It was very pleasant and the staff was great! The location is the best...near the interstate.
"Love the water slide!"
This hotel is very clean. The staff were also helpful when my 16-month-old woke up in the middle of the night and wouldn't go back to sleep by offering to give me some milk to calm her down. They were very friendly and understanding. Breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the water slide.

Hotel was nice...the bed wasnt all that comfortable and the pillows were small but everything was clean. Would stay there again
Definitely recommend the suite room! hot tub in room, able to watch movies while enjoying the hot tub. Rooms are very nice and updated.

I enjoyed my two day stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and did not hear noise from other rooms. They provided a USA newspaper in the morning which I did not expect. The room service provided a breakfast in the morning and the food selection was decent. Fruit and candy was available in the entrance. They had shelves with snacks and other supplies. […] I was not sure if this was free. If it is, this is added bonus. I liked the fact there was an indoor pool and jacuzzi which I made use of. The hotel has a mini gym. The room provided free internet and there was even a wired ethernet at the table. Also a small microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. One needs to plan to use these appliances. All in all, this is a decent place for the price I paid. I recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Loveland, CO. Lesa meira

This hotel was good from the start. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and very comfortable. The water slide in the pool area was a big hit with my kids. Easy access to dining and surrounding shopping. Easy access to I-25, our trip was a combination of business and pleasure and this hotel would be suitable for either. Hotel was new and very nice, however, both nights we stayed there, children started running and jumping above us at 6 a.m. We reported this and it stopped for a short time. I think maybe children should be on the 1st floor or something done to stop the way this is handled or not handled.
"Service"
We expected to have daily room service on a 5 night stay. We had to have the desk clerk bring up towels at night because room had not been serviced on our second day; beds unmade, etc. Coffee bar also not serviced on a couple of the days. Had to go to the maids to get cups & coffee. We were given a hotel statement the morning of check-out showing a […] 4 night stay at a different rate then we had already paid up front, stating that this was a hotel internal process. Lesa meira

"BREAKFAST- REALLY BAD"
anything that was not sweet was really bad these hotels need to go to Europe and learn how to serve a real breakfast. Everything else was super, Whitney, front desk door was really helpful and informative, great personality. Keep her.
Was a great stay and the kids really enjoyed. The hotel staff was great, the breadfast was great and the only thing I would note is that the pool area needed maintained a little better.

"Holiday Inn - Loveland, CO"
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was great. My room was very nice. I have stayed at many hotels before and this one ranks way up there. Easy on/off the highway. Although it was a bit of a drive to Fort Collins. This hotel was worth the extra miles. I stayed for 4 nights.

They have a really cool waterslide for kids and families. Problem is everyone who has kids brings them here. So its kinda noisy, and they only have one elevator, so you deal with 200 kids running all over the place goin up and down the elevator for fun, its kind of a pain, even with kids.

This hotel was great! The workers were so friendly and helpful. This hotel was one exit from everything, eating and outlets. It was right off the interstate which was nice. The hotel was like brand new.

This is a nice facility. Our room was larger than expected and well appointed for this rating of hotel. It was quite which I really appreachiated after a long full day. My Boys really liked the pool with its slide. I enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

"Holiday Inn Express - Very Nice!"
Hotel rooms are extremely well taken-care of. Nice comfortable beds and a great hot breakfast in the morning. Nice flat-screen televisions got a few hi-definition channels. Internet access worked fine when plugged into network cable, but wireless on third floor did not work. Definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

"Great stay in the Ft. Collins area!"
The hotel was really great. At first I was not sure it would be very nice because it was a Holiday Inn and I've stayed at some rotten ones in the past but went ahead and booked this one because I learned that it was a brand new building and didn't think it could be that bad. It ended up being perfect! It was close to the highway so you could get into […] downtown Ft. Collins easily and within 8-10 minutes and it was a cheaper alternative to the Embassy Suites across the road. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and we couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to stay there. And who doesn't like free breakfast and internet?!?! Highly recommend if staying in the Loveland/Ft. Collins area. Lesa meira

The Holiday inn Express Loveland is an excellent hotel with all the amenities. The location is very new, so the surrounding area does lack certain conveniences such as a selection of easily accessible restaurants. access from the Interstate is convenient.
"Loved the room, service, pool, and breakfast!"
This hotel exceeded my expectations! My family of six stayed in a two bed suite and it was roomy, clean, and quite. The staff was very nice and accomidating. The hot breakfast was very good and better than I expected. The pool was awesome. My children will never want to stay anywhere else now. The slide was lots of fun! Great hotel, great price.

"Great room for the price"
the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well kept and the beds were comfortable. 4 pillows on each queen size bed was a plus (1 soft and 1 firm). The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids especially enjoyed the slide. All in all, a great bargain. Will likely stay there next time.
