This hotel is currently in renovation and they really need it. No plasma TV and old equipments.. Not what we expected for 450$ for a 2 nights stay. The staff is nice and it's clean but it needs a little refresh.

Much nicer than we expected, especially the common areas and services. Used outdoor jacuzzis (4), and rarely any traffic after skiing late afternoon. Rooms are nice just a bit tight squeeze between bed and tv. Liked having two sinks in bathroom. The in-room coffee was excellent.

Overrated and too expensive for what we got. We had supper for Christmas. The servicing was so bad. We had to ask for the bread when they served us our entrées. We had to ask for the butter also. When we were eating our main course the waitress remembers that we did not get finger food and gave them to us with our main dish. The food itself was so so. […] We had friends with us that do not drink or eat any alcohol and all the main dishes had alcohol in them; mind you to chef provided a sauce without alcohol for them. But still it was not thoughtful. As for the brunch on December 25…. Really, nothing out of the ordinary. We choose to take our brunch at noon. The cook that was supposed to do the eggs for us was not there anymore (I know because my son to his breakfast at 10 am) as for the rest, nothing out of the ordinary for a Christmas Breakfast or brunch. The scrambled eggs were a preparation that was prepared in advanced. For the only big hotel in the area it was a BIG deception and will not repeat it again. My room had a cold or old cigarette smell – I guess it was a smoking room but the smell is still there to the point that I left the window wide open every time we were out of the room. Comparing quality vs. price, next year we will definitely go to Mont-Tremblant. We pay a little more but have a lot more. Lesa meira

This hotel is in serious need of a makeover. When we checked in we weren't given any information about the hotel and local area. The room was very basic, and dated - it had a CRT television! Even though we paid for 2 nights, we left after the first.

Very dated, stale. Needs a complete overhaul of the room HVAC system. Mini bar fridge too warm, very old TV. Nice public rooms, great location, good views.

We loved the Chateau Bromont! We stayed for 3 nights with a 4 year old and 2 year old in a King Junior Suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The basic room was a regular hotel room that was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were tripping over eachother, with a loft area upstairs which we used as a second bedroom. The only disappointment […] was that we had hoped for more in the way of kitchen stuff, which is always nice when travelling with kids. There was only a minibar fridge, which we had to empty to put in our milk, snack, etc. Also, the food on the Terrace was very mediocre pub food, but the buffet breakfast was quite good. The kids loved walking around the gardens. We didn't use the pools, but they looked quite nice. Lesa meira

The Chateau is lovely, great for families or anyone wanting to get out of the city for a quiet getaway. Great pool area, facilities and grounds, also onsite restaurants with excellent food. One recommendation, when reserving, request a room away from the dumpster. We were awakened two mornings in a row before 6:00 a.m. by noisy garbage trucks.

I enjoyed my one night stay so much. You get a feeling that you are in another world. The Chateau is just amazing to visit. The service is great and the rooms are very clean. The dining there was expensive. The site around the exterior is just beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this chateau to everyone. It's a must see.

great family place. The rooms are a great size and the pools are great. Perfect distance to the Granby zoo and plenty to do in the area.

Hotel is well located in Bromont with good size rooms. Our only issue was that the service was a little slow and clumsy. Lastly, walls between rooms are a little thin which meant that we could here children crying and playing in their rooms at 6am......

We had a 2 nights stay at Chateau Bromont in a junior suite (with mezz). We were disgusted to find out that the bathrobes had not been washed (my husband found a number of bills in the pockets). We kindly asked for your room to be done early afternoon while we were out with the kids, had it was not done.

Comfortable rooms in a nice hotel. The ammentities options were good for family or couples. Several dining options a short distance from the hotel were used in lieu of upscale dining offered at the hotel. Outdoor deck had large seating area with bar and several hot tubs and a great view. Wish I had time for the golf course this trip.

My son and I just stayed one night, while golfing in the area. All was exactly as they said it would be, and the room, lobby and pools were very nice. We would have liked to stay longer, and maybe will next time! Great value for the price we paid..

I've read negative of this hotel before travelling to it. I arrived with a great amount of apprehension but was greatly relieved that the establishment poor reviews were unwarranted. The room was more than adequate. The TV was a bit outdated. I was expecting an HD flat screen. The bed was very comfortable allowing for a relaxing sleep. Sound of the […] running children's feet could be heard from the ceiling and proved annoying at times. The staff were courteous and friendly. Loved the terrace and its view of the well managed landscape. Never got to use the whirlpools, maybe next time. The breakfast at the Bistro was plentiful and of top quality. The Quebec ham & sausages were tasty. Overall a nice escape. The elevator on a slow day took forever. The outer court from the spa was a quiet oasis to catch some rays and some quiet. Lesa meira

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though it was only one night. The kids enjoyed the pool, the two sinks & the beautiful landscaped gardens.

It was a great experiencxe staying at the Chateau for the first time. Everything about the Chateau brought out the best aspects of staying in Bromont - The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again!!

I thought the hotel was nice and so were the pools however my 11 month old is crawling everywhere and was literally black when crawling on the hotel room floor. Her feet and her legs were BLACK all the time, it was really disgusting. I had to constantly clean her.

Nice, and relaxing. Appreciated the spa after a day of golf, and surprisingly, ended up having diner there as well: beautiful sunset over the golf course...

We traveled to the Chateau Bromont with our two children a booked a second room for my parents. We arrived early I the day knowing our room wasn't ready, but we enjoyed the outdoor pool anyway and were pleased to find it there was even a lifeguard on duty. Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We were disappointed that the mini fridge was not […] usable, given it was full of items for purchase. We had hoped to put a few drinks and milk in there. The ice machine was enough though and we just replenished the ice in our cooler. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We bought our tickets to Granby Zooatthefront desk,butitdidnt end up being much cheaper than buying them at the zoo, maybe a couple dollars. We later enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the outdoor terrace with another 4 more hot tubs...nice if you'd prefer not to share your tub with strangers?! We did have a strange smell in our room overnight one night, my father went to the front desk immediately because he thought he smelled ammonia. The front desk personnel immediately responded by moving he and my mom to a beautiful suite just a couple doors down from their original room. The services advert prompt and kind. When we asked if we could have a couple extra hours in the room before checking out, it wasn't a problem. We definitely enjoyed our stay, despite the minor mishap, and would definitely stay there again! Lesa meira

Nice place but management is missing on many things... Good 3.5 to 4 stars. Rooms ok, forget about watching a movie at night the TV set is bad also bad cable reception. terrasse is beautiful but spas are in bad shape.Room confortable.

My husband, 6 year old, and I really enjoyed our stay. Our little one enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and my husband and I really liked the rooftop hot -tubs. The staff were very friendly, made restaurant suggestions and even made our reservations for us since we don't speak French. The rooms are a bit outdated but the overall experience was great […] and a quick drive to the Granby Zoo. We also got a discount on our zoo tickets by buying them at the hotel. My wife and I found the Chateau Bormont to be exceptional. The size of our room was amazingly large compared to the many,many places we have been for the same price. The outdoor hottubs overlooking the ski hills with red curtains over hanging on the canopy was breath taking and peaceful. Friendly staff and very willing to speak to you in English if […] you don't speak French. Very clean Hotel and quiet until about 8:00am when the kids go swimming and you hear them from your room because the pool is in the center of the hotel. As for food eat at the hotel instead of going out you will get more for your money except if go to McDonald's or something like that. The only fault we found was the weather was bad the weekend we went but that's not the Chateau Bromont fault. Definately I want to go back. Lesa meira

If you are not skiing, dont expect to be treated with the same level of hospitality as those guests who are. Great facilities, food was extremely over priced and was not the greatest. Very disapointing.

They forgot our coffee in the morning with breakfast and made little effort to get it to us. When we mentioned this at checkout they seemed little interested as well.

Although this hotel is adjacent to a golf course and a ski mountain (Mont Bromont), not all the rooms have a view towards the landscape. Many rooms look at an interior court where the indoor pool is. So I would advice the traveler to ask for a room with a view.
