Á Hyatt Regency Kathmandu eru 280 herbergi með loftkælingu, í þeim eru míníbarir og öryggishólf. Í herbergjum er þráðlaus nettenging. Sjónvörp eru með kapalrásum. Á öllum herbergjum eru skrifborð, ókeypis dagblöð og beinhringisímar. Á baðherbergjum eru sér baðkör og sturtur, baðsloppar, hárblásarar og inniskór.

"This hotel is so far from the city ."
The stay was OK but the location of the hotel is so far from the city its like being on the moon. Restaurant food not very good and very expensive.The wait to be fed was so very long. The Irish Coffee was soooo good. The travel agent was very good and helpful. The club room was full of very loud people. Rooms were OK but showing signs of age and lack […] of maintenance.Regular blackouts experienced. Gym equipment needs looking at and becoming out of hours.. Gym attendants are not co-operative and not friendly. Grounds are magnificient. The close proximity to the Stoupa is an advantage. Lesa meira
"Beautiful Hotel, horrible service"
Nice hotel, but the service is one of the worst I've ever seem. We waited for almost 2 hours to get our luggage, we requested an extra bed in advance, and it was not there, we have to call twice to get it, we didn't have enough towels, The food was expensive and bad, it took a long time to get our drinks, better eat somewhere else.
"How to be fair?"
The five stars must be if you compare to other hotels in Nepal since neither the hotel (room maintenance) or the services provided live up to international standards. The prices are however quite international and this mismatch might leave you with a bitter taste. Nevertheless, we were very happy with a nice breakfast buffet and plenty of hot water […] for the bathtub after having travelled in Nepal for two weeks. Lesa meira
"Hyatt Kathmandu"
Good clean hotel with a very large lobby and very clean and hygenic comfortable rooms but i would definitely recommend The Shangri-La in Kathmandu to any traveller,for the cost of the room and service and food .....its excellent value for money.My next stay will be at the shangrila definitely it is also very close to Thamel which is a tourist hotsp […] ot. "Do you like police?"
So, I ended up staying there on the same dates that they decided to fire the entire staff of the hotel. Which meant that I had to enjoy my coffee in the hotel cafe while riot police and managers scrambled to keep the recently fired staff from attacking people. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. I guess if you like being the rich white […] people on the block, and you like having to pay taxi drivers twice as much as normal to get you out off of the hotel property, and you like overpriced momo, then you'll probably enjoy this place. In their defense, they're the only place in Nepal with central heating, which (if you think about it) is a pretty amazing feature in a country as backwards and corrupt as Nepal. Lesa meira
"Hyatt Kathmandu - Not the best location"
Don't go by the google maps location of this hotel. It is actually situated 10km away from the city center and business location. There are no good shopping complex around the place. Apart from the location, as such the hotel itself is good. Nice architecture, open and inviting. I was disappointed with the shower cubical cleaning (or lack of it)
"Comfort but no travel assistance"
The hotel provides comfort and is some sort of a resort in a middle of a tedious city. Its located out of the center, like half an hour drive from Thamel. Its graet disadvantage: The hotel does not provide proper travel information and travel assistance (sights, bus and air transportation possibilities, connectivity etc.)
"Another world within Katmandu"
Everything was fine Except the quality of the extra bed did not match Hyatt standards
"Lovely property, location, lacks small touches"
We stayed 5 days with a 4 and 1 yr old; the stupa lobby is awesome and kids loved playing there, so was the property - lawns and pools. Centrally located with easy cab access and we went nearby (10 mins walk with stroller) for lunch daily - lots of restaurants near Boudha/stupa area. Buffets excellent, a la carte somewhat limited, with kids 50% off. […] The italian luxury restaurant was frankly lousy. We had some items like porridge and khichdi made off menu for kids - took a few iterations but they were cooperative. One issue - the rooms have no hand showers in either tub or shower, which makes it very difficult to bathe little ones. otherwise twice a day turndowns (we really made a mess) etc. made for a nice stay. I am so happy I came to this Hotel. It is the cleanest, best one in Kathmandu. Everyone is so helpful.

Sehr gutes Hotel im hektischen Kathmandu. Die Stupa kann man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen. Shuttle-Service kostenlos. Service und Essen hervorragend, Preise eher teuer.

"クオリティーが安定しているさすがHYATT"
直にホテル手配するとおそらく４人家族は二部屋になってしまったかと思います。 しかしこちらのサイトでは４人設定ができ、また、現地でエクストラベッドも無料で用意していただき、かなりリーズナブルで泊まらせていただきました。 久しぶりに家族一部屋で泊まり、いい思い出になりました。 部屋は隅々まで気が回っていました。バスタブもピカピカ。 一つ思うのは、夜のビュッフェはあまり日本人の口に合うものが少ない。アラカルトメニューもあるので、そちらの方がお薦めかも。 全体的に大満足でした。
