This hotel is located only 5 minutes walking from the city centre. You don´t need to rely on any public transport. You simply walk, cross the road, and in 5 minutes you are already in the historic centre. The roof terrace is great and the rooms are comfortable. Rooms are easy and functional. Wifi was slow and at times, did not work. As usual in these […] places, staff (particularly at the bar of the roof terrace) may show some attitude but generally, we were extremely happy. Very nice boutique hotel, about 15-20 minutes' walk from the Zocalo. The rooms were gorgeous and clean, though the toilet didn't feel very private (glass door dividing it from the main room). The lobby has a great bar / restaurant with a fancy "campfire", great for hanging out with friends!

Hotel located within a short walk to the main Zocalo. Hotel is very modern, and whilst the room was big and comfortable there was an element of echo in the room that was annoying. Air conditioning fan was so loud that we had to switch it off the hear the TV. However, would defintely recommend this hotel if you are travelling to the Puebla area.

This hotel is an icon in the design world at global level! Waow! This is amazing, from the waterfall built into the stairs to the gasfired sit around fire places in the loby. Truely amazing. The 26 rooms are beautiful, minimalistic, clean and up to date. Some of the "comfort aspects" of a hotel were left behind and forgotten while designing this wonderful […] space. We arrived in December and found ourselves looking for a comfortable spot to sit and talk. It was impossible. The outside temperatures were in the 50ties. The hotel is wide open without any protection from the outside cold. The staff walks around in overcoats and a few patio burners are supposed to keep the restaurant guests comfortable. Their was an event across the street at the Convention center and it was impossible to sleep. It felt like the band was playing in my room. Although the band stopped at 1am, the hotel was still noisy due to all the brick, concrete and open spaces. There was no business center at the hotel but the staff was kind enough to help us print our boarding passes. Lucky for us we did not stay over the weekend as the roof top bar gets pretty crowded. The swimming pool is a piece of art by itself. Just do not get out on the wrong side as you will find yourself dropping off a 4 story building. Lesa meira

El hotel es agradable, sin embargo deberian de darle un poco mas de vida a las habitaciones, se sienten demasiado sobrias. Falta detallar bien ciertos acabados de la habitacion. El desayuno buffet es excelente, asi tambien el servicio que ofrecen en general.

Además de ser un hotel atractivo visualmente, es cómodo, su ubicación es excelente para los turistas; el restaurante ofrece platillos deliciosos y en general es una experiencia sumamente agradable.

muy placentera, solo que al regresar me di cuenta que boucher que deje abierto por $500 me lo estan cobrando y la habitacion ya estaba pagada, me regresaron el boucher firmado por mi, pero no entinedo porque aparece en mi estado de cuenta ese cobro

La atención por parte de los empleados del hotel es excelente, la limpieza de la habitación y el baño impecable. El hotel está edificado en una antigua fábrica de agua mineral, por lo cual se respeto la mayoría de las paredes lo que le da un gran ambiente al hotel. La ubicación es buenísima, ya que a unas cuantas cuadras se encuentra el centro de la […] ciudad, dónde se encuentra el Ayuntamiento, se puede tomar el turibús y caminar por la ciudad sin la necesidad de utilizar el automóvil. lo que vi un poco mal es la presion del agua de la regadera, casi no salia, por otro lado en el area del baño no habia luz, pero todo lo demas muy bien

Es una lástima. El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones muy cómodas. El servicio de buena calidad. Desgraciadamente NO ES POSIBLE DORMIR en ese hotel. Hay un bar justo enfrente del hotel con música en vivo a volúmenes exageradamente altos. Se sentía como si el grupo estuviera tocando dentro de la habitación. La puerta hacia la terraza es un simple vidrio […] que no aisla el ruido. Lo único que pudieron ofrecernos en el hotel fueron unos tapones para los oídos que no sirvieron para nada. Si buscas un lugar para DORMIR ESTE HOTEL NO ES TU OPCION. No obstante que nos encantó el hotel definitivamente no volveríamos y no lo recomendaríamos por la situación del ruido. Lesa meira

Es un hotel muy lindo y tranquilo, las instalaciones tienen un diseño muy padre, y el cuarto es muy diferente a los cuartos de hotel normal. Solo tengo 2 "peros", el primero es que la alberca que por cierto está padrísima no tiene calefacción.. así que se ve padrísima pero no creo que nadie se meta sin calefacción. El segundo es que el desayuno buffet […] esta muy "x", casi no tiene variedad y lo cobran muy caro para lo que es. Pero en general el hotel es muy bueno y bonito y el personal es muy amable, así que lo recomendaría para quedarse Lesa meira
