice experience"
After having had experienced Knights Inn in Niagara Falls I had mixed feelings about re-trying this chain. But this time it was an entirely different experience. Everything was in order. The room was very clean. The front desk man was helpful. The only drawbacks were: - thin walls (heard people from room 121 ;) - in the morning a truck came to empty […] the sewage from the Roadhouse Steak Restaurant - it was stinking but only outside the building in the parking lot Lesa meira
The service was very good, the room is clean. But need to improve the office look a mess. But the people is very nice. It is not fair she works in that conditions.

Our room easily accommodated all five of us (queen bed for my husband and I and a king bed for the kids). Although the room was fairly clean is had a funny smell to it. I found out that night why. As soon as the sun went down, the creatures living in the ceiling above our room woke up. I think they may have been racoons, and there was a whole family […] up there. They ran, grunted, scratched and made all kinds of weird noises the WHOLE NIGHT. So not only were my kids scared out of their minds that the creatures were digging into our room, the mini fridge made a very loud buzzing sound all night. When dawn came, not only were we all exhausted from a sleepless night but the breakfast that was included was terrible, a few tiny muffins and dry cereal from a dispenser with powdered creamer. I would NOT recommend this hotel, however I would highly recommend the Roadhouse next door for dinner. The food was GREAT and the atmosphere even better. Lesa meira

service was great 2 micros and 2 fridges but the room needs lots of sprucing up. No coffee pot in room and no breakfast. But you could get a smoking room which we did

"Knight's Inn Tomawanda NY"
Good value for the money. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious. Continental breakfast was very very basic .... went out to eat. :-)
The hotel staff was great. Very accommodating. The hotel was older but that was known going in. Plenty of food and shopping near by. It is located close enough to Niagara Falls so that you do not have to pay the higher rates for being close to an attraction. I would stay here again.

This motel is easy to find, a 2 minute walk to a very good restaurant, 1 km from a Walmart, and short drives to other restaurants and shopping areas. Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. This was our second stay. We will come back.
Quite pleased as it was inexpensive. close to good shopping. Exactly as expected for a one and a half star hotel.

"A nice quiet place to stay"
The room was clean and smelled nice. It had a microwave and refrigerator which was really convenient for our stay. A nice quiet motel to stay at on New Years weekend, able to get a good nights sleep. There's a restaurant next door bar/grill that you can walk to and the motel is only 20 minutes drive from Niagara Falls. "Great deal after a little warming up"
I went with this room for the price, despite some scary reviews found here. From my expeience: Cons) -I stayed in winter and the room was freezing when we checked in. I cranked the heat and went out to dinner and when we got back it was excellent. -Bathroom floor was a bit dirty looking and their were no large shower towels. As a guy I was fine but […] my girlfriend hated it. Also no shampoo provided. -The location is strange in that you have to do a u-turn to get on the right side of the street if coming from the east. A little strange if using a GPS to find. Pros) - After it warmed up it was very comformtable, nice clean large beds and the shower was excellent. - Very cheap, simple check in and check out. We had no neighbors so there was no worry about thin walls. - Only a five minute drive into town and from any major (free) parking lot we could walk to numerous dinner places and LazerTron. "This is it Buffalo"
The room was nicer than I expected based on the price, the staff was very courteous, pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. We had a working fridge and microwave, those were a great to have. Next time I visit, I am definitely booking at the same place. Good value for your money.

After reading many mixed reviews I had to wonder what I was going to find upon arriving. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a very modern looking room with microwave, fridge and new looking heat / AC system. The room smells The detergent. Don't feel clean. I wanted to stay till 2pm, but was not allowed. Internet connection is good.

Don't expect Holiday Inn here. This hotel is dark and old. This is just worth of that value, 20 dollar less than more expensive surrounding hotels. I found the average satisfaction score tells the level of hotel this time.

The room was filthy and keys never worked. This was the worst hotel under the Knight;s Inn banner that I ever stayed at. The breakfast was non existant even though they advertise one and the only wireless signal I could pick up was from the motel next door.

I loved my stay. Reason being good room which I found suitable for my 18 months old daughter along with my wife and best was the kind of treatment we got over there. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any body. I bet what you pay you get more than that. Best of luck.

"A Very Good Value for the Price."
I was looking for a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in which to stay for 4 nights while visiting the Buffalo area for a friends' wedding. Price was the biggest consideration for me, because my budget for this visit was rather tight. Some of the previous reviews of the hotel made me a little leery at first, but the pictures of the interior of […] the rooms on the site are exactly what you can expect to see inside. Since the friend I shared a room with and I were on such a tight budget, the microwave/refrigerator was a wonderful bonus, because we were able to bring and easily prepare simple meals rather than worry about going out to restaurants. We had friends who stayed in another area hotel (they hadn't liked the reviews for Knights), but upon visiting our room, were sorry they hadn't taken stayed in the same hotel as us. There is a simple continental breakfast provided, nothing fancy, but is an added bonus. The staff was courteous, and even though the ice machine was out of order, they brought a full ice bucket to the room for us. Honestly, I have no real complaints (except perhaps that there should be a few more parking spots), and when I return to visit my friends again, I will certainly have this hotel in mind for accomodations. "Thin Walls.....But for Discount Motel it is OK"
At this price point I hope for cleanliness, a working television, a warm shower and clean sheets. The Knights Inn met these expectations. Only major drawback is that I could hear entire conversation in adjacent room. That was strange, nothing kinky going on, but annoying. "Pretty good"
I had read the reviews beforehand and was a little nervous. Well, it was a good surprise to me. Hotel was a bit run down, but room was clean. No rats or roaches. Spent 2 nights there and would be willing to do it again. Way to go.

On the outside of the hotel, you cannot tell what the rooms will be like. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeepers were a bit standoffish, but besides that, we had a nice stay.

"Goed voor een nachtje"
Qua prijs was het goed te doen. Je moet er niet veel van verwachten. Hotelkamer is simpel maar wel schoon. Ontbijt is niet uitgebreid. Als je voor een nachtje iets goedkoop zoekt is dit een goeie optie.
