Lobby was inviting and staff was very pleasant. We had a nice room which is expected of Holiday Inns...clean, comfortable, good internet service. Location was perfect, near function that we attended in Yarmouth and close to the shops of LL Bean. Morning breakfast lacked a few things...juice machine was not working; but, staff went out and bought juices. The rooms were like new and very comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. The upkeep of the hotel was perfect. The front desk was not staffed much of the time (especially when we checked out) but not a deal breaker. The 'breakfast' left much to be desired, however. Location was handy since it was right off the freeway and an easy drive into Freeport. I recommend asking for a odd number room for a room away from the loud freeway! The hotel is conveniently located - close to both the highway and to the town of Freeport. There are also several restaurants within a mile or so. The service was good and the room comfortable.
