Góð staðsetning, 5. mín labb á lestarstöð og ein stöð til Cannes. Hótel með svölum og 5. min á ströndina sem er mjög góð. Vantar viðhald á hótel en er hreint og sanngjarnt verð. Veitingastaðir í grendinni þ.e Jean les Pins. Ein stöð í lestinni til Antipe þar sem eru verslanir, Picasso safn og fjöldi veitingahúsa og pöbba. Fjórar stoppustöðvar til Nice. "A week at the Mediterranee"
I have stayed here several times for business trips to the area. The location is convenient and the limited cooking facilities in the studio I rent suit my inclinations and budget. The room was clean and they had improved mattress quality over the past year. However they still do not have front desk coverage on Saturday afternoons until 3pm, which is […] absurd since so many flights to Europe land late morning early afternoon. I had to wait two hours, exhausted from my flight and dozing in the lobby, for someone to let me into my room. This is a big negative for me and if I can't get assurance that someone would be there next year I would probably not stay there. Lesa meira
"convenient location to beach, shopping and grocery"
it is not a hotel but rather a service apartment. The location of the hotel is great and is within walking distance to the beach (approximately 100 metres). Nearby is a bakery (2 infact), shopping district, pub, restaurant and bus-stops. Housekeeping does not come daily which is a problem if you need to get new towels and garbage bags. Room is basic […] and small, twin room does not have refrigerator and pillow is thin and small. But if you just need a place to sleep and location to the beach and amneties this is a great budget place. The person in charge is also very friendly and speaks English. Tourist Information office is nearby. Juan Les Pin train station is within walking distance if you need to travel out to Other location ex Monaco. Bus stop 200 to Cannes and back to the Airport on express 250 is all within walking distance. Lesa meira
Hotel is well located near beach it is very difficult to find as there is no signs actually an appt hotel otherwise very good value for price

"Rapport qualité/prix trés moyen"
Idéalement placé mais l'entretien de l'hotel est trés mauvais. Je n'y retournerai pas!
"Beach medeterranee not reccommended"
We stayed at this "hotel" for one week and we would not reccomend it to anyone! First we were promised a room with a kitchen, this we did not get and since we arrived on a Sunday when the reception is closed the whole day we could not change rooms. The rooms did not have proper beds, they consist of fold out beds which are VERY uncomfortable, did […] not sleep well for the whole week The whole week we were there the room was cleaned once, this despite the cleaners knocking on the door from 8-9 o'clock in the morning!! But when we left the room around 11 and told them they could clean it this was not done TV did not work some of the days The bathroom was in poor condition and so was the rest of the hotel. Compared to other 3 stars hotels this is not even close!! The reception staff were not helpful or friendly at all Lesa meira

"Bra beliggenhet"
Tidlig å måtte være ute av rommet kl.10.00 da det også skulle vaskes vasket og klart for kontroll til dette tidspunkt. kl.12.00 hadde vært bedre-
