We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed here 3 days before our cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) and 1 day after. Very pleased with the hotel and would come again. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean, tidy and spacious, high ceiling and interior oozes old classy charm. Free quite fast wi-fi internet for hotel guests. Good central location, close to Terminal station, 15-20 min walk to most of the famous sights. Breakfast buffet quite good and the coffee machine, although automatic, makes an almost perfect cappuchino... for us a BIG PLUS. Some nice restaurants in the vicinity like the Gallo Matto, 5 minutes walk down on Cavour. Just a little minus: Bed mattresses a bit hard for my taste, but slept well anyway.

Pros: - Great location (Colosseum, super market and good restaurants) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Clean rooms - Computer with internet access in each room. Cons: The only cons that I can think of are: - Very little floor space to store luggage (Minor problem) - Breakfast was only a croissant and a water/cafe at a bakery near by. Would be great if there were some fruits as well. But this hotel is perfect for a couple that are looking for a relatively cheap hotel in a great location! I would recommend this hotel to any couple and if I go back to Rome I would use this hotel again.

Location was pretty good near the city center, about 10 min. bus ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor. Free internet connection, but it did not work in the room though.

Rome’s central train station, Termini is the entry point to the city from Fiumicino Airport, and is an impressive modern architectural sight. Between here and glamorous Via Veneto, there are several interesting places to visit. The Palazzo Barberini is a superb baroque palace, the Terme di Diocleziano was the city’s largest bath complex and the Church of Santa Maria della Concezione is remarkable for its Capuchin monks’ crypt.

However, the staff are very friendly and checked us in early, the room was clean and most importantly great location, 2 minute walk from the Termini station. If you want a really fancy room, dont stay here, but if you plan to be sight seeing all day, this is the place for you.
"Do Not Make Reservation Here"
This hotel is not recommended. While the location is convient, you have other choices in the area for similar prices that are safer and better selection for your hard-earned lodging dollars.

Excellent location to Roma Termini, less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel was on second floor, the room was clean and adequate size however the bathroom was small. The shower was small but did the job. Not a typical American hotel but certainly more of the European standard for the smaller venues. Left luggage in the morning - returned late afternoon to […] check in. No Street noice however could here others in hotel at times. I feel we got what we paid for and the positive out-weighed the negative. Lesa meira
"Good for Students on a Budget"
This hotel is literally a block away from Termini, which makes it a good place to be if you plan on travelling all throughout the city on bus and the metro. It's very cheap, so you can't really expect incredible amenities or services. When we checked in, they tried to hustle us into another hotel a block away, but we were firm and eventually they gave […] us a hotel in the Soggiorno Blu. Our room was located next to the check in desk, and you could hear people talking and walking in. Also, the people above us were very noisy. There's no view whatsoever, but for budget students that doesn't really matter. The bathroom is very small and the shower isn't separated from the toilet and sink, so if you plan on showering, everything gets extremely soaked (including the toilet paper). The beds are relatively comfortable, with clean sheets, but the duvet was dirty. The room as a whole was well lit and the floors were clean. However, there was some dust in the corners. The neighborhood is not a bad one, don't be deceived by the graffiti. It seemed to me that there were lots of other students staying in the hotel, I would definitely not recommend this for a nice family or romantic vacation, but it is comparable to a nice hostel. "Close to main train station so very convenient location!"
The hotel was ideally situated. Close to Termini station the main station in Rome. It helped to stay there because it saved on using local transport and all main tours depart from this station as well as trains and buses to the airport and other destinations in Italy.
"Nice enough"
Our room was very clean. Small, a view of the ally. But very comfortable for as much as we were in it. They did speak some english. One thing I would have liked to have known was that when they say internet available, that means if you pay extra you will be able to access wifi. Also you need to tell them up front that you want wifi. Certain rooms do […] not have it. So not knowing this, and the language difference that was hard to finally understand. Then I was told that they need to know that you want wifi upfront, then they would have put me to room with access to it. Another good thing to know is that paying extra for wifi is common in Italy. Vi havde betalt for continential breakfast men det bestod af et stykke wienerbrød og 1 kop kaffe. Trods klage herover, fik vi ikke hvad vi havde betalt for

Det var knappt en-stjärnigt... Enligt info på Hotels skulle det vara två-stjärnigt.
