Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör með sturtu og snyrtivörur án endurgjalds.
Til viðbótar eru í boði opnanlegir gluggar og útvarpsklukkur. Í boði eru ísskápar og vakningarsímtal sé þess óskað. Þrif eru í boði daglega. Öll herbergi á Sundance Mountain Lodge eru reyklaus.

My husband & I went to Colorado for a conference in Denver. After the conference was over we did a little sight seeing & stayed at other hotels. This hotel was the least expensive one we stayed in and was the nicest!
"Sundance Mountain Lodge - not very safe"
When my wife and i arrived at this lodge it appeard to be very nice. However as soon as I need to take a shower I slipped in the shower because there are no shower mats or anything for your feet to grip on while taking a shower. I did not think much of this, I called the front desk asked for a matt for the shower, they gave me every excuse in the book […] as to why they do not have one and that they don't normally carry matts. I wanted to ensure that they got one because my wife has weak ankles. All they had to do was go to Walgeens or something to get a flooe mat for the tub. But they just kept treating us like we were a nusance. The bed was not very comfortable either. The very and the area was very beautiful though. Over all the price for the hotel matched the room. But I still would not recommend this hotel since they do not seem very concerned about thier guests safety. Lesa meira
"Quaint Lodge in the heart of Colorado sights"
Sundance Mountain Lodge is a nice break from the traditional motel/hotel setting. It is a quaint lodge that is clean, has friendly, prompt service and is close to Colorado Springs. "internet is very deceiving"
when we pulled in i paniced the grass was a foot high and the parking lot was about to fall apart. One of our lamps in our room was not plugged in because it couldn't reach a plug. The toilet had a ring in it both days we were there even though we asked for a room clean. The room was extremely small, service in the restaurant was at a snails pace and […] the location was awful. "Nice, clean hotel in Monument, CO"
The service was friendly. The room was ordinary, but clean. Overall, it is a nice, inexpensive hotel just north of Colorado Springs. I would stay there again, especially as most of my time is spent in the Monument/Palmer Lake area when I am in town.
"Has Potential"
Because this was a 3 star hotel we had high expectations. I read through some of the reviews and most were good. I don't know where these people stayed but it was definitely not the same place we stayed.The rooms are small and the beds uncomfortable. As the place is going through a renovation there may be better rooms, but our beds seemed old and the […] sink had black formica counter tops with visible patches.Our phone didn't work and we had to walk to the front desk with questions, which was in another building up the hill.The area other than the central area was not mowed(that included the playground area).If you want an exercise room you have to go to the desk and get a key and then go next door to a gym(which we decided not to try). If you need a business center it is a cubby hole next to the front desk and the one computer was not working while we were there.There was a note placed on it that said to ask at the desk about a lap top. The hotel advertises high speed internet which we were not able access unless we stepped outside the room and it was not fast when you could access it. For a 3 star hotel I was surprised that when we arrived from a 14 hr drive there was no one at the desk to check us in and we were desperate for a bathroom.It appeared that there was only one person there to dowhatever needed to be done and they had to leave the desk to do other tasks. The place has potential as a B&B style lodging, but can't come close to other hotels in the 3 star range. Hampton Inns are ranked 2 1/2 star and I have never stayed in one that wasn't considerably nicer than this hotel and I have stayed in 10 or more Hamptons in the last year. "Sundance Mountain Lodge- a hidden gem"
Wow! What a great place to stay! My family and I had an amazing time. It has all the convenience of staying in the city but such a mountain lodge feel. We will definitely be coming back!
"Good stay, less than good service"
The lodge was beautiful, our room very nice, the setting beautiful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. However, no one came to clean our room for the three days we stayed there. Also, for the three days we stayed there only one person on the staff spoke to us and that was the guy who checked us in the first night. We saw lots of staff coming […] and going on the grounds, but no one spoke to us about how our stay was going or if our room needed cleaning. Also, the night we arrived there was a wedding going on with lots of drunk people around. The day we left, three days later, there were still beer bottles laying around, broken glass on the walkways, and the hottub smelled like beer when we tried to use it. Hotel is an older property but well maintained. It is hard to rate service since the hotel ascribes to the earth friendly philosophy of not making your room or changing your towels unless you request it by hanging a placard on your door knob. We chose not to request service. The hotel does have a restaurant which we did not use. It was very convenient […] to the highway and there was a Village Inn close. The rooms were large and quiet. "Not what was expected"
The site said renovations complete in 2008. Our room was located in a section of the hotel right next to one being renovated! Construction trash everywhere, overgrown weeds, and a lake full of algae. All this outside our window! The room had been redone but it was sloppy work and not very clean. Not to mention climbing tons of steps with luggage to […] get to our room because there is no elevator at the hotel, they don't tell you this on their site. We requested to be moved to a ground level and the following day we were put in a courtyard area which was much nicer. The restaurant is very nice and the food is good. The pool was maintained well. The entrance and surrounding property around the hotel is overgrown and weedy and looks rather slummy. Although the staff was accommodating in getting us into another room that was better, we won't stay here again. NOT at all what we had expected based on ratings and reviews. Lesa meira

A very nice, comfortable, quiet resort hotel with an exceptionally courteous and efficient staff. Definitely our choice for any visits to the Monument, Palmer Lake and north Colorado Springs area.

"Nice hotel in an odd neighborhood"
It seemed like it was once a nice hotel. Rooms were very far from where the car was parked. Lots of steps with big suitcases. Front yard grass had not been cut. The swimming pool was closed. Sheets did not fit the bed. Shower curtain rod was broken. Too many things that were run down. Would not stay there again. Staff was very nice to us.

I was greatly disappointed that the pool wasn't filled. Other than that the employees were helpful and friendly. We had a great room, very comfy. It was near the highway, but amazingly quiet. We had access to a gym that we could walk to. We took advantage of that. It was convenient for the event we were attending.

My husband and I and our 9 year old son stayed here for 4 nights and it was the worst stay we have ever had. The beds were horrible, the room was not very clean (soap scum ring in the bathtub) and the free internet was impossible to stay logged in to. We picked this hotel for the outside pool and location. The pool was closed for repair when we got […] there. The location was good and close to all attractions. The food in the restaurant was decent but they did not provide any room service. The discount breakfast was more than enough for the price. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby but it was not made when we went to have some. The lobby itself was closed from the early evening until the late morning. It was not open when we went to check out and we had to call to get our receipt mailed to us. "Right off the highway"
This is a great place to stay if you are passing through; I cannot comment on all the hotel offers for we were just there to sleep really. Justin at the front desk made this a 3.5 in my mind. He was great, friendly and super helpful. I would say that the hotel itself seems a bit dated, there were no real light fixtures in the room so it was a bit dark, […] there was a mint on the floor in the bathroom which then made me wonder how well they clean after each guest. But I would not put that as a complaint, just part of the reasoning behind why a 3.5 is their score, not a 4. Lesa meira

The only drawback we found to the lodge was that the bed was very old and the springs felt as thought they would come through the bed cover at any moment. Other than that, it was a great stay - great and courteous staff and the food was good. Very easy to access location, not too close, nor not too far from everything we were interested in.

We had an excellent experience at the Sundance Mountain Lodge. In particular the staff at SML was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cost was very reasonable. We were also at a prime location which made it very easy to travel to locales in the Monument/Colorado Springs area.
"Country comfort"
Very comfortable and a country atmosphere off of the interstate. Quiet and secluded.
Hotel is OK but the lighting is quite poor in the room.Especially in the bathroom~hard to see to apply makeup. We asked for a handicap room but there were no hand rails in the shower or next to the toilet. We did manage Ok though so all went well. Thank you

We were driving from Aspen to this hotel in a snowstorm and called because we weren't sure if we would make it in time to check in. The lady who answered was very helpful and even said that she could check us in and leave the key in the mailbox for us if we were late. The only problem I had with this hotel was it was hard to find our room. They gave […] us a map, but it was still hard to find. The room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious too. There wasn't free breakfast. It was a good price for the night and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. They even have shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the shower for you! Lesa meira

"Romatic getaway"
Nice surroundings! Streams, mini waterfalls, and a pond full of ducks and geese right outside our room! A little strange calling it a "mountain lodge" cause it's miles from the mountains. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept on, wish I could take it home w/ me, and lots ot fluffy pillows too! Cooridoors were poorly lit. Only suggestion […] is having the outside room light turned on for late arrivers, it was a little hard finding our room in the darkness. Lesa meira
"Very Nice Rustic Hotel"
This hotel was very nice for the money spent. I looked for hotels in the area that were inexpensive but had good reviews and this one came to the top. I was very impressed! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice. We had a courtyard outside of our room with a nice litte waterfall and a gazebo. The room itself was clean […] and well maintained. My only complaint was that the bed was a little stiff and the sheets did not stay on well. Other than that it was definitely worth the money. "Sundance Mountain Lodge-convenient, fun atmosphere"
It's not a 4 diamond hotel by any means, but if you're just going to plop down approximately $75-$100 at the Days Inn or whatever, this is a far better choice! At least this place has character, an amazing day staff, a great restaurant with a very cheap breakfast to boot, and large, clean rooms. Apparently this business has changed owners and it is […] now a much more charming place to stay. It is; however, located very close to a business park, which can be a good thing if you're looking for convenience, but it might be a little distracting if you're in the far back building. For us, though, it was the perfect combination of woodsy charm and convenience. The ducks and swans are adorable and it makes for a nice romantic stroll to just walk along the winding pathways of the property passing ponds and streams on tiny bridges along the way. I was highly impressed with the service and size of our King room. The wi-fi was slightly sketchy, though, in the room at least. Great place to stay--either as a stop from a drive on I-25 or as a destination stay in the Colo Springs area. "Not Three Stars"
Although this is not a bad hotel, it isn't a 3-star property (2-stars). Furthermore, given the rate I was charged, it was a poor value. My room was relatively small and had a distinct scent of wet dog. I believe they allow pets at this property, so you may want to ask about it before you check-in. Furthermore, my bed was hard and the sink was separated […] from the toilet and shower. The latter is not necessarily a bad thing, but it is in an open to the rest of the living space, which can be distracting to others who they are trying to wach TV. All units appear to have balconies but I don't believe any of the balconies had furnishings, mine definitely did not. As for views, the hotel claims that each room has one. This is an overstatement. My view was of some grass and the eastern parking lot (the Douglas Fir section), not the Rockies. This property is on the eastside of I-25 (Exit 161), which separates it from the majority of hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and stores in Monument. Although this placement makes the location quieter, it also makes it a bit isolated. The hotel does have a small pool, a restaurant/bar, and vending machines, but I did not utilize them. "No Extras"
For the price this hotel is OK, but there are no extras such as coffee in the room, breakfast included, refrigerator, micro wave etc. For basic room it was OK.
We would like to thank this guest for mentioning that the basic room was OK and was fairly priced. We wish he would have spoken with us during his stay as we offer either complementary morning coffee delivery of our fair trade organic coffee, or the guest can have a coffee maker brought to his room. Also we do offer stays that include breakfast.

It's just another side of the highway 3-star hotel, not the "mountain lodge" it's billed as.
We were sorry to hear that the guest felt the hotel as mislabled. Our name Sundance Mountain Lodge was taken from Sundance Mountain that is about 5 miles directly west of our location. The term "lodge" refers to the style of the hotel and restaurant as we created an environment similar to a lodge situated in the mountains. We are trying to ensure that the hotel is described accurately, hence our tag line: "Mountain Charm, Interstate Convenience"
