"Very Nice"
We loved walking around and being surrounded by the Christmas music. Awesome movie theater and California Pizza down the street. We enjoyed the shops. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was no WIFI...you had to hard wire in.

Great location! Close to everything. Rooms were clean, but master bedroom king bed was way too soft! Futon in den could not have accomodated two adults. The sofa bed turned out to be the most confortable thing to sleep on. But view was nice, kitchen well-equipped, staff very nice and helpful!

After two separate stays at Market Common in the past year, we have grown to really enjoy the location. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and still not far from the ocean. We will be back soon.

The room that my husband and I stayed in was very clean. I liked the idea of the washer/dryer and dishwasher in the room. Also the coffee pot in the room was a big bonus, we didn't have to leave the room to go downstairs and purchase coffee. They even provide glasses,cups silverware,plates etc., which makes the staying a huge plus. There is a grocery […] store right downstairs if you need one, very convenient. "Everything at your fingertips"
This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend get-away. The room was nice/clean. the area is spectacular. Stores below for shopping/dining/movies. all withing walking distance. i want to live there. It was a like a small village. Clean Clean Clean inside and out. Short drive to airport, beach, shopping and University.

The motel was fabulous. We have a good time while we were there. This was the best room that we had ever stayed in while we visited the beach. "Market Commons - Nice for change of pace"
In past trips to Myrtle Beach I had always stayed right on the ocean but enjoyed the change of pace with Market Commons. The restaurants and bars along with the movie theatre all within the complex were great for getting back to the room early in the evening and enjoying a care free and convenient night. Make sure to take advantage of the free state […] park pass as ocean front parking is difficult on the strip if you're looking to walk the ocean line. Stayed in a studio room with a full kitchen. Very surprised to find a murphy bed. Don't understand why since the bed was in its own area. Pillows were very hard. The room was very large with a very comfortable sitting area. Very clean !! Will stay again and bring my pillows.

The room was more than adequate. It afforded privacy while at the same time a good view. We enjoyed the restaurants, walking around the shopping area and the park. Loved the ambiance and the outside music. Great for couples and families. We took advantage of the State Park. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night.

Like I said, everything was great at the hotel. The only thing people should do before getting this hotel, is to check the cancellation policy.....They are very strict. We we the weekend of hurricane Irene, I they were in no way trying to let us out of our reservation. It's not like we were trying to get out of it, we just wanted to come back in two […] weeks when the hurricane had pasted. They didn't seem to care for our safety. The even told us that in case of evacuation on one day, if the all clear was giving the very next day, we had to come back or we would lose our money for the remainder of our stay. "Homey and Modern"
This hotel/condo/time share is very nice. The reviews were very accurate in terms of the positives. There are shops, restaurants, a movie theater, huge grocery store/supermarket, and modern decor in the units. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in M.B. Kim at the "front desk office" was very helpful too! If arriving late, call ahead of time […] because the "front desk office" closes at about 7pm. Make sure to ask for free pass to the state park which is about 5 minutes drive away. The beach there is much much much more cleaner than the beach elsewhere in the area and also less crowded with an exclusive feel. Lesa meira

Our stay was excellent! Many people stay on the beach front hotels but sacrifice cleanliness, space and comfort. We had them all! It was only about 5 mins from the beach but we had immediate access to grocery shopping, movies shopping, Starbucks, dinning and more! It was worth the trip and we will be back. "Resort Quest Myrtle Beach"
The hotel was awesome. This was our second time staying at RQ and we enjoy it every year, We love the location and the friendly staff.. Joseph was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is an on site swimming pool and full lenght mirror. This will be our choice every year.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I love this location. It's close to everything and has it's own scenic area and attractions. The condos are well kept and comfortable. If they add a Club house with a pool/hot tub and exercise facility on site this location would be 4 stars or higher no problem.

Hotel was very nice and in a wonderful location. Only had one problem that was the shower curtain was molded but they replaced it with a new one.

Absolutely stunning! We had booked a studio which was ok! The decor was the same ... Nice but the bed was a murphey bed and not the comfyest ... We asked for an upgrade and they gave us a 1 bdrm+ den overlooking the fountain at no extra charge! Absolutely phenomenal!!! Stay here!!!! It's Great!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It met ALL of my needs(location, convenience, cleaniiness and space). I would definitely recommend this facility to others. Although it is not on the beach....other amenities make up for that.

I stumbled on this location while doing a search for Myrtle Beach hotels. It was a great find. The Market Common exceeded my expection. It was close to the airport, the mall, the state park which happend to have beach access, and the grocery store. I will definetly stay there again.
The issue was not address . The manager of the hotel was not very helpful

Great restaurants and shops! Pass to the State Park was an amenity that I did not expect but was very nice. We loved not having to stay on the busy beach area!

I booked this hotel from the internet to go to a fitness training weekend session. I was surprised to see the rental office closed when I arrived after 10:00 pm but when I called the contact number, I was told exactly how to get to my reserved rental. What a wonderful experience it was to walk into the suite! My girl friend and I were very happy with […] the unit and had a wonderful time . I especially enjoyed being able to cook using the full kitchen and cookware provided and sleep soundly in the king size bed in our suite. I would definitely visit this facility again. Lesa meira

I really enjoyed my stay at the Market Commons. We were right on top of 40 different placed to shop, great places to eat, and a two minute walk to a wonderful movie theatre. The one bedroom suite was outstanding and very roomy, along with everything you need in an apartment. Only thing that was a problem was the 10 minute ride to the beach and there […] was no pool. Both had to be driven to and pay for parking. Beside that, it was a very beautiful and need place to stay! Plus 15 minutes away from broadway at the beach and 10 away from the family kingdom and boardwalk! Lesa meira

My family of four spent four nights in the Ashley building of ResortQuest at The Market Common. We had a one bedroom with den, and there was ample space to accommodate us. Loved the modern decor and "home away from home" amenities. The only recommendation I have is to add a full length mirror in the bathroom or bedroom. The state park pass we were given […] at check-in was also a nice perk. Enjoyed the strolls around The Market Common and our visit to the Grand 14 Cinema. I took a summer trip with my 15 year old daughter and two of her friends. They absolutely loved it. Here's my synopsis of pros and cons: Pros: --New, clean condo with modern decor --very comfortable beds --security code required for lobby and front door --shopping area, restaurants, movie theater, Cold Stone, Piggly Wiggly, and Starbuck's all within […] very easy walking distance --shopping area etc. seemed to be safe and well patrolled by security at night --easy access to Ocean Blvd, State Park (which pass was included), and Hwy 17 --Very promptly fixed slow drain in shower and broken knob on drier Cons: --No wireless internet (although they say it'll be available next year) --Stereo did not work (I did not report) --Phone in kitchen did not work (I did not report) --Second bedroom had two twin beds instead of a queen as advertised (I did not report) Lesa meira

Very nice- easy access to everthing- safe surroundings- had a wonderful time- staff great help on a Sunday check in- ONLY issue- the day we were leaving I wanted to sleep in , but the yard crew starter their blowers @ 6:03 am!! Tried to talk to them to wait until after 8 am but they did not speak English. Would stay again-
