Á Radisson Hotel Concon eru 50 herbergi og í þeim eru míníbarir og öryggishólf. Í herbergjum er þráðlaus nettenging. Sjónvörp eru með kapal-/gervihnattarásum. Á herbergjum eru skrifborð og beinhringisímar með talhólfi. Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör með sturtu, hárblásarar og snyrtivörur án endurgjalds.
kaffivél/te og ókeypis vatn á flöskum eru í herbergjum. Til viðbótar eru í boði straujárn/strauborð og opnanlegir gluggar. Í boði eru auka handklæði/rúmfatnaður og vakningarsímtal sé þess óskað. Kvöldfrágangur er í boði á hverju kvöldi og einnig er boðið upp á þrif daglega.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.

"everything was very nice but the weekend"
overall the Hotel was very good, the location, the views, accomodations, etc. but during the weekend it collapsed. i.e.: they run out of mineral water, and the quality of the food and service was by far lower quality than on working days. "Great Hotel in Concon with a wonderful view"
Overlooking the sea the views from the rooms are amazing.I asked about air conditioning and was told to just open the window-the sea is cold because it comes up the coast from the antartctic so even though the land temperature is high you can still get a very pleasant see breeze if you need it.It is the reason almost no hotels have air con-they just […] don't need it. Service overall was excellent with everyone doing their best to understand what we wanted (mostly the staff are not English speaking but for a few words) .Bar snacks and dinner were very good,but the breakfast less so. "The Radisson Con Con- beautiful property"
We stayed one night on a recent trip along the coast. It was more then I expected...a great value for the experience. The ocean was at our window....you could hear the waves and bird watch from the room. We liked the salt water heated pool and as a bonus joined in an aqua arobics class! The hotel has a beautiful ambience with it's stone decor and sitting […] areas all with a fantastic view of the water. The dinner service was the only let down...short staffed and food quality just so so- eat somewhere else for dinner but do enjoy your welcome pisco sour, the friendly staff, and the views! "Outstanding Hotel"
We were so pleased with Acqua Hotel. The staff was estremely helpful. We ended up extending our stay. We felt very much at home. The location was beauitful, right on the ocean. The cleanliness of the room was the best of any hotel I have ever been in. The hotel is about 35 minutes from Valparisso, but Con Con has a lot of restaurants,etc.

En términos generales, un muy buen hotel, creo que de los mejores del litoral central de Chile. Tiene muchas posibilidades de mejorar aún más, aprovechando su principal riqueza que es su situación incomparable, como subido en las olas del mar que suele ser Pacífico.

Quarto não tinha ar condicionado, e o sol da tarde bate em cheio, transformando o quarto em um forno. Não me lembro de conhecer um hotel nessa categoria que não tem ar condicionado.
"Vistas espectaculares"
El hotel esta muy bien logrado, vistas al mar muy lindas, buena ambientacion, pero el mantenimiento, deben preocuparse mas, falta mas preocupacion en los detalles, vidrios sucios, muchas gaviotas en la terraza de la piscina, y muchos detalles en la mantencion general. Falta preocupacion de la gerencia o Housekeeping.

É sem dúvida um hotel de contrastes. Fica a 15 km de Vina del Mar, bom para ficar longe da confusão e ruim, pois fica longe de tudo. Caso não esteja de carro, evite ficar neste hotel. Os quartos são todos voltados para o mar, linda vista, porém o barulho das ondas nas rochas, não te deixa dormir...o estacionamento é apertado, não possui academia de […] ginástica e a sauna é cobrada a parte. Possui uma piscina aquecida de água do mar, que é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem servido, porém tem fila espera, pois é pequeno. Os quartos são de bom tamanho, porém o ar condicionado na maioria deles não funciona direito. Os quartos stands não tem ar condicionado. O serviço é muito bom. Todos são muito atenciosos. Lesa meira

hotel maravilhoso, todos os apto. com vista para o mar. O hotel fica sobre as rochas do pacifico, com as aguas limpas e maravilhosas. da sacada do meu apt., passavam pelicanos e gaivotas, durante todo o dia. muito lindo.

My Husband and I stayed at The Radisson Hotel in Concon for the weekend in Sep 2011. Although the location of the hotel is great, and the room sizes are decent, we found that the quality of service could have been much better for the price we paid. The breakfast served was mediocre and the cocktails we had at the bar werent the best. I was also disappointed […] in finding out that their gym was closed for maintanance. I did like the interior design of the hotel. With a bit more attention to detail, and a step up in customer service this hotel could be a whole lot better. Lesa meira
Excelente ubicación y comodidades para un dia de descanso. La piscina estaba fuera de uso por mantencion, pero el hotel propuso satisfactorias alternativas de compensacion por el inconveniente. Personal destaca por su amable atención. Restaurante tiene una reducida carta pero los platos estan muy bien preparados. ¡Excelentes mariscos!

"Grosse déception !!"
Je suis allée dans cet hôtel pour une thalasso (Je le connaissais déjà et heureusement ! ) .Mais 2 jours avant mon arrivée une grosse tempête a ravagé le spa et la piscine d'eau de mer, en brisant les baies vitrées !Plus rien ne fonctionnait , ni ascenseurs ,ni télé, ni clef magnétique ,bref une vraie cata ! Je précise que ,quand il est opérationnel […] cet hôtel est très agréable et le personnel du spa très professionnel .Mais là, je venais spécialement pour me détendre ,donc raté !! Lesa meira

Excelente hotel, buena atención. Debería tener una pisciona exterior mas grande. El bar debería estar abierto mas tiempo en la noche.
Sympathisches, modernes Hotel an atemberaubender Lage. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer grosszügig und komfortabel. Beim Service mangelt es zuweilen etwas an Liebe zu Details.
