"Check The Terms and Conditions"
This place is OK but make sure you are happy with the terms and conditions of booking before you book as every query I had was met with the standard answer: 'It is in the terms and conditions when you booked' The things that I didn't like were: 1) they take copies of your ID and I had to take their word for it that they had destroyed it 2) they take […] a deposit of £200 against your credit card for damages 3) They do not have staff on site 24 hours a day and reception is only manned from 8 am which is useless if you have an early start 4) their helpline can't actually answer your questions without simply quoting the phrase at the start of this review It is good value for money but I will not stay here again. "Glasgow Central Apartment"
Appartment was ok, but it was not serviced though Location is good but too noisy since all apartments overlook the main road. Got one in ground floor and I felt very exposed to the stree, you could see people's head when they were walking down the street. Maybe higher appartments are better.
These apartments were very clean, very modern and very well equipped. The main shopping areas were easily within walking distance, although a bit far from the fashionable Merchant City Quarter. I especially liked the provision of tea, coffee, salt pepper washing up liquid, tea towels etc. Some apartments miss these basics which make it expensive to […] go and buy some. The living areas were modern and comfortable and a good place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Very economical and much more relaxing and friendlier than a hotel. This was our third time staying in these apartments and just like the previous two we enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. The apartments are spacious, clean, warm and very comfortable. "Great Apartment"
Haven't stayed here for a few years, but quality was just as good and wifi is now free. Perfect if you're in Glasgow socially or on business and fancy something different than a hotel room box. These are proper flats, part of a larger development where many were sold as city centre apartments. Hence you get a bathroom, bedroom, plus lounge/kitchen, […] complete with all amenities and a dining room table. The kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle and pots and pans means you can stay in and have a proper meal if you want - it's nice if you're on business there on your own and can't face another night in a restaurant. You also get opening windows and central heating with your own controls, so you can have the apartment as warm as you want, something I often struggle to do in hotels. However, if it ever gets warm again, the lack of air conditioning might make life less comfortable, especially as the road in front of the apartments is very busy. In fairness, it's a city centre location and all the hotels are the same regarding road noise. If you take your trainers, you can also get free access to the gym 100yds away (LA Fitness, I think) If there's one complaint, it's that you're expected to wash up before you leave. If you're there for a few days, it's reasonable to expect you to have to clean up after yourself, but if I'm using it as a one night hotel on business, it's not great that you've got to wash your cup in the morning or risk part of your £200 deposit. Overal a pleasent hotel with basic appartment facilities. However, playing hokey kokey with the hot/cold shower every morning was a nightmare as was trying to run a bath. The bed would have been comfortable enough if they had bothered to clip the two single beds together - therefore not leaving a big gap for me to fall in to during the night. even after […] I had clipped them together, there was still a slight gap which was not great. Hot-el-apartments Glasgow isn't big on frills (i.e., no daily maid / cleanup service, unless you want to pay extra). But, rooms are very very spacious. Plus, great to have a full kitchen as well as a small living room area. And, very good location.

"Love it"
I really enjoy staying here when in Glasgow - The rooms are always very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It is in an excellent location within the city and is therefore walking distance to everything required. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accomodation and look forward to staying there again.

me and my wife have stayed in glasgow a good few times, staying in hotels around the same location as the apartments. we were amazed by how spacious, clean and comfy this was and as a result as long as the price stays competative to sorrounding hotels we will never stay in a hotel again whilst in glasgow. 10/10

"More than I expected"
The apartment was very clean, surprisingly spacious and had everything i needed for a short stay. Pubs and shops a very short walk out the front door. Very happy with this place and I will use it again.

Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central great central location as we walked all the city from here. Short walk from station with luggage. Large apartment size for long stay, all facilities (cooking ect) to use as base to explore Scotland. Would definitely return. One criticism was not been told of credit card deposit that is reimbursed at a later date.

Locating the apartment was a bit tricky, but I phones reception and they guided me in to the city center easily. Parking was in the nearby NCP (charged at £15 a night) there is alternative parking about another 100 yeards away for £8 per night. "Excellent Location and Good for a Night or Two"
Impressed with the location (after we found it), proximity to everything in the city centre, and standard of accommodation. Not very many facilities to speak of, however rooms were very comfortable and kept clean. Perfect for those who want a little more space than a conventional room, with totally separate kitchen/living/dining room.

We stayed in this hotel in the middle of our trip and it was a very nice change from the small hotel rooms. It is a small one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washer which came in handy at this point of our trip. It was in a good location, walking distance from attractions, transportation, the River Clyde and rental cars, which was good especially […] considering the size of Glasgow. We frequently stay in Glasgow and like serviced apartments. We hadn't stayed at Hot-El before and were keen to check it out. However, it did not live up to expectations. Compared to the other serviced apartments we stay in this was quite shabby and we weren't impressed with the staff. First comment is that the hotel is not in a nice area. My […] wife would not have felt comfortable walking there alone. In the apartment the furnishings were shabby and needed repair. The coffee table had broken legs and the curtains fell down when they were opened. We felt the staff were quite petty. We wanted to check out 30 minutes late and they insisted on charging an additional £10 for this. Yet they won't let you check in early. We won't be staying here again. THIS APARTMENT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY WEEK END, IT ALLOWED US TO COME AND GO AS IF AT HOME, THE ONLY REASON IT DIDN'T GET RATED AS EXCELLENT WAS THAT THE BEDS WERE A BIT SMALL AND THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING

Al no conocer Glasgow teníamos dudas acerca de si tenía una bueba ubicación, por suerte acertamos, ya que está a cinco minutos de la estación Central del tren (no hace falta coger texi). Una advertencia; salir de la estación por el lado izquierdo (en el sentido de salida) y despues girar a la izquierda nuevamente. Existen dos buenos supermercados a […] poca distencia (Lidl y un poco mas lejos Tesco). Cocina muy bien equipada de electrodomésticos Lesa meira

Hotellet är mycket prisvärt och ligger väldigt centralt i Glasgow. Endast ett stenkast ifrån centralstationen, pubar och affärer. I vår lägenhet fanns det två badrum, en med dusch den andra med badkar. Vardagsrum/kök var mordernt och påkostat. Det fanns både disk- och tvättmaskin. Hela lägenheten upplevdes som modern med hög standard.

Vi bodde här i 5 dagar i början av Juli 2010. Bra läge - nära till stadens centrala delar till ett mycket överkomligt pris. Mycket rymlig lägenhet med välutrustat kök. Det fanns normalstor spis med 4 plattor och ugn. Microvågsugn, vattenkokare och brödrost fanns också. Diskmedel,diskborste, tepåsar,kryddor likaså! Vi hade ingen diskmaskin (fanns enl […] info i vissa lägenheter) men däremot tvättmaskin med inbyggd torktumlare! I vår lägenhet (familjelägenhet) fanns två separata sovrum med två riktiga sängar i varje. Varje rum hade eget badrum med dusch. Strykbräda med strykjärn fanns. TV med dvd i vardagsrummet. Det enda vi egentligen har att klaga på var en mögeldoft från badrummen (kändes ej om man höll badrumsdörrarna stängda) samt dåligt lagt parkettgolv - sviktade i hela lägenheten. För övrigt hade vi en fin semester, och återvänder gärna till detta lägenhetshotell. Lesa meira

Overaskende veludstyret og stort køkken i 2-vær lejligheden. Og tættere på centrum end vi troede.
"Ett alldeles utmärkt lägenhetshotell precis vid Glasgow Central"
En rymlig, ren, snygg och välutrustad lägenhet alldeles bredvid Glasgow Central. Vi var tre personer som fick en lägenhet med två sovrum, två bad/duschrum och ett stort vardagsrum med köksavdelning. Personalen var mycket trevlig såväl vid ankomst som vid utcheckning.
