I don't write reviews but I have to say that I had a good stay with your hotel. We arrived on a very hot day. Your front desk employee Hector was very friendly and professional. Thank you for letting us cool off in your pool and air conditioned room.
"Comfort Inn - Ukiah"
This is the place to stay if you're looking for a hotel that employs staff who don't appear to enjoy their jobs. Luckily we required little assistance, but did find ourselves wondering what happened to make all these employees seem so grumpy.

"not as advertised but niec hotel"
The guy at the front desk who checked us in was great, moved my room right away (although problem remained as you will read in a moment) and made sure to move us away from breakfast area in hotel to avoid morning noise. When I made the reservation with Hotels.com (called them and spoke to them( I specifically asked to have a two-room suite, not just […] a sofabed in the room, and verbally confirmed with the agent I was speaking to whom assured me that there were two adjoining rooms (a bedroom with a door, and a living area with the sofabed). Unfortunately, except for a wall that extended 1/4 into the hotel room (which was like every other hotel room you've seen) creating a tiny sitting area with the sofabed in between the kng bed and the bathroom, everything was in one room, and the "suite" was not what I was looking for, nor did they have another. This created an uncomfortale situation for me. In any case, breakfast was decent and I liked having many food options in the immediate area. Lesa meira
"Nice Room"
The room and surroundings were great. The staff was nice. They still have some smoking rooms which tainted the experience somewhat.
"Hotel in Ukiah - great place for sighseeing"
Had a great time driving up to see the redwood trees. A must see. The rest of the time was spent at a wedding outside of Willits up on a mountain home. Views were great.

I never write reviews, but read them all of the time before I stay at a new place. I feel compelled to pass on the word about the Comfort Inn - Ukiah. The both rooms(1 king, 1double queen) were spacious and clean. All of the staff from Jamie and Emily at the front desk to the breakfast lady were very polite and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast, […] though not gourmet, was a lot more than the stale bagels and weak coffee I was expecting. Eggs with either cheese or ham, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit and even homemade waffles were offered. They made traveling with my mother-in-law almost enjoyable. I will definitely be back next time I am back in Mendecino wine country. Lesa meira

"Nice Hotel."
Clean ,quiet and a decent hot breakfast.

Outstanding hotel! We extended our stay an additional night here. Friendly staff, convenient location, METICULOUSLY clean and a HOT breakfast each morning is included. We will definitly return.

"Great Hotel"
I wasn't expevting much from Ukiah. i was extremely happy with this hotel. after long hours on the road it was nice spending a night in this hotel.
"noisy air"
the air conditioner was extremely noisy. Other than that it was comfortable.

Hotellet ligger perfekt om man är på genomresa. Dock finns det inte så mycket i närheten förutom stormarknad och en restaurang. Rummet var stort och bekvämt. Personalen var också mycket trevlig. Parkering var givetvis gratis. Det fanns pool om man ville bada och frukosten var helt ok, dock inget fantastiskt.
