Park & Suites Prestige Val d'Europe – Montevrain

It was a pleasant stay, but do not get carried away with its 4 star rating. It isn't! I wonder how these stars are awarded to hotels in France and which body monitors or awards these ratings. The hotel has polite and helpful staff, good service and decent rooms. Best thing is rooms have small kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and tea/coffee […] maker. Very handy. Shuttle service to disneyland and Val de Europe shopping centre was an add-on. Lesa meira

If you are off to Disneyland stay here! The rooms are amazing and very big. Free shuttle bus which takes 6-8 mins. An excellent place (even has a spa).

We arrived Saturday afternoon, and found the hotel easily - it was well sign posted and the directions on the website were accurate. The hotel is in a great location - nice and quiet but only a few hundred yards from the Val d'Europe shopping centre and about a mile from Disneyland Paris. The area is spotlessly clean and well kept. The hotel was fantastic, […] better than expected. The staff were excellent, pleasant, helpful and spoke perfect English. The room was great, with sliding doors between the bedroom and the lounge, a well equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. It was a beautifully furnished room and even had a small balcony. The shower was powerful and there was also a large bath. There is a free shuttle bus to Disney which we took on the first day, but be warned,not everyone is polite and some barge onboard. The shuttle bus to Disney took 5 minutes, and dropped us off just outside, very convenient. In the mornings the shuttle is very busy, but they run every 15 mins to allow for this. We only had to wait about 15 mins in the pm for the return trip. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Disney, the val d'Europe centre or even Paris as there's a RER station at both straight into Paris. Lesa meira

Shuttle service is worst, i wont go again

Impossible to find if you dont know the area. bed was so uncomfertable we could not sleep. the bed had collapsed in the middle. the doors are not secure and a toddlers could let themselves out. Staff are not helpfull. It took us 30 minutes just to find our room and when we did the entrance door was locked so we had to go back to reception and que up […] to ask someone to let us in. Everything reasonably acceptable but non-caring staff makes this hotel non-recommended. Free shuttle to/from amusement parks very unreliable and staff could not be bothered. Hotel name change during our stay (!) resulted in waiting in the cold and rain open space for more than 1 hour with a handicapped child getting wet.

This hotel is clean but very far from town . If you take taxi to town ,the taxi fees is very expensive the taxi fees can book another night stay at other hotel.

This hotel can either be used as a hotel or self catering apartment. There is a resturant and bar on site but we did not use. The check in was very slow and shuttle service can get busy. The hotel is located in a quiet area but you need to either use a car or the shuttle to get to the shops or Disneyland Paris. The hotel is very new and in good condition. […] The room was comfortable, well maintained, clean and had sufficient space. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. I stayed here with 2 others in October 2011. We had a deluxe appartment which had one kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a lounge with a sofa bed, so ample accomodation for the three of us. Also, two separate bathrooms made it quick to get out in the mornings. The shuttle bus was difficult to find on arrival, but it can be picked up outside […] of the imax cinema, on the roundabout. The rooms are very well equipped, however, no kettle! We had one meal in the hotel during our stay, very disappointing - wouldn't use the restaurant again and there is no other restaurant nearby without returning to val d'europe or Disney - which sometimes feels a big effort after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's spacious and clean accomodation and friendly reception staff, however, not the food! Lesa meira

Lots of flies in the rooms. Toilet had no sink in. No help with transferring luggage to the room. Shuttle bus unreliable in the evenings - sometimes waiting up to 50 minutes for it to arrive. Limited options for vegetarians on hotel menu. Rooms otherwise clean and big. Comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities good.

We stayed in the deluxe suite and found it very comfortable for a family of five - 2 adults and three children below the age of 7. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, with close proximity to La Valle designer outlet, Val d'Europe Mall and, of course, Disneyland. The downsides were the service - our room was never cleaned, but the beds were made (sheets […] not changed) on a daily basis and we found front desk staff to be polite, but unhelpful. The hotel was very clean, bed very comfortable and the personnel very friendly and efficient. The only weakness was that there was not any room service late night and most passengers arrive very late and they expect to have something to eat. I hope hotel management to think about having a 24 hours room service.

Not sure if this hotel is worth for the amount we pay...the safe in the room wasn't working, so that we had to take all the valuables with us all the time!!!!!!!!and wen we complained about this no one seems to be really bothered, and just said all the instructions are in there (of course we read the instructions)...staff in the front office wasn't […] competent enough to deal with their customers...we had to wait another half an hour to check in(bearing in mind with a small child waiting longer is hard enough...), but of course the check out timing should be precise!! nxt time we'll be trying another hotel for sure.... there is no body there to help you with suitcases and no body care about you and no body to bring a single tissue box for you. when i was staying the ac (Air conditioner ) was not working at all and they did not care about it and they said it will work next week ,no restaurant in the hotel just bed and break fast .and totally far from Disney .... and […] more to say . Does not have their act together and location is remote. Shuttle service was spotty and actually saw families fight each other to get to Disney in the am. All in all - would avoid. Specifically not English friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for value and the convenience of the shuttle service. The room was spacious but the bathrooms were small in overall comparison. There were limited in-room amenities but free wired internet was helpful. The shuttle service can get quite busy and there is no crowd management during busy periods, which can tarnish the experience […] somewhat. Overall the staff were helpful and again, given the price paid, we were not expecting too much. Would recommend this hotel for those seeking better value (than the Disney hotels) and have a bit of time to stay around the parks (as convenient as the shuttles were, they did add a considerable amount of "travel" time). We made an excellent choice in 'Park Suites'. Upon arrival Monika made us feel most welcome at the busy Reception. Mohammed at the Bar was a star! The Junior Suite was ideal for our family stay. We looked forward to returning to our Suite as it was so spacious, comfortable and spotless. Park Suites Drivers Steve and Phillip who operate the free shuttle […] into the nearby village centre and Disneyland could not have been more pleasant, helpful and courteous to our family. The free shuttle allows an easy transfer to the hotel from Disneyland TGV SNCF station only 10 minutes from Charles de Gaulle. I have to mention Monika again on Reception, who managed to understand my broken French and happily assist us way and beyond our expectations in excellent English! Overall, if you are arriving with a young family and without a car at Disneyland for a short self catering break or a longer stay then Park Suites tick all the boxes. Every 30minutes your Chauffeur Steve, Phillip (Speaks fluent Japanese!) will whizz you in very comfortable mini-bus shuttles to Disneyland, shopping, Restaurants, RER Station, SNCF-TGV......Brilliant, just like having your own car and Chauffeur outside the Hotel entrance on standby. Having a Rental Car at Park Suites is not essential. We are looking forward to returning to Park Suites as soon as possible! Lesa meira

Don't arrive early - check-in is not until 3 pm -- PERIOD. Oh, and you have to check-out at 11 am. They started caling the room at 11:05 to remind me. Whatever happened to ONE DAY being 24 hours? It would be so nice to get back to the noon-to-noon hotel stay. They'd have to hire more personnel? I traveled alone on this trip, arrived very early at Chessy […] train station and couldn't figure out where their shuttle bus was. On the phone they'd said "by the bowling alley." No one seemed to know where a bowling alley was, so had to take 2 city buses to get to the hotel (and buy tickets). One and a half hours later arrive in a construction zone and have to walk 15 minutes to find hotel. The woman at reception was superficial, you could tell she didn't give a darn about anybody. Fake smile with an on/off button. Was asked, "Why didn't I take the shuttle?" Well, did take shuttle later to get to Disneyland, and the drop-off/pick-up point is just a piece of grass at the side of the road behind Gaumont cinema. No sign of any sort. Got back to hotel around 8 pm to finally be able to check in. This receptionist was much nicer, but she gave me a small, dark room next to the laundry and trash rooms on the ground floor, view of parking lot. I went back and asked for a better one, and had the good fortune to receive a nice studio, very clean, comfy and at least the view of the parking lot was from the 4th floor. TV remote control didn't work, and they don't comp you any coffee so bring your own. Or pay 16 euros for breakfast... The shuttle drivers are great, and it works fine to get back and forth from Chessy or Val d'Europe or Disneyland -- ONCE you figure out where the shuttle stops! Lesa meira

Very enjoyable overnight stay. Great service with the free taxi service to and from the station/Disney. The only downfall was the hotel getting the room incorrect. I had specified a double bed yet had two single beds in the room, after a converstion with the hotel reception, they kindly changed the room.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights in March and was extremely happy with the choice. It was great value for money and both the room and hotel were very modern and exactly what we needed. We had a kitchenette which was great for preparing own breakfasts and lunches also. The hotel had a free shuttle service to Disney but also took us to the station […] and to the nearest shopping centre, Val d'Europe, for free when requested so we we're very pleased with this. There was a supermarket there so we stocked up on food (the hotel bar and breakfast was quite expensive, the only down side). Located approximately a few minutes drive from Dinseyland, would highly recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all. Lesa meira

This hotel is just a few kilometers from Disney and very close to the Paris RER train line. It's a little bit of a drive from CDG airport (~25km) but easy with a rental car (or by cab from nearby Val d' Europe train station). Pros: 1. The hotel is clean, the suite had a full kitchen with all utensils, cookware, and dishware. 2. It is a fairly spacious […] place as well and a new hotel. 3. It is very close to Disney without paying the premium price of staying on site at the park hotels. Cons: 1. No 115V outlet in the bathroom for a shaver (or ipod charger) was available, so if you have U.S. equipment, have a 220V charger with you. 2. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant is expensive and small, even by Euro standards. It is much cheaper to eat near the train station or at Disney (or buy your food at the local Auchon supermarket at Val d' Europe and cook it yourself). Lesa meira

We booked a room at this hotel based on the location (close to Disneyland), price, and the hotel reviews. Please be forewarned - this is NOT a 4 star hotel. The staff at the front desk is rude and made us feel silly for asking questions about the shuttle service to Disneyland. For the price of the room, we would have been better off staying in Val d'Europe […] where they have MUCH better hotels for the same price and are located just off the Val d'Europe village (restaurants, shopping, etc.). The Park & Suites Prestige Val d' Europe Hotel is NOT in Val d'Europe as the name suggests. It is across the way in a remote area with nothing nearby so you must get a taxi to go anywhere. the hotel and facilites were very good. the only problem was tha tit is not on any map/gps system we had. drove around for a while in the dark. it is in a n area of land being developed and you think you will never find it. however that only detraction, receptionist riendly and the rooms, we had junior suite very well equipped, so close to disney and […] shopping at val d europe. would happily recommend, very nice bathroom too. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.The hotel room was light,spacious,airy,very stylish with great surprise of a little kitchenette with toaster,coffe-machine,dishwasher etc.Lovely decor of the room and lovely bathroom with bath&shower..For all this i expected the price to be higher,so i would definetely recommend it.

Het hotel was netjes, kamers niet supergroot, maar wel erg gezellig. Apart bad en douche en een apart toilet. Het keukentje is erg handig en er zit ook een koelkast in de kamer. Wel erg weinig spullen, als je met 2 komt, ook precies 2 messen etc. De bedden lagen heerlijk en het was erg schoon op de kamer. Wat wel irritant is, dat er geen boekje ligt […] van het hotel, dus ook geen uitleg over de werking van de magnetronoven, de airco en de vluchtroute. Al met al super en erg dichtbij disney met gratis shuttlebus. Wel op tijd staan, want in het weekend kan het druk zijn bij de shuttlebus en dan kan je er niet meer bij. Lesa meira

Hotel super Bau, gutes Konzept für Randparis, super Voraussetzungen für idealen Aufenthalt aber: Management quasi inexistent. Wichtiger Shuttle Service zum Disneyland schlecht organisiert (kein Fahrplan, kein Zeichen am D-Land, Gäste stehen im Regen ohne Schutz, superlange Wartezeiten ohne Info, Gäste nach 30 min Warten nicht mitgekommen). Hotel wirbt […] mit shuttle und liefert dann effektiv nicht. Obwohl mit dem Disneyland geworben wird, gibt es keinerlei Plan oder Hinweise an der Rezeption. "Kein Plan" ist die Antwort. Karte für Abendessen sehr überschaubar, wenige Gerichte dann nicht wie auf Karte angegeben verfügbar. Wie gesagt, hier werden gute Voraussetzungen durch schlechte Bewirtschaftung vertan. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader. Nieuw, modern, luxueus. Wij hadden een junior suite, met een afsluitbaar slaapgedeelte voor de kinderen en een kleine keuken met daarin alle voorzieningen indien je zelf wil koken. Rolluiken voor de ramen, op elektriciteit : dat vonden wij fantastisch. Zo word je niet wakker bij het eerste ochtendgloren. Enige minpunt […] was het lawaai van de airco op het dak, want onze suite bevond zich op de 4°, bovenste verdieping. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een trip naar Disneyland. Een gratis shuttle die je vanuit het hotel in een kwartier naar het pretpark brengt. Maar ook naar het dichtbij gelegen shopping center. Wij zijn heel enthousiast over dit hotel en zouden het zeker aanraden. Lesa meira

Correct dans l'ensemble, situé environs à 15 mn du parc Disneyland avec la navette gratuite de l'hôtel qui vient vous chercher jusqu'à 23h30 au parc ce qui vous permet de voir la parade de nuit.

De maravilla! Tiene y autobus que te lleva gratuito en centro el ciudad Montevrain y en el parque.

Je trouve dommage que l'hôtel ne possède pas un restaurant ainsi qu'un service pour apporter les plateau petit déjeuner et / ou les boissons dans les chambres. Les services de navettes sont très appréciables ainsi que l'équipement des chambres.

Hotellet ligger tæt på Disney, bussen fungerer godt, men de ved aldrig hvornår den kommer, så regn altid med ventetid. Bussen kører lige forbi indkøbs centret, så det er nemt at komme ud og handle. Vi havde rigtig gode og store værelser. Alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold.

ディズニーランドに近くて安かったので選んだが、もう少し最寄り駅から近かったらよかったなぁ〜と思いました。部屋はとっても広くてキレイでキッチンもあり、大変使い心地が良かった。写真に載っている部屋よりもずっとオシャレでステキだったので、良くありがちな、”写真より見劣りする部屋”とは違って、とても嬉しく思った。リビングとベッドルームが引き戸で仕切られる。リビングのソファーベッドを出せば４人が泊まれる部屋だった。駅まで無料シャトルバスが出ているので、それで最寄り駅のスーパーまで買い物に行ってキッチンで料理しても良いと思う。ただし、バスの時間が決まっていないので、待ち時間が長くて時間が無い時は困る。駅からタクシーを使ったらホテルまでは15ユーロだったが通常は25ユーロ位かかるらしい。タクシーを使うとき […] は金額を確認してからの方が良いと思います。ちなみに最寄り駅はディズニーランドより１駅だけの移動です。 食事は結局ルームサービスにしようと、パスタなど頼んだが、運ぶ人がいないので自分で持って行ってと言われて爆笑してしまった。従業員が少ないのでごめんなさいね、と本当に申し訳なさそうに言ってたので、笑いながら部屋に持って行って食べた！ Lesa meira

Bien situé, facile à trouver, chambre vaste et kitchenette très bien faite. Lits confortables, salle de bain correcte. Quelques défauts : évacuation de la douche bouchée et parquet flottant grinçant et abîmé.

Superbe hôtel, confortable, propre et silencieux, le seul point "négatif" serait le manque de chauffage dans les chambres, mais je le recommande!

O Atendimento é excelente e os quartos são ótimos. O café da manhã não está incluído. É preciso pagar uma taxa de 16 euros por pessoa (preço de fevereiro de 2012). A localização é o único ponto fraco dele. O ideal é alugar um carro para ir para o hotel. Ele fica perto da Disney, mas é um pouco longe para ir andando. Perto do hotel, tem um ônibus número […] 43 que deixa na estação Val D'Europe. Essa estação é a penúltima. A última é a da Disney, na linha A do trem. Para quem quiser ir de transporte público, do Aeroporto Internacional é o seguinte: 1 - Pegar o trem Rer B. 2 - Descer na estação aonde tem o RER A (não lembro o nome, mas no trem e nas estações tem informação de quais linhas de metrô ou trem que passam na estação que vai parar). 3 - Seguir na estação do RER A e soltar na estação Val D'Europe. Tenha cuidado quando for pegar o RER A, é que tem algumas direções. Tem que pegar o que vai para a Disney. Tem painéis nas estações informando para quais estações o trem que está chegando vai. 4 - Pegar o ônibus 43 perto da estação do trem. Lembrando que o hotel está na zona 5 do trem. Então, quando for comprar o bilhete, tem que pegar nessa zona. O hotel tem uma cozinha completa, com fogão, geladeira, microondas, talheres, pratos e panelas a disposição. Existe um Carrefour que fica uns 3 km do hotel. Não sei se o 43 deixa perto, mas para quem quiser ir de carro, é uma boa opção para compras. Ali perto tem poucas opções. Dá para ir perto da estação do trem, caso não queiram fazer comida. O acesso a internet no quarto é só por cabo. O wifi só tem na recepção. Foi o único hotel na Europa que vi com boxe e um "chuveiro". Todos que fiquei, é o chuveirinho na banheira. Recomendo a todos o hotel. Recomendo alugar um carro, mesmo que para andar no Centro de Paris, vc vá de trem e deixe o carro perto da estação. Vale muito a pena fazer a reserva pelo Hoteis.com. Gros manque de personnel, C'est le barman qui faisait la cuisine pour les clients , Pizza surgelé , Pour un 4* je m'attendais à bien mieux , Je rentre dans la chambre , je vois tous de suite un gros trou dans la porte des toilettes , Pour se qui es de la vu , c'est un champ d'herbre , on peu y apercevoir juste le haut du châteaux de disneyland paris […] , Le lit es confortable , La chambre es propre , Voilà mon jugement. APPARTEMENT TRES AGREABLE A VIVRE ET TRES FONCTIONNEL. LA CLIMATISATION QUI SERT DE CHAUFFAGE UN PEU BRUYANTE

Parfait au niveau de la propreté, et surtout de tout ce qui est mis à disposition : literie, kitchenette avec plaque électrique, lave vaisselle, cafetière ...., et salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. A recommander, en plus tout près de Disney.
