RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort – Chiang Mai

Charming hotel with all the luxury n amenities to make your stay memorable. Only thing is that it is located at the very end of the town so u will need transport to get into town but the quietness n tranquality of the hotel makes u for it! Great place, will come back again!

It is a boutique resort that is highly recommend to couple, family, honeymooner. Our New Year was completed by this perfect one, cheers!

This was our first time in Thailand and we do have to say we were lucky to run across this hotel "RatiLanna" the staff were all so polite and perfessional. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It wasn't far […] from town and to take a tuk tuk back and fourth to our hotel wasn't expensive. We would recommend this hotel and stay at the Ratilanna again. Its a very nice and classy hotel but very expensive. The location is not close to all night markets so the hotel provides free transportation (one way) twice per night (6pm and 8pm). However, it will be better if this service is extended to during the day as well.

The hotel was very attractive, beginning with the lobby area. The room did not disappoint either. The room had beautiful wood trim and the bathroom was very nice, with a water feature next to the luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower. There was also a nice balconey that overlooked the pool, with a view of the river too. The breakfast, that was […] included with the room, was adequate and included an omelet station where you could order one up to your choosing. The other choices included pancakes, French toast, bacon, fresh fruit, breads and pastries, cheeses and also Asian dishes. You could either sit inside or outside by the river on a beautiful patio area. We always sat outside. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was also delicious. They had a nice varied menu. There was a lovely gift shop with some beautiful furniture. We were told of where we could see the furniture (and more) at a huge showroom. The hotel will provide a ride to that too. Definitely a must see! The hotel was close to the airport, but just a little away from the main part of the city. We liked the quiet setting. They provided a free shuttle to night market and also a shuttle (for a low fee) to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Lesa meira

The hotel was amazing. huge size rooms, very clean, everything above and behind our expectations. Very friendly and polite staff and service. Extremely clean, high tech and nothing to complaint in any area. The Ratilanna Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai is an amazing hotel very close to city centre. It is a perfect blend of modern and vernacular architecture. I especially liked the luxurious suite we stayed at for 4 nights. Its worth every penny and would highly recommend it to anyone who travel as a family with kids. Fra check-in til check-out havde vi en helt fænomenal oplevelse. Hotellet er meget smukt, nyt, velholdt, rent og har en dejlig atmosfære og personalet er overraskende dygtige til engelsk ift. alle andre steder i Thailand. Selvom vi havde det 'billigste' værelse (deluxe room) var det helt fantastisk. Sengen var kæmpestor og rigtig dejlig og der var stor […] fladskærm på væggen samt dvd. Altanen havde både bord og stole samt en dejlig daybed og vi satte pris på, at vi havde værelse lidt oppe i højden da man kan kigge direkte ind til altanerne i stueetagen. Vi brugte megen tid på det dejlige badeværelse med stort badekar og fladskærm på væggen, stort brusebad med kæmpe brusehoved (som at stå under et vandfald), og rindende vand og lys uden for et vindue som støder op til badekarret. Virkelig dejligt. Morgenmadabuffet'en var ok men ikke noget særligt, hvorimod deres restauranter er rigtig gode, om end lidt dyre (i thai termer). Poolen var dejlig, men der er ikke så mange solstole. Haven kunne godt være større så man kunne gå tur i den, men til gengæld kan man kigge på floden - dejlig udsigt. Der er gratis wifi på hele hotellet og der er en business lounge hvor man kan bruge både computer og internet gratis mens man skal betale mindre beløb for at printe mm. Der er gratis shuttle ind til Night market (sol Ligger på samme gade som hotellet) to gange om dagen og ellers kan man få både tuk tuk og taxa ind til byen for ca 20 kr. 我在這間飯店住了三天~這間飯店距離夜市大約要10分鐘的車程，飯店提供到夜市的接駁車班次很少~而且飯店接駁車到機場也要收費又不便宜~住這間酒店附近完全沒有商店，而且不熱鬧。但也因為這樣，這間飯店非常的清幽，早餐用餐可以看到河景，非常的漂亮。房間整理的非常乾淨，沒有霉味、異味。每間房間都有陽台、躺椅，是一間適合度假的飯店。

Il serait intéressant que l'hôtel affiche la température de l'eau de la piscine ainsi que celle de la météo sur un tableau près de la piscine. D'autre part, les couloirs devrait avoir un chemin tapissé afin de ne pas entendre les chariots du personnel le matin sur le carrelage. Sinon tout est parfait!

Fantastisk service og fasiliteter. Vil helt sikkert besøge hotellet igen. Det eneste minus var prisen i hotellets restaurant som var mere dyr ind i DK.

A very nice hotel outside Chiang Mai. The services they offer are overpriced compared to what you get. Our advice is - stay at the hotel and enjoy the location but don't eat dinner, take massages our go on their breakfastcruise! Over all - love to stay there again!
