Very friendly and english speaking staff. Room facing public road. Far from motorway, and as such not the most convinient for an short overnight stay.

"Hotel Heimgartl - Innsbruck, AT"
The room was ok but that would be as far as I would go. Breakfast was good but 8 EUR a day was a bit steep for the offerings, would have done better going into town to a bakery. Very conveint to the old town, right on the river. If just looking for place to sleep this place is ok but would not stay there again.
"You get what you pay for."
The hotel was....ok. The room was microscopic, as was the bathroom. Everything was old and kind of dingy. However, the bed was very comfy and the temp in the room was great with the windows open. If you like light in your room in the morning, request a street-facing room. Otherwise, request a room in the back of the hotel because it backs right up the […] mountain and is very dark! Parking was free and it was a 15 minute walk to old town. All in all, not too bad, but definitely no luxury hotel. Lesa meira

Hotel (Inn) has charm and character but distance from most transportation, restaurants and attactions makes this hotel a less attractive option.

Das Hotel Heimgartl liegt in der Nähe der Innsbrucker Altstadt mit all deren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vorhänge sind nicht ganz genug breit, um die vollständige Fensterfläche abzudecken. Ansonsten bitte meine oben stehende Bewertung beachten, ich war mit den Bedingungen des Hotels Heimgartl sehr zufrieden. Herzliche Grüsse Markus Holenstein
"Nice stay at Hotel Heimgartl"
I spent 2 nights at Hotel Heimgartl with my husband and my 15y son. We had a late arrival, everything was settled for us to come inside the building. Our room was clean and cozy for our recovering night. What a great surprise was waiting for us in the breakfast room! Cozy atmosphere, calming view, excellent meal, welcoming and friendly reception from […] the manager – Steve. He gave us all we need to know for a joyful ski day in Innsbruck mountains. Check out time, another kind surprise: a homemade jam as a farewell gift! I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and I would gladly come back. Lesa meira

Otelin konumu güzel, personel de iyi sayilir, ancak oda cok kücük, oda konforu cok düsük, cok basiz ve zevksiz yapilmis...
un pò fuori mano, arrivare in centro a piedi richiede circa 20 minuti e non 5 come dicono. Necessita di una sostanziale ristrutturazione, il mobilio piuttosto vecchio, la moquette era molto macchiata, anche se il bagno era molto pulito. Alto il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Fantastisk service och underbart läge när centrum och intill floden som delar staden. UÖtmärkt för familjen och för barnen.

Das Hotel ist einfach, aber in Ordnung. Ausserordentlich ärgerlich war aber der Umstand, dass vorher nicht klar war, dass im Zimmerpreis das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war. Die wenig verständnisvolle Reaktion des Besitzers auf meine diesbezügliche Beschwerde hat meinen Unmut noch verstärkt. "Nicht direkt, aber doch im Zentrum"
Ein sauberes xxx-Hotel in Stadtnähe, Altstadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch das hinten gelegene Zimmer war es auch ruhig, da die Strasse Hall-Innsbruck direkt vorbei läuft. Dies war aber auch beim Finden des Hotels von Vorteil. Kostenloser Parkplatz war auch vorhanden, was sonst in dieser Gegend schwierig sein könnte. Kamer was netjes schoon en verzorgt. Kleine dingen zoals het dekbed gevouwen in de vorm van een hart en een snoepje op het kussen doen het goed. Altijd moeilijk een slaapgelegenheid te vinden voor een gezin met drie kinderen, deze kamer was perfect. Een mooi hotel om te zien ook van buiten.
