"clean new hotel, but poor service"
I chose this hotel over hampton inn where I usually stay because they shared similar ratings and this one was less expensive than hampton. I agree with most reviews about the location of the hotel, cleaniness, etc. But, the overall service was bad because of the following reasons: 1. the blinds comes in 2 layers - a thin one and thick one and the thick […] one does not close completely. This doesn't shut out the sun light or the bright street light and the hotel staff said that they can't do anything about it. I had a terrible night's sleep because of this light condition and going by the way the room's are designed, i guess that's the case with all rooms in that direction. 2. we had to ask the staff multiple times for coffee and the response time was very poor. 3. breakfast selection was bad - poor quality of bagels and poor variety as well. hampton inn in a place like moab had a much better collection of food. the cleaniness and decor don't matter much if the basic things a hotel offers - food and sleep are messed up. won't stay again! This hotel was wonderful, clean, quite, nice, convenient to restaurants, shops and beautiful vistas. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was exceptional! I recommend this highly.
"HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS TWIN FALLS-JUST WHAT WE NEEDED"
My husband and I are relocating to Idaho from Southern California. We needed a hotel that was a good price and location for our 4 day trip, this hotel met all of our needs. Not that the city is so large that any hotel would be inconvenient but this one made it easy for us out-of-towners to get around without getting lost. "Hotel in Twin Falls Idaho convenient stop"
We stayed in the Non Smoking Queen 2 Bed Suite, which worked out extremely well as it has a sofa sleeper. The room was very quiet, and clean.
"Great acility"
New hotel with very comfortable rooms. Price was fair. i would stay here again. Next to Costco and Target. Did not wake up in time for the complimentary breakfast but the setup looked very impressive. I did help myself to a banana and some complimentary drinks.

The accomodations were good, it was the agent who made the reservation for me that wasnt. He lead me away from the hotel I chose with the promise of a two king bed suite at a lower price at this hotel. They don't even have a two king bed suite. You have probably lost a customer.

The employees at the front desk were fabulous and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good.

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. Thank you so much! This really helped me when I had so much anxiety about moving my child from Colorado to Seattle to pursue her graduate degree.

recently on road trip to yellowstone, stopping over in twin falls before camping in yellowstone, hotel in jackson (cowboy village -- awful, expensive, overpriced, old, dumpy, poor service ....), salt lake (hyatt -- excellent as usual). back to holiday inn express in twin falls. hotel is new, very clean, room comfortable, good layout w/ sofa bed for […] the fifth (dad). hotel is newer and and reasonably priced. comp. breakfast is satisfying. the location is fantastic for shoshone falls and area restaurants (drive about a mile). nearest latte is a drive though. really no need to review holiday inn express's as all are uniform and should be consistent with their rooms and service as they are under the corporate radar ... which is good when looking at hotels if the corporation knows what it's doing. based on my extensive traveling with three kids over the past six four years, this HIExpress facility and location, is solid. no complaints what-so-ever. and i usually always have constructive criticism to offer. recommend shoshone falls for viewing and the lake for swimming. the kids will love it. twin falls area does a great job taking care of its travelers even as it realizes it's probably a one time pass through town. as for food, there was an italian restaurant about 1/2 mile recommended by hotel staff. food was fine, o.k. priced w/ large portions that came in handy next day while camping. the re-heated gorgonzola pasta and pepperoni pizza turned out to be the best meal while camping. "Very Nice Hotel but Noisy"
We booked a room as a weekend getaway and the hotel and staff are extremely nice. However, we had someone in the room on one side of us played video games all night long so all I heard was shooting noises, on the other side of us the people had a crying baby and the floor above us were literally stomping around the room most of the night. So needless […] to say it was not a restful experience and I was very annoyed and irritated at people's inconsideration towards others. The hotel was great for our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, but everything else was perfect.

Top notch service, cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was decent too but I think they could improve the quality of bacon and eggs. The food selections is good and the coffee is very good.

"amazing spring break stay"
This hotel was great! Great clean room, clean interior and convenient location. I especially loved the fitness room with up-to-date equipment and overlooking the pool. Friendly staff and breakfast lady was especially kind. We got to breakfast as it was closing and she made a little to-go bag for my kids. Very appreciated!

Thg hotel was great! It was clean and looked brand new. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options for any appetite. Staff was very friendly helped us out more than once with directions and places to eat. The only thing that was not 100% or better was the bed. "Top Notch"
This is now my hotel of choice. Accomodations were 5 star, continental breakfast was fresh and very accomodating. Would highly recommend a stay here.
"Everything was great until I got home..."
The hotel itself was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay there. The room was fabulous. The facilities were great. However, when I returned home I found that the hotel made a billing error and I ended up bring charged twice for the room, once from the hotel and once from Hotels.com. They were not very friendly or helpful in correcting their mistake. As soon […] as I requested a manager to resolve the issues that the hotel staff created, I was not accommodated. I loved the hotel all together but when I arrived home I realized I had left something there and I was told that they would get back to me and I had to call them because I hadn't heard anything. The item wasn't found and I know it was on the back of the door. I don't feel that it was handled effectively.

Our experience was a positive one. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location was pretty easy to find and given that it's a new hotel, everything was clean. We always appreciate the large breakfast menu - which makes the price that much better, as you don't have to run around looking for a place to eat breakfast and pay upwards of $20 for two people. Only complaint would be the continental breakfast...only cereal left for options at 9am.

This hotel is a little hard to find, but worth it! Very quiet, and new with all the comforts of a business hotel. The business center with computers for hotel guest use was very useful. Breakfast was ordinary, but plentiful and the eating area was comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

I was very lucky in that this hotel was just a few blocks from the Assisted Living Home where my sister resides. Such a break! I was VERY pleased with the hotel and the accomodations. Their morning "free" breakfasts were outstanding and the help was very accommodating and friendly. I had a lovely four day stay and would certainly stay there again.
