Á baðherbergjum er aðstaðan með lausum sturtuhausum og regnsturtum, einnig eru skolskálar, hárblásarar og snyrtivörur án endurgjalds til staðar.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed here 3 days before our cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) and 1 day after. Very pleased with the hotel and would come again. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean, tidy and spacious, high ceiling and interior oozes old classy charm. Free quite fast wi-fi internet for hotel guests. Good central location, close to Terminal station, 15-20 min walk to most of the famous sights. Breakfast buffet quite good and the coffee machine, although automatic, makes an almost perfect cappuchino... for us a BIG PLUS. Some nice restaurants in the vicinity like the Gallo Matto, 5 minutes walk down on Cavour. Just a little minus: Bed mattresses a bit hard for my taste, but slept well anyway.

Pros: - Great location (Colosseum, super market and good restaurants) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Clean rooms - Computer with internet access in each room. Cons: The only cons that I can think of are: - Very little floor space to store luggage (Minor problem) - Breakfast was only a croissant and a water/cafe at a bakery near by. Would be great if there were some fruits as well. But this hotel is perfect for a couple that are looking for a relatively cheap hotel in a great location! I would recommend this hotel to any couple and if I go back to Rome I would use this hotel again.

Location was pretty good near the city center, about 10 min. bus ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor. Free internet connection, but it did not work in the room though.

"Great hotel in the renovated section"
For those who want convenience the Mirage is superb. It is literally across the street from the stop of the shuttle bus to the airport, facing the northern side of Termini main train station. I stayed in the renovated floor, which is nice and modern, and had a great modern comfortable little room which exceeded expectation for the price I paid. It had […] both a shower and a bidet, marble like floors, heavy curtains, comfortable bed and total insulation from sound. Loved it. Breakfast was great - made to order capuccino, selection of pastries, bread, cheese, cold cuts, jams, cereals - great. However, there is no lobby. You check in the office, and then step outside next door, they buzz you in, you take the elevator to your room in what seems like an unattracive office building. But once on the hotel floors, all is well. So if you don't ask for a fancy lobby the mirage is highly recommended. I can only relate to the renovated section where I stayed, though. They may have older sections that I am unaware of, which may be of lesser value. Lesa meira
"great location!"
We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Mirage and are quite satisfied, it was extraordinarily cheap and had a perfect location (10 sec from Termini!), the only drackback was that the room was rather cold (in february) and we had to ask the receptionist for an extra-blanket.
"Convenience with very basic comfort"
Room was typical Italian style. Had Private ensuite which was tiny. Basically shower was over the toilet. If you want quiet, stay somewhere with 3 or 4 stars as with all hotels with wall to floor concrete and tiles the sound of people walking and talking in hallways travels very well!! Window opened onto internal courtyard and was often smelly and noisy […] from restaurant staff loading and unloading goods. Wi-fi is 5euro per 24hours, but did not work all the time when we needed (ie, after 9pm). Breakfast is included, but you have to go across the road and the corner bar with hotel coupon. Lesa meira

"Hotel Mirage, tæt på hovedstationen"
Fin beliggenhed tæt på stationen, lidt kedelig morgenmad og personalet er ikke sælig venlige, men ellers er det ok til prisen.
"Täuschung"
Gemäss den Fotos sieht das Hotel nicht mal so schlecht aus. Aber in Wirklichkeit ist es eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer bietet keinen Platz, zwischen den Betten kann man knapp durchgehen. Um einen Platz für den Koffer zu finden muss man sehr erfinderisch sein. Für die Badetücher hat es keine Aufhängemöglichkeit und trotzdem bekommt man keine neuen Tücher. […] Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung. Die Leitung und das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Klimaanlage und WE-LAN hat nicht funktioniert. Fazit: Eine Jugendherberge wäre besser und günstiger gewesen. Si buscas un hotel limpio, con aire acondicionado, buena comunicación, éste hotel es la respuesta. La parte negativa es que no siempre hay gente en recepción ya que el personal está compartido con otro hotel de ellos mismos
"Basic hotel, good location"
Location is next to the main railway station (Termini) and the bus station. So you can reach everything easily. Anyway main attractions are within walking distance. Vatican is about 4-5 kms distance. If you are just sleeping in the hotel, then this is good hotel. Breakfast is ok. Didn't watch tv at all, there was very small tv on the top of a cabinet, […] close to a ceiling. A/C was not that powerful, but weather cooled down for night, so I kept window open. You got access to wireless internet by asking username and password from the reception for 30 minutes. Lesa meira
