Very nice and clean hotel, looked just like the pictures! Check-in was easy and quick and the service for taxis to the airport and assistance with tours was great. Great location. Close to everything, a hop-on/hop-off bus stops right outside the front door and shopping is great around the area. Would deffinately stay there again.

The hotel is an excellent option for the price. The location is very good, once again for the price. The room is a bit small, or better yet, narrow. The carpet is dirty, but everything else is OK. "cheap and nice"
This was my second time to stay in Mytower and it was a very nice stay. I recomend this room due to, 1-The rooms are small but serve the purpose of having a place to sleep. 2-The holel is located near three stations (5 mins. walking) which will serve your purpose to move arround KL. 3-It's also near Hanefa (supermarket store) where you can buy your […] daily needs of food, drinks and others. 4- secure place and neighbor hood. 5- located next to a lot of local restaurants. 6- two mosques that are in walking distance. If you are going to stay threre I do not recomend to have breakfast there becuase the breakfast is about 40 RM and you can have a breakfast in one of the local restaurant for max 10 RM. one final recommendation if you want to move around KL go to Medan Tanku and take the train to Bukit Bentang and get on the HOP ON and HOP OFF buss which will show you multiple destination of KL for 38 RM. as the name indicate you can get off any station and visit that place and spend some time there. I really recommend the national museum and the birds park. I do not recommend the China town over there, it's not as nice as the other China towns you visit. Lesa meira
"MayTower Hotel in KL"
Room Highly stench of Urine and other obnoxious smell. These may be dangerous Toxic gases and may kill an individual during sleep. Then when someone is dead this will be regarded as suicide! This is from my point as a professional Chemist! I am extremely mad!! Worst the hotel probabaly knew that this room is in this situation by the manner the staff […] reacted and handle the case!. Price getting too high and std room is small. Location away from LRT/Monorail Little night life near Hotel. Service needs to be reminded

The hotel is affordable and is surprisingly comfortable considering the room rates. Suitable for backpackers, or guests who just need a place to sleep. A bit far from local attractions. At least need a car, or must be willing to travel by foot for 5 min to the local LRT station or sit by taxi.

"Hotel in Kuala Lumpur"
Check-in staff were brilliant as I arrived quite early in the morning and they let me have access to my room. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. When I booked the hotel I was under the impression it was an aparthotel, but that wasn't the case at all. No coffee making facilities, but there was a fridge. Two complimentary small bottles of water […] every day and the room was OK. Very little in the way of TV if you wanted a night in. The noise in the room from the air conditioning units based on the wall outside the room were unbearably noisy so would suggest checking the room out before accepting it. Was so tired after the long flight from Melbourne that I went for a sleep and didn't hear the racket of the central heating units. Breakfast was good with the choice of local foods available. The location does let it down as there isn't much in the area so it's a bus or taxi journey to get to the Towers or shopping areas. The new mall across the road wasn't full to capacity at the time of my visit, but adequate enough. Couple of good coffee houses and an upmarket grocery shop. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though purely for location. Lesa meira
"Prima modern hotel in het centrum"
Niet ver van Little India en China Town. Erg vriendelijke receptie. Een heerlijk uitgebreid onbijt, met redelijk onervaren personeel. De kamers zijn luxueus, maar wel erg klein.

Hotel ist im ok - aber die Zimmer sind mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet. Der war fleckig und schaute ranzig aus - weiters wurde dass zimmer zwar zusammengeräumt aber nicht gesaugt. viel mir vorallem durch einen büschel fremder haart auf, der seit unserer ankunft hinter der türe herum lag. wurde dann auch sofort gereinigt als ich darum bat. "MAYTOWER HOTEL KL MALAYSIA"
5名で3室を4泊利用しました。 予約は4日期間ではなく一日毎に1泊ｘ４にて手配した為毎日鍵の登録が取消され毎度受付で説明・処理をさせられ、APTテナント共通のイエレベータで往復させられ正直疲れました。 連続宿泊である事は事前にメールでホテルに確認していたにもかかわらずこの内容です。

This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but that must be their own rating. Everything is ok, but the rooms are small and a bit shabby. The location is the main drawback for this hotel.
