Hotel was basic but clean. However location wasn't that great as a trash truck woke us up at 3am and two or three ambulances throughout the night. I would stay again if I needed to.

Bad neighborhood! The location was great though. In the center of a bunch of gas stations and fast food chains so you don't have to drive anywhere if your into that. If you're into a lot of bells and whistles this hotel isn't for you. But if cost, clean and comfort suits your pallet, it'll work fine. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard and I kept sliding off when I tried to sit on the side and the heating unit sometimes got a little loud. Room was clean and nice but small. We have a family of four the aypinroom was to small for the playpin to fit comfortable. The breckfast was small not much to choose from . But the attendant was really very kind and at 230 in the morning was kind enough to give us a cup of milk for my year old son whom couldn't sleep without it.

Enjoy your stay, if you need a nasty room with three rock hard stinky pillows and hand towels that double as your bath towels. When you ask the man behind the security window if you could have more towels or pillows, the answer is "no". Did I mention the air conditioner/fan didn't work either?

I paid for a room with two queenbeds and got a room with two full size beds. Room 338 was average clean for a hotel but smelled musty.

The room was clean but there is no where to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine, no pool of course, but there should have been some benches somewhere.

We stayed here over the weekend. Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, great continental breakfast. Conveniently located within minutes of downtown and plenty of restaurants within walking distance; both fast food & sit-in dining. Noticed lots of security cameras, felt safe.

The cleaning products they used were too strong. I had to turn on the air conditioner to clean the air otherwise I was going to ask to switch rooms.

The good - the refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The room was very clean. The Bad - quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds I have ever seen. It felt like I was sleeping on plywood, and I like a firm mattress. This is a good, clean motel. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet, but it did look appealing.

For some one like me that travel a lot I will gave theirs hotel a 2.5 Star Reason for that is the the guess service was polite and understanding so it was pretty good and that is always #1 thing I look for also the room was very clean but they could inspect and change the pillows more often because that's wear we all put our heads on at night. This was definitely worth the money. It was fairly close to the Charlotte Convention Center and in a fairly quiet area. I'm a clean freak and always spray everything with Lysol, but there was no dust, not a single hair in the bathroom, and the carpet was freshly vacuumed. I didn't feel the need to whip out the wipes. It is a bit rundown, but the bed […] was comfortable and the fridge and microwave were clean and worked. My only real complaint was that the curtain left about a 3" gap when closed. I went outside and yes, people could easily look straight in at the bed. We had to close the edge of it in the door to fix the problem. Lesa meira

It was a room to sleep in and literally that was it. When you check in at night, the desk clerk checks you in behind plexiglass - not sure if that is indicative of the caliber of the neighborhood. The breakfast was unappealing. The hard boiled egg looked gross when I opened it. The bread and banana were good. Those plus a waffle maker and cereal were […] about all there was for breakfast. Luckily there is a Bojangles across the street. The room could use some updating - there were cracks in the walls and paint flaking off. For the price, though, it was what I thought it would be. It was a cheap hotel so I shouldn't have expected much. For me, seeing is believing and what I saw was pretty old and gross. Everything is outdated and the crowds of people sitting outside of their room staring at you almost gave me the feeling that I should have watched my back when I slept. It was definitely not in my comfort zone and nor was it for […] my wife. I can guarantee I will never be back. Management seemed good. Hotel was very clean. The only thing i didnt like was the attitude of the desk worker when i accidently came in the wrong door to extend my stay another night. But hotel was well kept and very clean.

The pictures on website look nothing like Wat I seen. Burn holes in the sheets an blankets, holes n the walls, window next door was covered with plastic, towels had holes n them. If I wasn't n a rush to get to the basketball game I would've left that hotel. I do have pics I hope I can upload them. An we was n da hood.

PROS: Good location, reasonable price, clean room CONS: Checked in through security glass at 8:30pm. Assigned two dbl beds instead of two queens listed in Expedia.com. The first red flag--having to check-in through a plate glass window at 10pm. As we opened the door to our double room, the door hit against one of the beds and our non-smoking room smelled of heavy smoke. The doors are on the outside of the building and we could hear people walking above us. We also got to listen to the yelling frm upstairs down to […] the parking lot. The hotel is clean, and well maintained. It doesn't exactly look that way from the outside, but upon close inspection inside, the facilities are well kept. There were plenty of towels, and the Heating and A/C unit in the room was relatively quiet. There was minimal outside noise. We got a nice, clean, well equipped room with a frig, mic, clean bed and linens and the hotel was in a convenient location. I don't think I would try it for more than a night - maybe two - due to the apparent surrounding neighborhood. For the price, it's a great deal.
