Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was adequate and clean. Only negative was that the bed was uncomfortable (no give when you laid down on it, quite hard). In addition, there was no blanket on the bed or in the drawers so I had to use the bedspread as a blanket. But the room was overall nice: clean, efficient layout, good lighting. "Somerset, KY Red Roof"
Very clean. Comfortable bed, not so much the pillows though (lumpy). The reception of the tv was very poor, lots of lines and snow. All in all a comfortable visit.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Clean spacious deluxe king room. Free WiFi and extended cable channels. We were there for a car show and just stayed overnight. Good deal for the money.

The most positive compliment for this motel was the friendly and helpful staff @ the front desk. The young ladies that were working when we checked in all three nights were the best! They gave us directions for places we were looking for and helped make our stay there a very pleasant experience. There were just a couple of minor things that needed attention. […] The room we stayed in the first night had a slow draining tub. The room we stayed in the second night-the bed needed a new mattress (it had a canoe effect on the right side). We were surprised there were no mom and pop restaurants in the area, just chains. That was disappointing. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend this hotel for families and road warriors.

King room was nice size, clean and had a good work station. Only problem was the wifi signal was very week. The front desk tried resetting it twice but still had to visit McDonalds's to get on line.

Family of 4 (w/ small children) traveling to Lake Cumberland to meet up with other family members who were camping/boating. Room was very clean and decor was also nice. Once we got the A/C dialed in to our preference, all was great. With small children, next time I would request a 1st floor unit instead of my 2nd floor. Hotel was 100% full for the July4 […] weekend so I'm glad I paid for the room in advance, which confirmed my reservation. Typical decent medium priced motel. No complaints. A little far from the lake itself.

The weekend was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and 24 hour coffee was a great idea, no more asking the clerks if they might make a fresh pot. The pool is small, but nice. The continental breakfast consisted of fresh oranges and apples, little blueberry, banana and chocolate chip muffins, one kind of donut, also […] orange juice and apple juice. It was simple, but nice. The breakfast room was also very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms seem to be very well insulated for sound. The air conditioning was also quiet. The location was good, and I enjoyed my morning walks along the road that runs toward the back as it is very private and on just the right incline. The price was right too. The desk ladies were very friendly and helpful.The Housekeeping folks were all very friendly and helpful with keeping stuff replenished..I had 5 kids with me...so all their help with keepin us suppied was awesome. The bathtub didnt drain unless u held up on ithe drain plug. The stair access to the room was kind of aggrivating. Check in went well, clerk very helpful. Although this hotel has no handicap accessable rooms, I was able to get a room on the ground floor and non-smoking. Room was clean but the tile floor in the sink area and bathroom had a slick residue finish and had trouble sliding and keeping my footing. Also being an older hotel althought being newly remodeled, […] the commode was older, extra tall and had trouble using it along with the floor having the slick residue. Also the tub dripped but had tv on all night so didn't hear it as much. Frontdesk clerk had to re-set the modem several times so I could use the wireless. Nice comfortable beds as seemed to be a tempurpedic type. Very affordable for what you get as there is also a small fridge and microwave and desk with chair and and extra chair for regular sitting. There is a pool but did not use. The only reason I would not stay here again would be for the floors and lavatory issue as I am physically handicapped to the degree this was a danger for me. Room was nice. Had a King room. Was also clean and the person at check in was friendly. Pool is very small, did not use it. Hotel is pet friendly, I saw several. Was here without much notice and it served the purpose. Exterior could use some cleaning and maintenance. Not bad for the price.

The business king room is spacious, clean, and recently renovated. Definitely worth the money.

The room was nice.. But there was washclothes in the room that were stained of something along the lines of Poo an they were suppose to be clean.. The bed didnt have a fitted sheet so you had to fight the bed all night.. No coffee pot in room an bein it was hard to walk up an down stairs to git to the one in lobby.. The online site that i booked […] from showed a spa/hot tub for that hotel an there was none.. So was a little upset over that.. Aside from all that the room was nice.. Lesa meira
