This Hotel is in good condition and located centrally and conveniently near highways. It offers a clean environment and a good breakfast.
"good hotel but..."
This was a good hotel, but: 1) hotels.com charged me $20/night more than the hotel was going to charge me. Then, hotels.com wouldn't refund the difference or accomodate me in any way... 2) the "suite" was really one room with a small divider instead of 2 rooms...that disappointed me.

"Mostly good experience"
Our suite was very clean and the furniture was lovely. Bed was outstanding. Only issue in the room was that the lighting was very dim, making it tricky to put on makeup. Building is smoke-free and the hotel states there are designated smoking areas. Though there are outside ashtrays it would be nice if there were a bench or seating, away from the entrances […] so that people who smoke can feel comfortable without being right at the doorways smoking. Didn't have breakfast in the morning but there were a variety of different coffees and the usual continental breakfast fare. Only issue with overall service was that we were awakened at about 8:00 am by VERY LOUD housekeeping staff who were yelling to one-another outside our door. This yelling went on for quite some time and to the point where we just gave up on sleeping in and got ready for check-out. If not for the yelling we would probably still be asleep in that bed though as it was the most comfortable we've encountered in a hotel chain. Usually bedding that comfortable is reserved for the Inns and B&Bs we enjoy on the Cape. Lesa meira

Absolutely loved our room. The real thing was better than the pictures, and the room was larger than expected. The bed was super comfortable and one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in!

"Great value and service"
We had 5 people in our suite, which was a little crowded but worked out okay. Friendly staff who recommended a good restaurant for dinner and gave us directions back to the highway. Free continental breakfast included waffles. Coffee 24 hours/day.
"High Quality Service"
This hotel beat my expectations. The price was right and the quality of service was great. All staff were friendly and helpful. When I asked for directions to a CVS, the front desk employee printed teh directions out for me. The cmplimentary breakfast was also a good quality meal. I'll be back a second time. "Impeccable service and hotel"
The hotel staff were friendly, provided toiletries I forgot, the entire hotel was clean. It was a little difficult to find because the address doesn't map correctly, but well worth the stay.
