Í rúmum: hægsígandi svampdýnur, sérvalin rúmföt hótels, þrjú lök í rúmi og dúnteppi. Koddavalseðlar í boði. Háhraðainternetaðgangur, þráðlaus eða um kapal (viðbótargjald) er til staðar. 21-tommu flatskjársjónvörp með kapalrásum í háum gæðaflokki, kvikmyndastöðvar án endurgjalds og DVD-spilurum eru á herbergjum. Á öllum herbergjum eru skrifborð, öryggishólf og beinhringisímar. Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör með sturtu, baðvogir, baðsloppar og förðunarspeglar.
Á öllum herbergjum eru míníbarir, kaffivél/te og ókeypis vatn á flöskum. Til viðbótar eru í boði ókeypis dagblöð og inniskór. Í boði eru kvöldfrágangur, straujárn/strauborð og auka handklæði/rúmfatnaður sé þess óskað. Þrif eru í boði daglega.

"breakfast"
The dining hall is aweful. dark and dingy with few lights and terrible furniture. They are supposed to serve breakfast from 7.30 am and every time I went there at 7.45, the waiters are still setting up the coffee and tea pots. The toaster for the bread never works. I was told in the last 2 trips that the toaster is broken, so I had to request them to […] toast my bread in the kitchen. The staff is not trained. Most of them watch TV instead of paying attention to the guests. The location of the hotel suits my business, thats why I choose this place. Lesa meira
The bed covers were dirty under ... The bath towels were not so good ... I think the hotel has potential, but small things that are of poor quality in room, can not cost much tp upgrade towels, covers sheets .... For the price they charge, they shld provide better quality.
"Nice Place"
What the hotel may lack in charm or upkeep (things in general are a bit warn around the edges) is made-up for by the wonderfully attentive staff who graciously look after every detail of any request. Close enough to walk to the Gateway of India (if you like a long-long walks along the sea - but you can also get to the more touristy areas via taxi or […] any of the other modes of transport available. Also, the hotel can arrange a car a driver for the day for a very reasonable rate, if you'd rather go about things that way. The area surrounding the hotel is lively and interesting and provides a wonderfully varied view of Mumbai. I was only in Mumbai a few nights this trip and really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is great for a short stay - If you are planning a longer stay in Mumbai, a couple nights spent here would be well worth your time. My experience and condition of the hotel was good. I would stay there again. Good food and clean atmosphere. I believe this is the best hotel to stay if you are going to the U.S. Embassy---it is less than 1-mile from it. Thanks!

"traffic slow in this area"
Hotel was good. Lots of traffic in that area, getting to India Gateway or other places took lots of time, same getting back to hotel, almost 3 hours, but if you have nice car with nice driver and background music it's ok. The room service was goodl food at restaurant delicious, staff was kind. The neighbourhood not so good, but it depends on what you […] want to see, reality or bollywood type of scenery. Local people were nice though. If you plan on just doing tourism in Mumbai, this hotel is good for you. Lesa meira
"Taxi to the ariport - 1500rph!!!!!!"
This hotel is very near from Grant Road station. So you can go the Gateway of India and Dhobi Ghat by yourself not using taxi. The room is modern and clean. The restaurant is good. But the person at the front desk is bad apple. When I asked him to call the taxi to the airport 4:30am on a day ahead, he charged me 1500Rph. I asked parhaps 20 times ONE […] THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED rph???? in surprise. So I didn't hear wrong. For your information, prepaid taxi from the airpot to the hotel costed 450rph the day before. I asked why so expensive. He told me that it was not expensive and this price is from 11pm to 6am. It was so expensive even in the early in the morning. I am woman travelling alone. And it is very difficult to catch a taxi on the road and no rickshaw in the central city of Mumbai. He saw me coming. So I didn't ask the taxi after all. I thought to cathch the train and rickshaw. But when I checked out and went out from the hotel, the doorman asked me whether I needed the taxi and waked the driver who was sleeping in front of the hotel. It costed 300rph. Travel in India is sometimes very hard mentally. So we expect comforts and trust to a hotel. Don't disappoint foreign travellers, If he has professional consious. Lesa meira
"Nice hotel in the centre."
Stayed 1 night. Hotel is good, service is good. It's just a little far from the airport. Didn't went into Mumbai itself so I can't tell if it's near anything.
