We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed here 3 days before our cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) and 1 day after. Very pleased with the hotel and would come again. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean, tidy and spacious, high ceiling and interior oozes old classy charm. Free quite fast wi-fi internet for hotel guests. Good central location, close to Terminal station, 15-20 min walk to most of the famous sights. Breakfast buffet quite good and the coffee machine, although automatic, makes an almost perfect cappuchino... for us a BIG PLUS. Some nice restaurants in the vicinity like the Gallo Matto, 5 minutes walk down on Cavour. Just a little minus: Bed mattresses a bit hard for my taste, but slept well anyway.

Pros: - Great location (Colosseum, super market and good restaurants) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Clean rooms - Computer with internet access in each room. Cons: The only cons that I can think of are: - Very little floor space to store luggage (Minor problem) - Breakfast was only a croissant and a water/cafe at a bakery near by. Would be great if there were some fruits as well. But this hotel is perfect for a couple that are looking for a relatively cheap hotel in a great location! I would recommend this hotel to any couple and if I go back to Rome I would use this hotel again.

Location was pretty good near the city center, about 10 min. bus ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor. Free internet connection, but it did not work in the room though.

This place is not a usual bed & breakfast. By providing only three well designed rooms, roof terrasse and lovely staff, this place offers a very cosy, friendly and unique atmosphere In the middle of Rome. Only 5 minutes by foot away from the Vatican, and next door to a famous shopping street, with lots of restaurants and ice cream places, this place […] is the best base for your Rome adventure. Lovely breakfast with home made jam and plenty italien treats is served. We've traveled the world many times over. This B&B was the best place I've stayed for the value! Marcello was attentive, informative and offered us a cool drink and fruit salad and other nice food upon our arrival. He only has a few rooms and tends to his business personally and it shows. Wonderful,large and modern rooms. The bed was actually comfortable~not […] usually the case in European hotels. Super A/C! (which was appreciated as Italy was having a heat wave when we were there.) Breakfast was very generous and I still can't believe any owner would spend that much time and attention on his guests. When I go back to Rome, I'll only come here. It's easy enough to find, close to a metro and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. There is an elevator to get your bags up to his floor. I'm very particular about the places I stay, you won't be disappointed if you decide BB 360! Lesa meira

Wir waren sehr wohl und fühlten uns rundum optimal betreut durch das nette kleine Team. Lage etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Vatikan in einem für Rom relativ ruhigen Quartier.

BB360 is een perfect adresje voor een weekendje Rome. Gelegen vlak bij het Vaticaan, met het oude centrum op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en de metro op 50 meter. Diverse winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Nette complete kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid en speciaal ontbijt en zoveel persoonlijke aandacht als je zelf wenst.
