"Great place"
Close to the grotto, nice and clean apartment, and helpful staff. However, the reception is not open after regular working hours(we arrived late on a sunday night). I recommend contacting the reception during working hours to get instructions on how to get in. Fortunately, our taxi driver knew the place and the routine on how to get access to the apartment. Clean tidy resort, nice pool. Sofa-beds uncomfortable. If stay is for longer than 3 nights sheets and bedding not provided unless paid for on arrival. Large deposit required on booking in which will be retained unless appartment is left as found, beds must be stripped, washing up done etc. Access to the Grotto is either by over 100 steps or by walking […] down steep hill, great for those with good mobility but quite difficult for people with walking difficulties. Taxi's are easily available for transport to the Sanctuaries. Very nice pool area for relaxing. Reception hours very limited and check in times strictly adhered too, no check in before 4pm. this can be quite limiting if you are only on a short visit and your plane arrives early, we found no where to leave our luggage so had to wait three hours before we could go exploring, even though the office was open. Good range of facilities for self catering, very clean appartments. Lesa meira
"Very Pleased"
The accommodations were just like home. Being able to buy our own food and cook it was a Big savings, and if you need to dust a bit or any other home chore it is worth it. We found Peter to be an easy person to talk to and just being in Lourdes you know you are on Holy Ground. I suggest you also visit the hospital there and see how well cared for the […] people who really suffer are taken care of. Get to Lourdes asap and enjoy this special location. "Excellet hotel at a great location"
This hotel is Brilliant. Not only is the location ideal (on the foothills of the Pyrenees) but the hotel itself is of really good quality. The room was of really good size (2-4 people) and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made a big effort to explian everything in English. The room contained pretty much everything you require to stay […] comfortably in a place. There was a microwave, fridge, cookers, utensils, cutlery etc. The bathroom had a really good shower and was of really good size. My only slight complaint is the amount of security deposit they hold on your account. 500 euros is pretty steep but having said that, they only write your card details on a piece of paper and delete these as soon as you check out. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended. A+ Lesa meira
"Great long term stay property"
This is a great extended stay property, however, it is not a hotel. You do not get daily maid service and 24 hour front desk service. They also ask you to clean your room upon departure. Location is good, 10 min walk to the Grotto. The apartments are brand new and are in great shape. Very well appointed and spacious. Très bon accueil , appartement pour 4 spacieux et propre . Un seul petit défaut il manque à l'entrée une penderie . Grand parking privé. Très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent se rendre en ville à pied . Une superbe boulangerie et petit snack à 2 pas.
hotel sympatique (de passage juste une nuit ), studio agréablement meublé et équipé. les arrivés tardives sont bien gérées le seul bémol pour nous fut de trouver l'hôtel, aucune indication dans les rues (ceux qui peut se comprendre du fait du nombre d'hôtel ) et noms de rues introuvables sur une grande majorité de la ville (heureusement arrivés très […] tard du coup on pouvait rouler piano ) Lesa meira

Très bon séjour avec les enfants dans cet hotel, chambre très spacieuse, personnel très gentil, le seul petit point noir, c'est que quand on arrive, les draps sont pliés et on doit faire soi-même son lit, c'est un peu chiant quand on arrive le soir avec les enfants, fatigués !! mais sinon, dans l'ensemble, super.

Si bien cuando llegamos no había nadie para darnos las llaves y tuvimos que buscar el sobre con la llave en la entrada de la recepción (al lado de la piscina, en un edificio sin habitaciones), todo salió como esperábamos. Confortable, tranquilo, completo. La calefacción es buena, todo nuevo. Lo recomiendo.

L'hôtel était situé assez loin du site. Le studio pour 4 ne comportait pas de chambre séparée donc pour une famille avec jeunes enfants ce n'était pas très pratique. Aucune explications pour l'installation du canapé-lit qui était difficile à monter. Ni pour savoir où se trouvait les draps, les couverts... Une prise était abîmée dans l'entrée commune. […] Bref, à part le prix qui était réduit de moitié, je ne recommanderai pas particulièrement cet hôtel. Lesa meira

C'est une résidence , très bien entretenue et bien située. Le confort est appréciable et l'accueil de qualité.

Hotel liegt in der nähe von Lourdes Kirche, Zimmeraufteilung war sehr gut, Bettwäsche, Matratzen waren sehr sauber, kleine Küche aber gut aufgeteilt. Schöne kleine Balkon. Wir sind wegen Panne sehr spät angekommen. Aber der Angestellte hatte für uns alles organisiert so dass wir auch um 02.00 uhr mitten in der Nacht da reingekommen sind.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le confort était présent mais surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la réception. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

L'ôtel est bien situé, près des sanctuaires. mais impossible à trouver avec un GPS ... les carrefours ont été modifiés ... Il offre une piscine surtout occupée par des enfants, un sauna ... qui ne marche pas toujours tt comme le jacuzzi. La chambre est propre mais le canapé lit est d'un fonctionnement a priori incompréhensible, les portes ne ferment […] pas forcémént !!, des trappes de visites carrelées tombent régulièrement. Good standard and service. Good location, only 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica. Great appartement hotel with good bath room and bath tub, but towels for rent was a surprise.
