This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have been extremely satisfied both times. The staff is very attentive and friendly; the rooms are very comfortable, with every amenity; and, of course, the breakfast is wonderful, everything fresh and plentiful. I will stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, but it is incredibly noisy. We were on the second floor and heard what sounded like a bathroom fan or the ice machine which ran ALL NIGHT long. The room read 79 degrees and we could not get it to a comfortable temperature. The worst part was the driveway into the hotel is shared with three to four homes. I was so looking forward […] to a full nights rest and at approx. 2am, the dog from one of the homes began to bark for hours! This was a very clean property, but I will never stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a restful place to sleep. Lesa meira

The room and staff were the best for the price I had in many years of traveling. The first night was perfect. The second night a youth sports team had checked in and the kids next to us began to play and were throwing themselves and others around the room, waking us at 12:15 am, after 30 minutes I called the front desk and within 10 minutes I heard […] knocking at their door then silence. Obiviously the managment takes complaints serious. The next morning as I checked out I was asked about my stay and I explained my noise complaint and managements solution. The Manager apologized and I recieved a coupon for a discount on my next stay. That is all I could ask, since it was not the hotels fault for poor manners of kids. Lesa meira

I was very surprise at the high quality of food served at breakfast. I usually skip the continental breakfast because of the high carb sugary choices. There were hot eggs and meat, oatmeal and even fresh fruit. Nice high quality selection. Unhappy that it was a non-smoking property. You should be very proud of the entire staff - very courteous and there to help - if needed. I've stayed in numerous hotels - even out of the United States and this hotel was the cleaniest I've ever stayed in!

I found the hotel to be most suitable for my business travel. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was ready at 0600 hours, and my room was clean and quiet. I will most likely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel in general was very clean. The room was exceptional except for the mattress. I had a few family member staying in different rooms and they all said the same thing about the mattresses. We had not been back to Norco for a while and while visiting family decided to stay nearby. The rooms were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. We had a very plesant visit. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be at the front desk. The room was exactly as specified on the website. The room was clean, well appointed and everything was in working order. This hotel was exactly what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was excellent with a ariety of breads, fruit, yogurt and a different array of hot items each morning. Great coffee and tea is available all day. And you will too! The outdoor pool was perfectly heated and open 24 hours. Breakfast was great with many choices and the rooms were very comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and room was nice. However when asking about the area the front desk could not suguest a place to eat for dinner. As for the breakfast as not very good.

I was more than surprised at how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn before and I plan to use them again.
