good stay except for a neighbor who had an argument during the night.
We arrived in the evening and my daughter decided she wanted dessert. We sat down in the restaurant area and the gentleman who was tending the bar/restaurant looked at us and walked into the back and we never saw him again. We ended up leaving. The a/c or heater unit made "popping" noises each time it shut off. Loud enough to make sleeping difficult. […] The "adjustable" beds to control firmness did not seem to work at all. "Comfortable Rooms"
Room was very comfortable and breakfast was a great value. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed there before and the quality has always been consistent.
The sleep number bed controls are hidden. Look for those.

"Convenient location for Denver suburbs and RMNP"
We spent two nights in this hotel near the end of a family vacation. It was easy to get to and appeared to be in a very safe location. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. Our room was clean and very comfortable, included a refrigerator and microwave - allowing for an easy meal when we arrived late one evening. It was an […] easy drive into Fort Collins downtown as well as to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced and our kids ate free! This was a nice hotel. We got the bed and breakfast deal which was great because it includes made to order items. Well worth it. Everything about the hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Great pillows!! When we first got there I did notice the floors leading to the elevators were dirty and the door to our room and others were unusually […] dirty so I wondered how things would be in the room, but, it ended there. Hotel worked out great. The breakfast buffet was well supplied and the staff very accommodating. nice touch is the outdoor patio area with a gas firplace at night for cocktails.

Gorgeous hotel. Great Service Unfortunately, they wanted to charge us 8-9 dollars for any breakfast. One hotel nearby, Motel 8, gave most of what Hilton had for breakfast FOR FREE and the Hotel 8 was HALF the price of a room as Hilton.
"a little weird to get to"
it's a little weird accessing this hotel you drive through a neighborhood...? You can see it from Harmony Rd but getting to it is tricky! The lobby is nice as was my room until I discovered that they did not throw away the previous guests' free and USED mouthwash...gross. "Clean, quiet, comfortable"
This hotel is the best. We stay here every time we come to Ft Collins because it's quiet, the rooms are luxurious, the king size bed very comfortable, and the service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Everything abou the Hilton Garden Hotel in Fort Collins, CO was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the exercise room was great! The kids loved the heated pool and we all enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast. We will be staying here every time we come to see out daughter at CSU.

Everyone on staff from check in to the bar was very helpful and so nice. Hotel is clean and in a great neighborhood. It was very convenient for us to drive to RMNP almost every day of our stay. and a huge plus.. NO BED BUGS!

The entire stay was great and fun for us. The indoor pool and gym was great for the whole family. This hotel is close to the freeway and shopping areas. Eateries are all around and easy to get too. You will love this location. I will stay there the next time I come to Fort Collins.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Tasty and fresh breakfast bar. Breakfast servers worked very hard. Housekeepers were cheerful and thankful of tips. Pillows were too soft for my comfort, but I got over it. Great adjustable beds and fine linen. Room HVAC was quiet. Easy access to all of Ft Collins. Comfortable lobby.

My wife and I were in Fort collins to visit my mother for a few days. Our flight was terrible and my wife ended up getting really sick on the way out from Atlanta. I couldent think of a better place for my wife to get better than staying in your hotel. Eveyone was so helpful and very pleasant. I thank you for that so much in a hard time. Location is […] great! In fact I found a Urgent care medical center that was one block away, and they took care of my wife and we were able to salvage some of our vacation. "breakfast needs to be rethought, overwise great"
Breakfast set-up was not intuitive at all. It seemed like a serve-yourself breakfast, but there was a chef at the counter, so I tried to order from him, and he directed me to sit down and order through the waitress, so I did. I ordered an omelette and pancakes and it took 30 minutes to be served. After eating, I couldn't get the waitress to give me […] the check, so I went back to my room and talked to the front desk about it at the end. They finally comped the breakfast, and asked if I would be satisfied with my stay, which I was. Otherwise, I think it's a great hotel and I was pleased with everything in the end. Lesa meira

Close to many restaurants and the school my son is planning on attending. Easy to get around town and located in a safe neighborhood. Prices were very reasonable including their breakfast.

"All we ecpected from a Hilton"
We would stay again at this Hilton Gardens Hotel in a heartbeat. Everything was totally as expected and ordered when we made our reservations. We don't want to sound to gushy, but we've stayed at some really nightmare places in our 62 years and this hotel was one of the best we've experienced.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk person allowed another guest to cut in front of me which was pretty frustrating. To top that off this guest had a problem with their room. Another person in our group helped them out and saved their stay. The desk person called a manager over to help. This manager was VERY rude and should not be in customer service. […] Overall nice hotel. A bit frustrating we were in town to run a marathon on Sunday morning and there were a number of baseball teams in the hotel and some of them were running up and down the halls on the floor above us, so tough to get to sleep when kids running up and down the halls.
