"Perfect Stay"
This was our 3rd stay at the Rocpool Reserve, second time in room 10. It is still the most wonderful hotel we've stayed in. The room is luxurious and comfortable but the hot tub on the patio is what makes this room extra special. The staff are also fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they really help in making your stay as perfect as possible. […] We didn't eat in the restaurant, just ordered room service all of which was very nice at reasonable prices. Lesa meira

Very modern hotel, very clean and everything in working order. Friendly staff, not in your face but very, very helpful and courteous. Service is understated but help is always available when you need it Hotel is one block away from the river and although the location is a bit bland, the area near the river was very pleasant. Outstanding service and excellent food
"Le confort absolu"
Un hôtel de grand luxe et pourtant nous avions la chambre la moins chère. A 10 minutes à pied d'Inverness centre et à 20 minutes en voiture du Loch Ness Visitor Center. Le personnel est aux petits soins en permanence. Lit king size, Tassimo, lecteur DVD et écran plat dans la chambre, WiFi gratuit. La salle de bain était magnifique : produits de luxe, […] grande baignoire, grande douche avec deux pommes de douche au plafond (douches pluie). A recommander si vous recherchez un grand confort. le restaurant français de l'hôtel sert des plat d'excellente qualité. Lesa meira
