Á öllum herbergjum eru ókeypis dagblöð á virkum dögum og ókeypis dagblöð. Á baðherbergjum eru sér baðkör og sturtur og snyrtivörur frá þekktum framleiðendum.

Hótelið stóðst allar okkar væntingar og vel það. mjög þægilegt starfsfólk, dvöldum í viku. Stutt í almenningssamgöngur, þægilegt að sækja ráðstefnuna sem við vorum á. Hreint og fínt. Morgunverður góður. Takk fyrir góða dvöl

"JW Marriott, Orlando for relaxation and luxury"
Excellent hotel. Large rooms - we were 2 adults +_ 2 kids in a 2 queen bed room. Large enough, no problem. Waterpark - pools and artificial rivers were excellent. Great place to relaxe, read a book, drink a beer, play with kids, whatever.. (With my shades, I even managed to not being recognized, except for once in the elevator) Hotel staff excellent, […] lobby bar is great! What I didn't like is the forced 22% service charge plus 3$ for room service and restaurants. Food became very pricey. Nearly impossible to do any meal under 100$. Lesa meira

Very Friendly staff, Very clean but they sell you the inflatable rafts thats cheap! Overall I was very happy with the hotel.

We spent our wedding night at the JW and "everyone" treated us like Royalty, this made the evening extra special. We will most definitely recommend the Hotel to others!

The stay at JW was pleasant, my family had a great time. I didnt understand why a hotel that has lazy river and cannot provide the rubber tire tube. other 4 star hotels provide it and include it in the price. I was taken by surprise. Other than that, i had a terrific stay.

"JW Marriott Orlando - Ripoff & Poor Service"
This hotel is the poster child for hidden charges everywhere. From Parking at $16.99/day to internet at $15.99 / day they have the attitude for "nickel and dimming" you every moment they can. In addition, poor checkout service could print out statement of charges. Were suppose to send via email and could even deliver on that. Stay away.

Some rough edges, but overall a nice experience. The hotel lobby bar is in need of severe menu overhaul.

"JW Marriott Grande Lakes the No: 1 Orlando Hotel"
The grand foyer was amazing and the standard with which the rest of the hotel lived up to. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and restaurants. Would book there again in a heartbeat next time I visit Orlando!

"I'm going back!"
This hotel is a gem. The rooms are not huge, they are big enough, the decor is tasteful and agreeable. The bathroom is large and luxuriant. The kids loved the pool with the lazy river. The restaurants are a breath of fresh air, though a bit expensive. There are local restaurants and fast food places. They have a starbucks and other shops. I had a talk […] to give and made use of the business center. The internet was not complimentary and a bit expensive. Close to Seaworld. Lesa meira

Although a beautiful and grand looking property the culture/feel of the people working here made me a bit ill at ease. Everyone seemed more concerened with how to get more money out of our pockets than with providing us value ofr what we already paid. e.g., the hotel refuses to allow the onsite Starbucks offer their usual assortment of sandwiches/snacks […] or free wifi so as not to compete with their own (triple starbucks prices) offerings and $30 per day wifi! Also, while they offer a nice lazy river they charge you for the tubes to float around it. Could you even imagine if the Hyatt Lost Pines or Hill Country did this?! Could,'t get a simple slice of pizza for our 5 year old without buying the whole dinner buffett (about $14 for him). You have to pay $25 use the workout or to take a simple steam or sit in the sauna for 5 minutes. Should I really have had to spend $160 (more than our room rate) merely to get tubes for the river and use the health club?!?! Stay Away from this oplace that looks at you like fish in a barrel! I believe this hotel was my favorite hotel. It was perfect in almost every way. Of course a little pricey but I have spent as much or more with less pleasure. The food was fabulous, the staff friendly, the bar loads of fun (great to have sushi at the bar). My only complaint was of a strong perfume odor in the main lobby. It was there the entire time […] and for those of us with allergies to strong candles and perfumes it was extremely strong. It did appear that everywhere we went they were offering chefs treats and little niceities that made you feel special. I will go again! Lesa meira

Flott hotell i fantastiske omgivelser og med Orlandos sannsynligvis beste uteområder. Eneste skår i gleden er at mat, drikke og annen service er priset hinsides enhver rimelighet og fornuft - men man behøver ikke benytte seg av disse, da vann, mineralvann, kaffe og annet kan kjøpes i forretningene på hotellet. Alternativer til hotellfrokosten (god) […] finnes ikke i nærheten, så dersom ikke denne inngår i romprisen, vil vi ikke anbefale å benytte dette hotellet Lesa meira
