Frábært í alla staði. Þjónustan til fyrirmyndar og allir svakalega allmennilegir og kurteysir. Snyrtilegir og góðir veitingastaðir. Sundlaugin allveg svakalega góð og hrein. Þjónustan við sundlaugina virk og góð. Staðsettning hótelsins mjög góð. Stutt í alla verslunarkjarna.

Hótelið stóðst allar okkar væntingar og vel það. mjög þægilegt starfsfólk, dvöldum í viku. Stutt í almenningssamgöngur, þægilegt að sækja ráðstefnuna sem við vorum á. Hreint og fínt. Morgunverður góður. Takk fyrir góða dvöl

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for eight days now in october. We are very pleased with everything - the room was nice and well equipped, the personnel was very helpful with everything we needed. We had the breakfast every day and it was nice but maybe a little bit to simple but nice anyway. We used the pool a lot and the outside area and it was so nice and quiet. But the best thing about Hawthorn is the location - so central for everything we were doing - restaurants in walking distance and all kind of recreation. I even found a little nice english pub in the neighbourhood where I could watch english football - even early morning. So thank you very much for everything

"Great stay in Sanford"
Booked this as we needed a place to stay with our kids for the night before a flight out of sanford airport. Hotel was lovely clean & modern. Perfect stay. Beautiful area.

"within 30min to almost anything in orlando"
We had a great time at the hotel. great food. the nachos at the hotel were AMAZING! we asked for a crib when we got there around 2pm for our little one to take a nap. That took a couple of phone calls and finally got a pack and play. That is the only reason they got a 3 on hotel service! Great place....very nice and clean! Front desk was very helpf […] ul. "close to interstate"
My stay was very comfortable and convenient to restaurants, service stations, etc. The only thing I would advise is to include a disposable shower cap for those of us who do not wash our hair every day when we shower or bathe.
My stay was very comfortable. I wished the ice dispenser was located closer to the rooms near the elevator. This being that I have a back problem and the distance was very I convieant for me. My sister had a problem with the light switch that controlled multiple controls. Had difficulty figuring it out. I had to make a call to the front desk for help. We particularly booked this hotel ,for the 24 hr shuttle service to Sanford airport. There was only a service that operated from 6 am, so we had to get a cab, an xtra $35 hmmm,

"Great Hotel for travel in the Sanford/Orlano area"
We used this hotel (family of 3) the night before we flew out of the Sanford/Orlando airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and fairly close to the airport. We took advantage of their park and fly program and will stay here again when travel plans bring us to the area.

"I have seen better Hyatts"
We ussually stay in the Hyatt in Fort Myers, so we thought that this hotel will be exactly the same, I do not think that this hotel has the same quality of matressess as the one in Ft. Myers and I do not think that the sheets and covers were the same as the one of Ft. Myers, so I was a littlebit dissapointed. Yes the hotel is nice but the one in Ft. This our family's first time in Lake Mary, FL we often stay in Orlando. The stay at Hyatt was great, we got a peaceful rest and the atmosphere in and around the hotel was pleasant. We plan to return. Shops and restaurants were in short distance from the hotel. Great location, just off the highway. The staff was courteous and the rooms were spacious […] and very clean. Breakfast made our morning. Making our reservations was quick and easy. Although some special request information did not get shared with the Hyatt, the staff ensured our needs were met upon our arrival. "Great stay"
I was in northern part of Orlando metro for a conference, and found the Hyatt Place to be a perfect home base to rest between meetings, etc. Very conveniently located to I-4, plenty of restaurant options within a mile or so, great pool, and wonderfully big rooms to spread out in. I'll be back if I'm ever back in the area.

I really enjoed my stay at the Hyatt Place. As a single business traveler I felt right at home. The room was impecible and lovely. Glad to have a refrigerator! We stayed here in September 2011, and it was very nice and clean, and close to everything!! It is a little confusing to get into the parking lot at first, but really no big deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was great.
