Albufera Gardens Apartments – Madríd

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were a good size with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful, minus a minor mix up at the reception desk when we first checked in. Apparently we were not supposed to check in at reception but at the security guard post. The metro line was very close, the walk took ten minutes, […] it was in a quiet local neighborhood away from the center of Madrid and it was nice to come back to after a day in the city. The cafeteria at the hotel was great for a late night snack, it was very cheap and the beer was excellent, the people who worked there were friendly and they remembered who we were after our first visit. First of all, the hotel pictured is NOT the Albufera Garden Apartments. It is the Albufera Be Smart Apartments. The reception desk is only for Be Smart and sends you to the security gate outside to check-in with a random man, Carlos, who has no office or contact information. He apparently owns some of the rooms in the Be Smart building, although the […] receptionists seem to know nothing about him other than that "he walks by occasionally." You will also be denied access to all other amenities in the building, as they belong to Be Smart. We stayed here in the middle of June, and none of the three pools had water in them!! (Not that we would have been able to use them anyway.) Wifi is available for a surcharge of 1E for 15 minutes. Free wifi is available in the cafeteria in Be Smart, but only during business hours. You will need to get the password from the waiter. On the bright side, the apartments are an easy 10 minute walk to the metro and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook, except pots or pans. Definitely book with Be Smart and not Albufera Gardens as the rooms are the same but you will be able to utilize the amenities of the building and have access to a reception desk! Lesa meira

The appartment was clean and comfortable but was not close to airport -taxi transfer was 28euros and driver was not familiar with location. Excellent cafeteria service at hotel for dinner and breakfast at reasonable cost. No obvious food outlets in nearby locality nearest metro station at least 10 mins walk.

Si tu plan es encerrarte a cal y canto con tu pareja, adelante, es el sitio ideal, puesto que lo tienes todo dentro de la misma habitación, y la equipación es muy buena. Al lado hay un Supermercado Dia, en el que hacer la compra para la cena y no gastarte un dineral en cena de hotel, ni nada por el estilo. Si bien es cierto, que el barrio no es el mejor […] de Madrid, su situación no es fantástica ni el estado exterior ni la primera impresión antes de entrar a la habitación son buenas, pero si bien es cierto que para encerrarte con tu pareja es muy cómodo y muy bueno. Lo recomiendo totalmente, puesto que el mantenimiento exterior del hotel tampoco es que me importe mucho, teniendo en cuenta, que del apartamento no voy a salir. Lesa meira

El Hotel se encuentra bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad, lo cual podria ser un incoveniente para muchas personas pero si se viaja con bajos costos no es tan relevante ya que la estacion de metro se encuentra al caminar aproximadamente 8 minutos. No hay una oficina real para chequear solamente en la garita de seguridad lo cual nos costo encontrar […] un poco. El internet es una incomodidad total. Solo funciona en la cafeteria el cual no funcionaba en el momento que estuvimos alli y luego en la rececpcion del otro Hotel Albufera Be Smart el cual tuvimos que pagar y de todas formas no funciono. El Barrio no es de lo mejor y creo que por la noche e sun poco desagradable. El cuarto estaba bastante sucio y un mantenimiento bastante descuidado. La piscina era una poza de basura y agua negra. En general creo que por mas dinero que te ahorres por el precio no vale la pena tantos inconvenientes. Lesa meira

Pues debo decir que, si a eso se le puede llamar hotel...fue algo DECEPCIONANTE. Muy mala atención, es más, ni si quiera tienen recepción, te atiende una persona de muy malas maneras en una garita a la entrada. Te dan una toalla y da gracias (conservala bien porque no te la cambian). Si quieres que te hagan la habitación debes pagarlo a parte (¿dónde […] se ha visto eso?). No hay ni un triste secador de pelo. Procura llevar gel y champú, ya que te dan un sobrecito para el tiempo q estés. Si tienes un problema con la habitación, sea cual sea, búscate la vida porque nadie te va a ayudar. En fin, de veras que no tengo palabras, todo lo que diga es poco, no se os ocurra ir a hospedaros aqui, es HORRIBLE. Es más, creo que deberían quitarlo de la lista de Hoteles.com, he reservado mucho con esta web, pero es que se me han quitado hasta las ganas de repetir reserva con Hoteles.com. Informaros mejor de los hoteles antes de ponerlos en vuestra web, por lo menos para aseguraros un poco de que vuestros clientes van a estar bien (este mensaje es para Hoteles.com). Lesa meira

En las afueras de la ciudad pero a un paseo de unos 10 minutos del metro y el tren, en el centro a unos 15 minutos en la misma linea del metro. El apartamento bastante frío y sin posibilidad de más ropa de abrigo. La limpieza correcta. Si viajas en coche ideal por poder aparcarlo con facilida.
