The woman working the front desk was so rude, yelling at the person helping me and yelling at me, that I will NEVER stay at another Ritz.

we have stayed at this location before and had a great experience but this time: TV sound did not work-fixed, movie rental did not work, door handle fell off, and toilet broke. It is the first time i did not make reservation directly so wonder if they give the less maintained rooms to internet bookings?

Very excellent hotel. I would stay at the Ritz anytime. be careful about the offering for a free breakfast and parking. This was advertised on the hotels.com website and the Ritz Carlton folks did not honor either.
Lovely hotel that helped make our weekend extra special! We will absolutley be staying here in the future! Kudos to all staff!
"Excellent for the Mostpart"
Everything was perfect about this hotel except for one of the snobby front desk people. We called him three different times one late evening because our internet was not working. He was not helpful and very rude. He hung up on my the third time. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

I just can't say enough about the Ritz. The hotel staff were focused on the satisfaction of the guests, and bent over backward to ensure that we had everything that we wanted or needed and that we enjoyed our stay, and everyone had terrific attitudes toward their work. Elegant, clean, roomy, comfortable, with Ritz standards of excellent service. Convenient location in downtown Dallas. Worth it for a splurge or if you find a good rate.
"Ultimate Guest Services"
The Ritz lives up to its name. We stayed on the Club level and used the Club lounge several times daily as the breakfast and snack options were exquisite and the service, flawless. Our room was comfy, right next to the club, but we never heard a sound from there. There was a fee for overnight parking, very reasonable, and valet service was excellent, […] even on busy Friday night. We never waited more than 5 minutes for our car. The lobby is a very popular night spot and was a bit noisy upon entering, but not a problem otherwise. When checking in, I left behind some important items. After discovering them missing, hotel security had found them stored them and then returned them to me... service at it very best. From front desk, to club lounge to pool to front door... everyone was wonderfully kind and helpful. We were there during a heat wave... the pool was also quite warm, but a very relaxing way to cool down, just a little. Wish we could always stay in such comfort! Lesa meira

It was everything and more. Each employee treated us like we were kings when we were only 18, and could have easily treated us horribly due to our age. I was more than impressed at their genuine customer service.

"Extreme Comfort"
The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas was an amazing hotel in itself. Only draw-back was that they had just cleaned the carpets in the hallways so there was an odor, but this did not enter the room. The bar was nice but we couldn't find a place to sit so we went across the street to Sambuca and had a very nice dinner. Overall great experience, would stay there […] again. Lesa meira

We stayed on the club floor which was wonderful, thanks to the hosts Chris and Sharon and their helper, Marisela. The snacks and breakfast treats were works of art. Greg at the front desk was very helpful with all arrangements.I highly recommend a stay at the Ritz-Carlton!

"Fabulous stay at the Ritz"
You can't beat this hotel. This is our second stay at the Ritz Dallas and it was just as wonderful as the first. All staff members were helpful but not overbearing. It's a beautiful hotel with nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. We've chosen a corner room because you get the two huge windows overlooking the city. I would definitely recommmend the […] Ritz for anyone. Additionally, the rooms are so well insulated. It was almost as if we had the entire floor to ourselves, which I know wasn't the case.
