We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed here 3 days before our cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) and 1 day after. Very pleased with the hotel and would come again. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean, tidy and spacious, high ceiling and interior oozes old classy charm. Free quite fast wi-fi internet for hotel guests. Good central location, close to Terminal station, 15-20 min walk to most of the famous sights. Breakfast buffet quite good and the coffee machine, although automatic, makes an almost perfect cappuchino... for us a BIG PLUS. Some nice restaurants in the vicinity like the Gallo Matto, 5 minutes walk down on Cavour. Just a little minus: Bed mattresses a bit hard for my taste, but slept well anyway.

Pros: - Great location (Colosseum, super market and good restaurants) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Clean rooms - Computer with internet access in each room. Cons: The only cons that I can think of are: - Very little floor space to store luggage (Minor problem) - Breakfast was only a croissant and a water/cafe at a bakery near by. Would be great if there were some fruits as well. But this hotel is perfect for a couple that are looking for a relatively cheap hotel in a great location! I would recommend this hotel to any couple and if I go back to Rome I would use this hotel again.

Location was pretty good near the city center, about 10 min. bus ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor. Free internet connection, but it did not work in the room though.

This hotel was by far the best we stayed in our whole trip. Close to spanish steps, trevi, and metro (for quick trip to vatican/ colosseum). The hotel was beautiful, in a great neighborhood, and had good-sized, clean room. Very helpful staff. Great value for our money!

The Beau Site is a small residential hotel within easy walking distance of all major attractions in Rome including easy access to the train station (perhaps a 15 minute walk). The staff is pleasant, the room clean, beds comfortable by European standards. The air conditioning works well and is greatly appreciated after a hot day of walking around Rome. "Beautiful Hotel"
This hotel (more a boutique guest house) was in a great location, a quiet area but 5-10 mins walk from the top of spanish steps. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was included and was simple and effective. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall my girlfriend and I were delighted with the hotel and would definitely stay there […] again It is recommended for couples, and small groups but in my opinion not families Lesa meira

스페인계단에서 걸어서 5분 이내 거리에 있고 호텔주변이 조용하고 아주 깨끗합니다. 보르게세 공원도 그리 멀지 않구요.(저는 천천히 걸어가니 한 15분 걸렸음) 객실도 깔끔하고 주인 할머님도 아주 친절하시네요. 별4개 호텔등급에 맞게 주요설비도 다 갖추고 있습니다. 다만, 일반 호텔과 달리 건물 2층에 위치하고 있어 정확한 주소로 건물을 찾지않으면 찾기가 조금 힘들 수 있는게 흠이라면 흠이네요. 암튼 가격대 성능비가 훌륭하고 좋은 위치에 있는 호텔입니다!

no somos viajeros muy exigentes, pero nos gustan los htles limpios y comodos....este htl era limpio pero por el precio y las estrellas que tenia deja mucho que desear... por el precio que pagamos, definitivamente se puede encontrar hoteles mejores...

Escelente ubicacion, el servicio es realmente muy profesional y servicial, muy buena limpieza. Realmente recomiendo este hotel ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad de Roma, muy a 15´de Termini, cerca del Metro, a pocos minutos de Piazza Trevi. No duden en contratar este pequeño hotel
"Dette er ikke ett hotell..."
Dette var ikke ett hotell, det inneholder 7 små rom i 2.etg på en kontorbygning...to ringeklokker på ringes på for å komme til resepsjonen! Lite og intimt, veldig små rom selv om vi hadde de-lux rom. God beligenhet; kort vei til koselige spisesteder, 5 min å gå til spansketrappen og rolig ambassadeområde rundt. Anbefales for de som ønsker "bare ett […] rent sted å sove", ikke til de som søker etter den gode hotellfølelsen med lobby, portier og herlig buffè. Desverre litt dårlige engelskkunnskaper i resepsjonen, men allikavel hyggelig betjening. Lesa meira
