"Good hotel"
Overall, the room was comfortable. I loved having a small kitchen and separate sitting area for watching TV. My only complaint is that during my 2nd day in the room, it had a mildew smell. I opened the windows to air the room out, but I couldn't get the smell out completely. Morning breakfast was good. I came to Buffalo for work; unfortunately, the […] hotel is a little too far from the site I visit, so I probably won't stay there again for that purpose. "Wonderful stay"
A lovely hotel. The kitchenette was a nice feature and would have been really useful if we were staying a bit longer. The breakfast was wonderful. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the pool was a bit on the cool side.

I travel about 20 times a year for work and this was my first time at the Staybridge Clarence/Williamsville and I'll definately be staying again. I usually stay at alot of Marriot's. The comforter on the bed was the most comfortable i've ever had, it was thick and heavy such high quality material and what made the room the best was the drawers in the […] bathroom. Instead of having your bathroom tolietries all over the counter of the bathroom sink area there were 3 large drawers, it totally make the room even more comfortable. Lesa meira

"Only Place I Will Stay When In Buffalo"
The Staybridge Suites was a clean comfortable hotel. The staff is welcoming and extremely accommodating. KItchen is well stocked and extra bedding and towels are kept in the closet. Comfortable beds, and couch. This is like a clean well maintained studio apartment excellent for a longer stays. Pet friendly, excellent free breakfast and nightly socials […] where a varied comp menu is served Tues thru Friday. The key for me was "Clean" and the Staybridge is immaculate and for the first time in a long time I didnt shake out everything in my suitcase before I entered my home! This was an excellent reasonably priced el and ihott will be the only place I stay when I am in the area. Lesa meira

We had a nice stay at the Staybridge Suites in Clarence. The staff was all very helpful. The breakfast provided was wonderful. Many options and everything was good. Our room was spacious and comfortable but the bedding was stained.

had no phone or internet upon arrival, however, it was quickly fixed. Pool was great, breakfast was good!
"Staybridge near Niagara"
Overall, we were very happy with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating and the pool/whirlpool! I think our only real complaints were breakfast related. The hot food was usually room temp at best, the OJ was watery, the coffee and creamer ran out a couple of times, and the last day of our stay the waffle batter ran […] out. There was nothing to restock it with until delivery the next day :( The breakfast problems were not deal-breakers for us though. We'd stay here again :) Lesa meira

"Great value , great place to stay with family"
Staybridge Suites in general are a great value and a great place to stay, especailly if traveling with a family. The only negative I have to say about this particular location is the girl at the front desk was not at all welcoming, she never even looked at us, let alone crack a smile.

i liked the way they have thought of all the little things. that's what you call value for money. The staff could be a little more smiling though. They work hard, the hotel and services are excellent but with a smile it could be so much better. All in all a very pleasant surprise and I would definitely skip a hyatt for this.

This hotel amazed me the moment I opened my room when i found the very well maintained room setting. It's a great place to stop before heading to Niagara falls.

"Staybridge Stay for a Niagara Falls Trip"
We had a wonderful time at Staybridge. The room was clean, modern and as promised. The hotel also provided plenty of little extras; pool, fitness room, computers, breakfast, light dinner, warm cookies, wine and dog treats for our pup. We traveled to Niagara Falls, it is about a 25 min drive. Overall, a wonderful experience; we would definitely stay […] again. Lesa meira

Nice room. The receptionist called me twice in the evening to check if the previous guest didn't leave their slippers, it was odd but ddn't bother me, so I did look all around the room twice, but sorry no slippers were found, even looked under the bed ! Then 10:30 pm another phone call from the front desk, I was sleeping... I picked up, and they ask […] me whom was in the room because they seemed to have some confusion with other guest checking in late !!!! Very disrupting and odd !!Please think twice before calling a room ! Otherwise, the room was nice and comfortable. Pl review the food offer for breakfast, it is very average, waffles, better bread and real scramble eggs (not eggbeater) would be nice... Lesa meira
"Nice Hotel!!!"
The Staybridge is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Not only was the hotel very clean, the studio room was huge, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the bed was comfortable, it was very nice to have a choice of pills (down or fiber filled), and I was happily surprised that there was both a complementary breakfast and dinner!!! "The Staybridge had a homey feel"
From the moment we walked in I felt welcome. Check-in was a snap and we were then offered free drinks in the dining room. Our room was clean and spacious, with a real kitchen area. The area outside was nice for sitting and visiting. The other ammenities I didn't use, but would have if I wanted to because everything looked clean. Would definately stay […] there again. Lesa meira
