I enjoy staying in the hotel with my family. The hotel is well located near all highways access roads. Was surprise to find out the parking was not included in the rate of the room. To make it short, I will recommend it for the cleanliness, quality of service and mostly for the location for those who have access to a car.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable but found the staff to be unfriendly. Made several errors with the room charges and was not very apologetic. Breakfast was good, food was freshly made but the staff serving almost tried to be invisible it seems. Overall nice hotel but need to work on the hospitality.

Overall, the Hotel was great. I found my room a bit too cold and had to set my thermostat to 26 degrees, even though it was +1 outside (not bitterly cold). I found a little bit of a draft near the windows so that could explain it. The room did not feel completely sound proof as I could hear a faint noise once in a while from stuff moving on the floor […] above or general movement on the outside corridor. The breakfast was mediocre in terms of variety, but good enough to start the day off without having to leave the hotel. Overall I was happy with my stay bar the issues above. Lesa meira

I was surprised how nice this Holiday Inn was. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which is great for someone with kids. These units however are true kitchenettes since by Montreal bylaw they cannot have a stove or burners. They room could have been cleaner and it was in an industrial area so you will need a car but te price was right

We enjoyed our stay. The room with suite was most comfy. Pictures on Web site are however deceiving. It shows a dining room, but once on site they tell you the small dining area is only for breakfast and there is no dining service.The location is very difficult of access. Intersecting hyways near the airport are most confusing, and GPS is nost helpful. […] But for a short stay outside main stream urban hustle, it's perfect. Lesa meira

Room has hardwood flooring that gets too cold in winter. The heater's hot air flows in upward direction resulting in warming only the top part of the room leaving the flooring too cold. Do not remove socks or else bring your flip-flops.

Second time I stay here with my family. Everyone finds a way to stay pleasantly: my toddler boy loves the pool, I hit the gym (small but I like it as it's barely used) and my husband spent some time playing the piano and having fun with the old video games machine (like the ones in the old times). The buffet breakfast is ok, nothing extraordinary but […] for an express hotel I would say we were very satisfied with the quality. Loved the mini section next to the reception area with basic needs items. They even had bathing suits available! Tea, coffee and apples free all day long. Definitely staying here for a third round! Great service and great for traveling from the airport if you have an early flight. Shuttle to airport every half hour, 24 hours a day. The construction near the hotel makes it a little hard to get to, but everything else was excellent.

Very clean, conveniently located close to the airport and offers shuttle service to the airport. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Included hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages and an assortment of pastries. Good coffee too.

This hotel was convenient distance to the airport, although not so easy to locate for those not familiar with Montreal. Once there, staff were very friendly, helpful, and were bi-lingual which was nice. It was convenient to have large dollies available for our luggage and the elevator system worked very well. The breakfast was very good with ample menu […] selections and food was kept hot and fresh by wait staff. The only downside was lack of restaurant for dinner. We arrived late and were unfamiliar with driving around, so had to settle for their snack refrigerator and drinks. Later we found there was a restaurant within walking distance that we could have visited but we were tired from our flight and unfamiliar with safety of walking etc. Lesa meira

Basic but decent breakfast. Would describe the hotel as basic but great for a short staying. Stayed with my husband and my toddler son. My son loved the indoor pool and my husband enjoyed the training room. I stayed in the pool and the sauna. Would recommend it with no doubts.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is by far the best hotel that my wife and I have stayed at and met our every need. The Staff professionalism and friendliness was remarkable. The cleanliness and all other aspects of the hotel was superb.

Location is not very good its far from city and industrail area. Breakfast time we had to wait in queues for long since breakfast area was crowded and samll trays were getting out of food so quickly...

The overall experience was good. The only comment I have is that the breakfast area was understaff. Food and beverage were empty for too long.

The hotel is very beautiful we have 3 kids and it was nice the the couch was a pull out ,also the bedroom and living area is divided by a wardrobe which gives privacy there is a fridge and microwave very convenient for warming baby bottles breakfast was nice but e prepared for the rush.

We stayed for one night, while visiting Montréal. It took us a while to get to the hotel, because it is not that good signposted. As soon we're arrived at the hotel we were welcomed in a very new and modern hotel. We're lucky go get a suite for over night. It was very generous equipped and big. They offer continental breakfast. We stayed here at the end of our cruise on Holland America. This hotel is close to the airport and has regular free transport to/from the airport. From the airport you can take the "747" bus into Montreal to the Metro (subway) Buy a one day pass ($8,00) which is good for both the "747" bus and the Metro. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and will […] supply maps and suggestions about sightseeing in Montreal. We saw all of Montreal for $8.00 each! Metro and Montreal are very safe for tourists. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very nice and spacious room, breakfast is good and plentiful. We used a pool and it was nice to have it for the kids. No airport noise at all, unless you outside.

We were just looking for a day of relaxation, We were really surprised from the quality of the hotel, we were placed in a brand new room with very nice furniture and extremely neat beds.The pool was very nice and clean with a hot tub and sauna. it was a very nice hotel , the stuff is friendly . One thing i was not happy with are the covers/duvet, and the dust on the furniture in the room, the covers have lots of lint that made my kids cough all night. So watch out for that if you have young kids.

My family and I loved staying at the Holiday Inn. The rooms were a good size. They were very clean and comfortable with 2 Queen sized beds. Washrooms were very clean and spacious with lots of lighting. We were thrilled to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room with counterspace. The service was always friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. […] Loved all the hotel amenities. Pool was nice and deep and it was always open early and closed late. Plenty of towels available at the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and fitness equipment. Fuseball table was free and free printing in the business centre was great. Complimentary full hot breakfast was amazing - although very busy Saturday and Sunday but there was plenty of food for everyone. There are little bistro tables outside for you to enjoy a cup of coffee and read the newspaper in the morning. Loved the complimentary 24hr coffee/tea/newspaper in the lobby and free parking. Great value for your money!!! The hotel was very busy with many guests on the weekend but surprisingly very quiet. Location does take some time to get use to in terms of navigating your way to and from the hotel due to the one-way street and highway. Lesa meira

For a new hotel, it was already showing signs of disrepair - scuff marks on the walls, very bad air conditioner unit in room that made horrible noises all night, poor elevators that were very slow. Used condoms in the parking lot and profanity written on our bathroom mirror. The kids were thrilled....
