"Convenient but noisy..."
Overall, fine, but be aware that noise from the freeway right next door will be intense - even all night. If you'd like something quiet, make sure it's on the parking-lot side of the hotel. Even the overly-noisy-all-by-itself HVAC unit couldn't block the road noise... Also: rooms are suites, but still pretty small.

"Valley Mall Hagerstown Springhill Suites....comfy"
This was a nice place to stay. I was pleased by the price, the cleanliness (this is a new hotel), the staff, and the pool area. I was slightly disappointed in the breakfast selection, but I didn't stay here for that. Otherwise, I can safely say this was a good choice for us.
"One Word "Mold""
My husband is a cancer patient. When we checked into the room it was late on the 4th. When we awoke the next morning we found the bathroom barely cleaned, black mold in the bathroom, though the rest of the room was clean. My husband could have become very ill from this visit and we picked this hotel because of it's rating on hotels.com. Not very happy […] with this entire experience. Lesa meira
"Comfortable, convenient, value for money"
For a family of 5 kids, on a ski trip to Whitetail, this was a good resting stop. The pool provided after hours entertainment, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was adequate, the valley mall was convenient. If you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs, since the location right on the road can get loud.
"Nice hotel, but breakfast was lousy"
The hotel is conviently located next to the interstate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Flat panel TV, but no HD channels. The breakfast was free, but it was lousy. The only thing worth eating were the muffins.
We enjoyed staying there. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The interstate was a little loud at times but the breakfast was very good. I would stay again.

"Very impressive overall"
Brand new, modern design of the interior. Plenty of parking space and convenient location to the motorways.
"Accountant"
All was wonderful for a weekend getaway with my wife. The free breakfast was "off the hook" (good). The hotel is well located for shooping and dinning. The sitting space in the suit was arranged well. I would recommend selling wine, beer, and drinks in the hotel.
"Excellent choice for clean hotel and convenience"
This hotel is very clean and room was comfortable. Service was friendly. Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices and hot cookies in the lobby each night! Would reccomend for anyone. Conveniently located to shopping and multiple restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.
"Pros and Cons"
Pro: 1. Huge Breakfast Bar 2. Large Rooms w/ kitchen and livingroom included 3. Ultra Fluffy super soft bed 4. Large showers and bathroom areas 5. Located within walking distance of Valley View Mall, Toys R Us, Chuck E Cheese, fast food, grocery, gas stations, fine dining, etc. 6. Computer & printer area for guest usage 7. High speed internet thats […] actually high speed 8. Free toiletries at front desk in case you forget something at home 9. Mini market located in lobby for snacks, wine, champagne, frozen food, drinks, etc 10. Full gym Cons: 1. Swimming pool was unusable due to over crowding on each day and every night we were at hotel. Perhaps, there should be a time limit where children and teenagers should not be in the pool after 8pm, so that adults have a chance to swim before the pool closes at 11pm. 2. The fee charged upon check in for incidentals takes too long to be refunded back to card. My suggestion is to pay the incidental in cash, so that you get it refunded upon check out. 3. Breakfast set up isnt efficient. The lines end up very long with little clumps around various tools. Lesa meira
"Good stopping place in Hagerstown MD/I81"
Handy and convenient. Friendly. Great breakfast. Enough pillows to cushion a blow. Mall parking lot location not wonderful but handy for shopping. The ac/heat is noisy but not as bad as many.
"Ask for a room NOT facing the highway"
This place was decent. The room was a tad warm with the heat off, considering it's February, I'm not sure why. They put me on the side facing the highway, which eliminated the possibility of opening the window to let fresh air in. I could still hear the cars with the windows closed. "Ease of touring Antitetam National Battlefield"
The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Every person I met greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The hotel was very busy and you were still able to get a good nights sleep, I even observede the hotel staff walking the halls at night. I will definitely stay again!
"rather cramped"
This "suite" was the same size as most hotel rooms. It was cramped, poorly designed and the tv could not be viewed from either the couch or the bed. We booked the suite so that I could work late into the night while my husband slept but as it was so open, he could not sleep if I had the light on. The hotel was clean, the breakfast selection was good […] although we had to ask for tea bags. The fitness room was rather sparce and small but fortunately, no one else wanted to use it at the same time. All the equipment was on the new side and well maintained. "Nice spot, near the mall"
This was really quite a nice hotel. Very comfortable and close to the mall if you need to do any shopping. The hotel was clean, the breakfast good, and the building was quiet. I would use this hotel again without reservation.
"Great Value"
We decided to have a last night away from home, compliments of our free room from Hotels.com. This hotel was near our home, but far enough away to be a mini-vacation. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The staff was very courteous and professional. We will definitely try this chain again.

"Great deal for a one night stay"
We just needed a place on the way to handle our family of 5. It was great, we had a little time to enjoy the pool, had a good nights rest, and breakfast was terrific.
