Wingate was a great place for our family to get together.
"Very nice."
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel condition is new. Conveniently located to both Twin Fall and Gooding which was our goal. Address is not in GPS so call the hotel and they'll give good directions, it's easy to find (never been to Idaho before).
"Excellent Place for the $$"
Very clean and comfortable. Everything is brand new. The only downside is the location. It's right off the freeway, but there are very little choices for food around the hotel. Figure on a 10 minutes drive to get something other than Subway.

Great place to stay....just off the freeway but back off the highway so it's quiet and private. Love it!

Internet access is far from being High Speed should be classed as almost meets dial up needs really poor quality service for as nice a hotel.

Still waiting for a reply from hotels.com as we were not given the rate we reserved for. Hotel was great especially with two grandchildren who were tired and needed a pool after 500 miles of auto travel. We'd definitely return!

New, moden and slightly upscale. We enjoyed this hotel, though the bed was a little uncomfortable.

We arrived at the hotel after driving for a full 13 hours that day. We were extremely tired and the desk clerk was so nice and very professional. Our teenage daughter loved the amenities (computer area and pool). We stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear no noise during the night. Nice new hotel. Horrible road construction made it a nightmare to get in and out of. Only noticed the cow smell once or twice. Comfortable room, spacious and clean. Friendly staff until we asked to have a TV remote that worked. Only stayed one night, was very tired so didn't care that the remote didn't work, bed was comfortable. OK bargain for the price. "Wingate in Twin Falls, ID"
Very happy with overall stay. Did have a problem with the card key. They tried to fix that night, but we just had to have them let us in.
"Wonderful hotel"
Rooms are very nice! Comfortable and well-appointed. Neighborhood is nothing to speak of but adequate dining places and shopping. Good for a night or two stay.

In better condition than some Wingates I've stayed in. Friendly staff; clean room. Room size was good, but bathroom almost painfully small (could have designed it to take a couple feet off the room and put into the bathroom). Okay hot breakfast with some variety; not the best I've had, but adequate. Took desk staff multiple attempts before they got […] a card key that would work for my room, which was a little annoying since I arrived late at night. Not the staff's fault; equipment issues. Convenient location just off the freeway, but not much else around the hotel; about a 5 mile drive into Twin Falls. Good spot if you're looking for a quick place to stop for the night and don't really need to go anywhere else. Over all a great stay. They keep it EXTREMELY clean. Always cleaning. Very helpful The girl handling the breakfast in the morning was extremely hospitable!
"Everything except tv"
Great stay. It is still in great condition for being open only 2 years. Felt like it opend 2 days ago. The only problem is that the tv didn't work. Other than that is was great.

We often go to Twin and visit family in Jerome. The convenience of the facility was why we chose it and also had great experience with Wyndam in past. This was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Rooms comfy, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool was awesome especially when the outdoor temps were below zero! Will stay again for sure!

WE USED HOTEL.COM FOR OUR RESERVATIONS. WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATIONS COMPARING TO OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA, WE HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER EXTRA GUEST WAS A HIDDEN CHARGE AND IF THE BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED. CALLED THE NUMBER LISTEDAND THE AGENT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN COMPARING PRICES AND ACCOMEDATIONS. Hotel needs a bigger sign near the road. Was hard to find at night and it was closer to city of Twin Falls then Jermone as listed on there address.
"Good value and cleaner than most"
Very helpful staff and facilities were good. Perhaps not perfect if you want to be in the town but it is really only a short drive away. Easy to find and a very quiet location. No traffic or other noises.

"Nice place."
Nice, clean and quiet with very helpful staff. The only thing I would suggest changing is the pool towels. They arn't much bigger than hand towels, I have a 32in waist and I couldn't wrap it around my waist. Everything else was great.

We checked in very late and concerned if we could leave the bike on the back of our car. The desk clerk said she would keep an eye on it for us and also let us know of other security measures they take. "Great place to stay!"
The staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety (hot and cold items alike). Pool and hot tub area clean and comfortable. We used the exercise room and it, too, was clean and comfortable.
"Pleasant Surprise"
After a long day on the road we were happy to arrive at the Wingate. The receptionist was pleasant and left the hot tub on past 11 so I could soak and unwind. The next day, Maria was stationed at the breakfast bar and did a great job of making fresh coffee and resupplying. Overall, good job.

I can not say enough about the staff and the quality of this hotel chain...after my last two stays, I may never stay in another hotel chain except for this one...that is how amazing it was...it is convenient, the staff is helpful and polite, breakfast was great and full of variety...they remembered my name upon my return visit...they gave me a quiet […] room because they remembered that I had mentioned to them that my return trip would be an 11 hour drive...I can not say enough...this is the place to stay! "Excellent Quality"
The location is right off of the interstate, definitely not in Jerome. For my purpose of stay it was great, but its just a bit out of town of either Jerome or Twin, though relatively close to both. Brand new, quality amenities. Continental breakfast is decent too. Good price.

Very nice new hotel. Good amenities, pool, spa, excercise. Internet access, nice breakfast. Only issue, not on GPS so need to find big flag...it's not really in Jerome.

Hotel is new and very clean. Has a nice pool and fitness area. The continental breakfast is very good with variety. Only complaints were you could hear others going in/out of rooms and the smell of nearby farms.
