"Very nice"
This hotel is very nice. the only issue was too much chemical in the pool, but other than that we enjoyed our stay

This hotel was very enjoyable. Close to resturants and shopping. New hotel so everything was still in very good condition.
The manager Tonya went out of her way to make our stay absolutely the best. We will be returning on our next visit.

I just wonder how long the dead cricket had been on the bathroom floor. Do they sweep the floors each time a person checks out? Otherwise, the room appeared to be clean.
"Nice hotel in Somerset, KY"
This hotel provided a nice stay for us. The Executive King Suite was very spacious and we would request this room again. The negatives were: AC was either too cold or too hot, needs to be adjusted; hairdryer on switch was cracked and you had to hold it down manually; no sofa bed sheets were in our room and we had to go down to the front desk to get […] them (after answering twice that they indeed were not in the room); requested maid service while we were gone, however returned at 4pm and room still not serviced-housekeeper said she had other rooms that had requested late check-outs all of a sudden check out and she was getting those rooms done first so they could check in new guests-this made us feel not important as staying guests; only one TV in the room; only one computer in business center; pool hours could be later than 10pm. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We saw on our bill that the hotel gave us that hotel.com made $18 per night on us. Lesa meira

"VERY CLEAN!"
I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with hospitality and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire grounds were all very clean and my room was spotless. I travel alot and have stayed in some hotels that are less than decent, but this hotel exceeded my expectations! I will stay here again […] when visiting Somerset. Lesa meira

Stayed the weekend for the Somerset Car Show/Cruise and it was very close to all the action, very clean with a great staff. I will return to this hotel, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in somerset.
"Nice and New"
Hotel had a great breakfast buffet and nice pool and very clean rooms, would defintely stay again. Hard to find up on a hill sign was very small.

very nice, the bed was very restful, elevatoor seemed slow and breakfast was great
"Excellent Hotel"
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. The only negative thing I can say is it was hard to find. There was no Holiday Inn Express sign on the main road of route 27 and no street name. We drove a few miles out of our way... but we called the telephone number printed […] on our invoice and they were very helpful in getting us to the hotel. We will definitely go back. Lesa meira
"Clean, new, and friendly, a little disorganized"
The rooms are very nice; much nicer than I expected. My key got reset every day that I stayed there, which entailed going back to the front desk, with the irritatingly slow elevator... The staff were very nice, but they failed to make notes to my account (they tried to switch my rooms in the middle of the stay), and things like that. all in all however, […] it was a very nice clean place, with an adequate breakfast with longer hours than advertised.
