"Great Stay Very Roomy"
We had a corner ocean view room. The place was quite spacious and had plenty of conveniences. It was a bit pricey but the service was good and the views were fantastic overlooking the pier even from the second tower (on other side of street from ocean front). Be aware that if you book through internet sites, most likely they will hit you with local […] taxes at check in despite you being "all paid up" through the booking sites. This hotel was awesome! The rooms are roomy and the decor was beautiful! The staff at the desk could be a little friendlier. But other than that I would stay here again!
"My Stay T The Prince Resort"
This was my first time vacationing at this resort and I must say that would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and the amenities in the room were not out dated. Very spacious and comfortable. The dining area was very nice and the breakfast was GREAT every morning. My only complaint was there is not an inhouse store to purchase the small […] thing that a person may forget. Tthe nearest store looks to be almost a quarter mile away, so grab your walking shoes. "Great hotel/resort"
This was a great hotel. The ocean front view was beautiful! Slept with the balcony door open and listen to the ocean all night. Maid service was very thorough and very courteous. We stayed in tower 2. Plenty of parking. The first 8 or 9 decks is nothing but parking and from 9 or 10 on up was the rooms. 15 to 20 minutes from Ripley's aquarium which you […] must see! Very nice town. One little issue we had though. I booked 2 rooms and the woman at the front counter tried to tell me we only booked 1. No matter what I did to convince her, she didnt believe me. I said to give us the one room and I will call hotels.com and get it straightened out. As we were leaving, she called me back and said she did have another reservation and didnt see it. I requested an ocean view and it was great. My room was on the pool floor which during summer season could be a litle loud. But, the room location was great. The exercise rooms were on the same floor and the room had all the adminities. Would stay there again. My only complaint was that I was on the wrong end of the beach. My husband and I stayed at the Prince Resort over New Year's Weekend, and were greatly pleased with the entire stay. We have visited there many times, and will continue to make the Prince Resort our first choice. The hotel is clean, modern, and service is excellent. "The Prince Resort in North Myrtle Beach SC"
positives: very nice room w/ great views (18th floor), nice pool with lazy river. Comfortable room with good ammenities. negatives: we found parking for this resort to be rather annoying and we felt there are not enough elevators, especially if you are located in a room on one of the upper floors (which we were, 18th floor). You waste allot of time […] "waiting" for the elevator. lastly, we felt that it was a little pricey. "Prince Resort Myrtle Beach - never again"
arrived at hotel 4:30, there was no where to park for registration. Had to circle several times finally went to building 2 and parked, walked across street to check in. Employee at the facility was driving around parking garage literally flying without regard that small children were present. After we checked in, we could not find a luggage cart. The […] same employee on the golf cart said we would have to go across street to find cart. After we got to the room, in the bathroom, there was black hair on floor. I called staff to report, they came to clean. As we were leaving, the a/c was at 77, we turned down to 70 and left. We came back about 2 hrs later, it was still at 77. We called to report they sent maintenance up to repair. Never did get cooler, so they did give us another room. The other room was better. As far as housekeeping, they never once vacuumed the floors or cleaned bathroom floor. I deliberately left white string on floor, it was never removed. I kept the room cleaned, towels picked up and swept the floor to remove crumbs that were never vacuumed up. This is the second year that we have stayed at this resort and will be my last. Never once did anyone ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything or if that room was any better. Lesa meira

"Prince Resort--great place to stay"
Great for us to be right on the beach and the pier for fishing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the living room carpet needed replaced; otherwise, rooms were neat, clean and well-kept. Plan to stay there next year.

Easy to make reservations. Needed peace and quiet so resort was perfect for us. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Only go to the beach in the offseason-Prince maintains its standards for those of us who don't appreciate the hordes! Two sliding glass doors-one in the living room, one in the master bedroom. It was awesome. It was more than I expected. The view was wonderful. I loved the full size kitchen and the washer/dryer made it so convenient. We will surely come back to this hotel.

The room itself was nice. It was slightly smaller than expected, but it was clean and spacious enough for one night. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pull out couch was really a two seater, and the bed was very small (somewhere between a twin and a double sized bed). Luckily we were putting children there so it was sufficient. They would […] have been uncomfortable if we were planning to stay at this location for the full week though. The hotel itself was very dirty. The hallways were disgusting. "Not family friendly"
The hotel, once you find the unmarked lobby on the second floor, is okay for a couple getaway. I would not bring my kids. The pools were very small, though the beach wasn't very crowded. The hotel isn't in walking distance to anything. Our room was nice, and had a great view. I recomend a corner room on the second tower. "Must -see sights a drive away."
Although, we loved the hotel, it was a distance away from the main attractions. We had to give ourselves time to get wherever we wanted to go, when we left the hotel. We still had fun, and considered it an adventure. The beach is secluded and the hotels are spaced out just enough where the beach wasn't crowded. We loved it.

Its less crowded then myrtle beach but totally relaxing . The room was huge and more then we expected . I ordered rose pedals for our bedroom and it was beautiful. cant wait to go again. We live in NJ and for what we paid we would have been 5 or 6 blocks off the beach on the Jersey coast

"good location, good price"
The hotel was nicely decorated and has two good restaurants on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again in the future. The only negative thing was that we were lacking a shower curtain but a quick call to the front desk and they brought one right up. Our rooms were across the street above the parking deck - the directions we received from the front desk was that we were across the street - we found our parking but had no idea how to get to the hotel - we asked a guest getting off the elevator who informed us the elevator from the parking deck also took us to our room. My only complaint.
