"Little Palace in Nice - a nice experience"
Located in walking distance to most of the sightseeings in Nice, this small hotel offers you a quite nice experience to a fair price. Cleanliness, very kind, helpful and informative hotel staff members, a good and comfortable double bed. Minusses are the quite thin walls. The first night we were disturbed easily by noise from the neighbours. Luckily […] the neighbours the other nights of our stay in Little Palace were quiet. The room is also lacking a fridge and a kettle to make hot water for tea/coffee etc.. Luckily the hotel staff were very sweet and gave us hot water from a machine in the breakfast room. Lesa meira

"great service, cheap hotel option"
I chose this hotel for one night last minute, because it is close to the train station, and low cost. you get what you pay for in terms of the room, but the hotel staff are lovely and helpful.

Can't fault this hotel. Good location between railway station and sea, walking distance from old town. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient service at front desk.

Good location, just a few blocks from the Promenade. Very clean - good breakfast at reasonable price.

The hotel is a good basic 2*. The road outside is noisy, so it was disappointing to find the aircon didn't work and we had to keep the window open all night.

"5-10 min walk to main road"
Hotel was lovely, very good value for money. We hired a car and parked in Mozart car park around the corner. Room was good for value, shower was a bit odd as no light directly over the shower so when showering at night with the curtain closed, was a bit dark but bearable. Shower curtain isnt good length, so floor got a bit wet. Shower handle is the […] type that you hold (personally i dont like this) so found annoying. Stayed in 1st room in hotel (101 or 111?). We had to leave our keys with reception before leaving the hotel which we thought was strange. Upon returning there was a different receptionist, but he didn't challenge/question is when we said our room number, and we didn't say our surname - just gave us the key. Bit worrying in terms of security. Overall nice overnight stay - would recommend for short stays in Nice. Lesa meira

A lovely little find A small but conveniently located hotel just a few blocks from the train station. From the main exit from the platforms, just walk straight down the street in front of station towards the beach. The staff was friendly and don't be shy to ask for "must see" things to do in Nice and neighboring towns. The room was small but comfortable […] with a clean bathroom, AC, satellite tv (limited channels), and free wi-fi. You'll also find a small food market just left of the hotel; convenient for getting a bottle of water, baguette, cold meats, cheese and snacks (if you want to make your own little lunch). "Little Palace Hotel in Nice"
The hotel was very convenient for it's surroundings as it had so many shops, even a park and only five minutes away from the main train station. The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very helpfull. She gave us maps and told us how to get around. The hotel was also very close to the beach and restaurants and it's very safe!

Comfortable room, no noise at all, half way between the station and the sea - useful for us as we were on a short stop off on a train trip. Didn't have the hotel breakfast as there are cafes offering the same for half the price on the way to the station.

The Little Palace is perfectly located...10 min walk to the train station and 10 min to the beach and Prominade. Lots of great shopping and restaurants closely as well. The hotel is clean, reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Nothing in Nice is cheap, but this hotel is reasonable value for such a central location. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit shabby (broken shower head, that sort of thing). The staff were always friendly and polite. I would be very happy to stay here again.
"Convenient location to centre but in quiet area."
A short walk from the sea, train station, bus/tram links and centre of shopping/night life yet in a quiet area. Staff very helpful and polite. Bed room and en suite very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer available, also shower fitting over bath but no shower. Stayed for 7 nights and would use this hotel again.
"Acceptable"
It was nice and acceptable for one night. Room was a bit small, but for the price I can't complain. Night staff gave me a kettle of hot water to make a cup of tea which was nice.
"Cheap, does the job"
If I went to Nice again I would try and stay between Victor Hugo and the beach. It was just a little to far. But the hotel is between the train station and the beach which is good. The Hotel was clean but it had the cheapest pink toilet paper that disintergrates on contact and is sure to give any woman thrush. Ew.
"A perfect place to stay"
This hotel is the place to stay at when you want an affordable but yet very clean and easily accessible hotel.We stayed at this place this week for two days.And found it much nicer than another hotel on the same street that we also stayed two weeks ago and payed nearly 30 Euros higher per night.

Very convenient as close to the Train and very close Nice beaches and to the lovely streets down the road where everyone eats . Only complaint. No shower.

Simple and plain 2 star hotel in a decent quiet street. Out room on the 5th floor was small but comfortable and very little else. It has a flat screen TV, clean, AC and free wifi. "Would highly recommend this hotel"
We stayed here after staying 3 nights at the Nice Fleurs hotel (supposedly a 3 star hotel in Nice) and were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the Little Palace. True to its name it is a little palace of sorts. Staff are great. When we checked in I was quite sick with the flu and the lovely lady on reception allowed us to check in early which was very […] kind of her. The rooms are immaculately clean, nice bath, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel highly to others. "The Smell"
The first sight of Little Paradise disappointed me of the uncomfortable smell in room so I reduced my stay from 3 nights to only one night, However, I've found the room was not that bad. We stayed in triple room for only double room's price. It's quite clean, and there's a hub in the bath room. I guess that the smell that I hated came from its carpet. "little palace is a good hotel"
The hotel is located perfect in 3 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the bus station. Was very nice. We took without breakfast. no parking for car so good for those without car.

The hotel is really good located, the room was clean and confortable, the bathroom big and the personal friendly. If I came back to nice I would choose the same hotel.

"Little palace"
Charmant petit hotel, accueil tres chaleureux et serviable, chambre tres jolie, dommage pour le bruit mal insonorisé on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans la rue, et pas de parking donc pas evident de trouver une place surtout que celles autour de l'hotel étaient payantes. Mais dans l'ensemble vraiment sympatique.

Haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Gute Lage, das Meiste zu Fuss machbar. Sauber! Supermarkt gleich daneben!
