The Suites of Market Common – Myrtle Beach

Absolutely stunning! We had booked a studio which was ok! The decor was the same ... Nice but the bed was a murphey bed and not the comfyest ... We asked for an upgrade and they gave us a 1 bdrm+ den overlooking the fountain at no extra charge! Absolutely phenomenal!!! Stay here!!!! It's Great!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It met ALL of my needs(location, convenience, cleaniiness and space). I would definitely recommend this facility to others. Although it is not on the beach....other amenities make up for that.

Close to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Be sure to check out Murrays for breakfast and Nacho Hippo for great food

I stumbled on this location while doing a search for Myrtle Beach hotels. It was a great find. The Market Common exceeded my expection. It was close to the airport, the mall, the state park which happend to have beach access, and the grocery store. I will definetly stay there again.

The issue was not address . The manager of the hotel was not very helpful

Great restaurants and shops! Pass to the State Park was an amenity that I did not expect but was very nice. We loved not having to stay on the busy beach area!

I booked this hotel from the internet to go to a fitness training weekend session. I was surprised to see the rental office closed when I arrived after 10:00 pm but when I called the contact number, I was told exactly how to get to my reserved rental. What a wonderful experience it was to walk into the suite! My girl friend and I were very happy with […] the unit and had a wonderful time . I especially enjoyed being able to cook using the full kitchen and cookware provided and sleep soundly in the king size bed in our suite. I would definitely visit this facility again. Lesa meira

I really enjoyed my stay at the Market Commons. We were right on top of 40 different placed to shop, great places to eat, and a two minute walk to a wonderful movie theatre. The one bedroom suite was outstanding and very roomy, along with everything you need in an apartment. Only thing that was a problem was the 10 minute ride to the beach and there […] was no pool. Both had to be driven to and pay for parking. Beside that, it was a very beautiful and need place to stay! Plus 15 minutes away from broadway at the beach and 10 away from the family kingdom and boardwalk! Lesa meira

My family of four spent four nights in the Ashley building of ResortQuest at The Market Common. We had a one bedroom with den, and there was ample space to accommodate us. Loved the modern decor and "home away from home" amenities. The only recommendation I have is to add a full length mirror in the bathroom or bedroom. The state park pass we were given […] at check-in was also a nice perk. Enjoyed the strolls around The Market Common and our visit to the Grand 14 Cinema. Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep.

I took a summer trip with my 15 year old daughter and two of her friends. They absolutely loved it. Here's my synopsis of pros and cons: Pros: --New, clean condo with modern decor --very comfortable beds --security code required for lobby and front door --shopping area, restaurants, movie theater, Cold Stone, Piggly Wiggly, and Starbuck's all within […] very easy walking distance --shopping area etc. seemed to be safe and well patrolled by security at night --easy access to Ocean Blvd, State Park (which pass was included), and Hwy 17 --Very promptly fixed slow drain in shower and broken knob on drier Cons: --No wireless internet (although they say it'll be available next year) --Stereo did not work (I did not report) --Phone in kitchen did not work (I did not report) --Second bedroom had two twin beds instead of a queen as advertised (I did not report) Lesa meira

Very nice- easy access to everthing- safe surroundings- had a wonderful time- staff great help on a Sunday check in- ONLY issue- the day we were leaving I wanted to sleep in , but the yard crew starter their blowers @ 6:03 am!! Tried to talk to them to wait until after 8 am but they did not speak English. Would stay again-

A great place to stay. My family has stayed here the last three years, and love it. I almost want to give it a bad review so people want stay there because I don't want it to ever lose the cleanliness that it presently has.

I never stayed any where like the resortquest common. I LOVED IT! The market common was beautiful. I will stay there again and again.

We had a one bedroom condo at resort quest and it was nice and clean. The condo was close to shopping, restaurants and the movies. I would recommend this place to all my friends who visit Myrtle Beach.

We love it. It was very nice and clean. The only disappointment was I thought I was getting 2 bedrooms not a sofa bed being considered as the 2nd room. Overall loved it and will stay again!!!!! We loved the washer and dryer being in the room!

This was a great stay for the price. Everything a person could ask for on a vacation. Convient stores: food store, resturants, movie theatre and places to shop all within the Market Common Complex. From the hotel everything (from entertainment, resturants and tourist attractions) was within 5-15 minutes driving time. The resort has a pass to the State […] Beach Park which was also great and well kept (less than 2 minutes away from the hotel) . I wish that we were provided with more bed and bathroom linen (but you do have the basic necessities of a home in your room). We did not encounter any problems while we were there. Where you park to your room is a walk. The parking garage is not attached to where we stay. So it was a pain bringour stuff in and out. And the way it was explained to me every room had an outside deck where you could sit. Wrong! our door over looked the roof of businesses. What a view. But those are to small thing everything else was great!

Although being above other stores may seem as a downside to most with the unappealing views of parking decks and store rooftops, the room where we stayed at gave us a view right over PF Changs and the park across the street. Everything was so amazing about this hotel, except for the slightly thin walls so you can hear the person above you playing drums […] and kids running outside on the balcony on occasion. But even through that, the hotel staff was super friendly and with the convenience of walking to many restaurants and even the grocery store Piggly Wiggly, this place is like a one stop shop! It is a bit of a drive to the beach, but if you like the quiet, upscale side of town without all the traffic in downtown Myrtle Beach, this is the place to be! We will choose to ONLY stay at the ResortQuest from now on with our future trips to Myrtle Beach. We loved the privacy that came with not having a maid in your room everyday and the convenience of having a washer/dryer combo in unit to get some clothes cleaned. We would recommend this place to ANYONE and will definitely be staying with them again soon. […] It is so convenient to some great restaurants and shopping. An extra perk that they gave their guests is a parking pass at all beach access locations, which was great to save us from paying at the meter and making sure we kept it paid up for the length of our stay at the beach. It was a pleasure to stay for four nights at this location. A family of four would have no problem with a one bedroom apartment. In minutes you are anywhere you need to be either a beach or a restaurant. And if you want to cook there is a friendly "PIGGLY WIGGLY" for all your shopping needs. We would do it again.

Room was nice but that was it. Very isolated very few amenities. Quiet and unwelcoming.

We loved the Market Common area! Our studio apartment was perfect. The area was beautiful, the shops were great, everything we needed was conveniently located, the restaurants were delish, and the lake was peaceful. The only thing we missed was having a pool to lounge around. However, the beach was just minutes away (driving). We did NOT miss the hustle, […] bustle or noise of the "strip". The condo was perfect, more than we expected. Very roomy and it had everything we needed. There was also a local store in walking distance and a Walmart a few miles away. The condo is tucked away in a quiet, exclusive community that offers shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and a park. Great for couples and families. Great place to stay very spacious and a great place to relax. Was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

My wife and I just wanted a quick and affordable getaway. When I say that the pictures do the room no justice, I really mean it! We were completely amazed by the space. Large master bedroom,king-size bed with a walk-around outdoor balcony leading into the living room was quite a surprise. The guest room was very spacious as well as it's accompanying […] bathroom. Entrance into the room required a numeric code, not key cards and the location is in a very convenient walking location to shopping. In all honesty, the location is great place to have some peace and quiet from the noisy bustle of the beach yet easy to commute to. The hotel was great....it was clean and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

First of all make sure you don't schedule your stay at myrtle beach at the same time as any biker rallies (unless thats why your going). The walls in this place are paper thin and you will hear every door shut all night long as well as any loud vehicles that drive by so bring a loud fan to drown out the noises. If you do these 2 things your stay here […] will be great! Very close to the beach, and it is great to be right above shops, movie theater, and restaurants. Bring some bread to feed the ducks! We had a wonder stay at the Market Common. Not to far from the beach. Actually, we're glad that we didn't stayed on the strip dew to motorcycle weekend. Also, Piggy Wiggy was accross the street that made most of our food shopping easy for the week.

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance.

If you're searching for a convenient and clean destination this is it. Everything you need from good restaurants, shopping, and privacy with awesome scenery...and only minutes away from the beach. Will be back!!!

I was VERY pleased my rental from ResortQuest at the Market Common. The area is gorgeous and convenient. Everything we wanted to do or see was within a few miles. This was a great place to stay that was near all the Myrtle Beach attractions. Super clean and comfortable with high end furnishings. Loved it here. Will definitely return. My husband and I stayed in one of the studios and it was plenty spacious for the 2 of us. The location is close to the beach and having all the shops and restaurants just an elevator ride away was awesome!

Got a great deal at the Market Commons and any pessimism was immediately washed way. From the extremely polite staff to the beautiful contemporary room; everything was beyond satisfactory. Short driving distance to anywhere. Plenty to do within walking distance. Great experience - looking forward to coming back!

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the space and the great bed. Location is great but finding check in was a little ackward and getting to the rooms even more ackward. There was no way to get to the rooms without getting everything wet. The rooms have hardwire internet only in the kitchen. I had to go buy a wireless router so we could use […] the computer without sitting at the bar. The phone did not work and the front desk wanted me to call the phone company. ResortQuest Rentals at the Market Common outside Myrtle Beach, SC, are very comfortable, fairly well-appointed rooms. We had a 2 BR/2 Bath suite and a single w/Q bed, both with full kitchens. The main problem for me was that the "hotel" rooms are sandwiched in between all the shops and restaurants of the Market Common mall. Few people when we were there, […] but still noisy. Rental office only open until 5 pm; they should have notified guests of check-in procedure for late arrivals. We were very disappointed to find NO POOL (indoor or out), NO HOT TUB, NO FITNESS ROOM. No maid service even though we stayed 5 days, but I didn't mind that. It was the lack of contact by the rental office staff that bothered me. The whole place felt very cold in spirit, not one I'd want to return to. Lesa meira

Market Common is a great place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach. You're so close to everything - the beach, shopping, major roads, etc. The condos are well kept and very spacious.

We had a one bedroom apartment. Decor was modern and attractive. Full kitchen with every convenience. Coffee maker was a little odd but worked well. You're located right over the snazzy shops of The Market Common and you WILL be happy if you love shopping. They also have several good to excellent restaurants and a large movie theater. You will definitely […] need a car if you want to get to the beach or to any of the large number of sprawled out attractions of the Myrtle Beach area. Remember, you're in a shopping center! However, also note that there's a large pleasant park immediately adjacent. Also, if you don't want to go out to eat, there's an upscale grocery store in the center. Really, my only critique is that I'd have liked black-out curtains in the bedroom. There's lots of outside light that seeps through the blinds. All in all, a VERY comfortable place to stay -- but DO keep in mind that it's not on the beach. Lesa meira

We went there for New Years. everything you could need is right there. Best resturants, great bars, and grocery store in the same complex. There is no room service but you do have washer and dryer. You will want to take the bed home with. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I do not normally do reviews but this place is worth talking about.

The 2 bedroom suite we had was wonderful with the windows looking down on a very attractive and interesting shopping area. However you could not park on the street overnight or even stop to unload your luggage and all the hallways and entrance doors to the suites were overlooking the rooftop air conditioners. This is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach by far!!! If you have a family or just want to get away with your spouse this is the place to go. Everything is so close to you and you cant ask for a better atmosphere!!! Will most defiantly be back next year.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful except they only provided one towel per guest for your entire stay. If you don't bring some extra towels with you, you'll end up washing towels every day. They need to provide a minimum of 2 towels per guest.
