mjög gott og velstaðsett, ganagar herbergið mjög snyrtilegt , kanski mætti hressa aðeins þar sem morgunmaturinn er borin fram en ekkert sem er allvarlegt, þjónustan til fyrirmyndar, takk kærlega fyrir okkur eigum örugglega eftir að koma til ykkar aftur..

Allt viðmót starfsmanna einkenndist af gleði. Það er þetta sem er svo smitandi. Allt var gert af þvílíkri umhyggju að ég mun mæla með þessu hóteli. Þarna er auðvelt og stutt að komast inn til Crawley, sem er sætur lítill bær og þar er hægt að fá ódýra leigubíla með innkaupin heim á hótelið. Þetta er United Cars,,co.uk.. Þeir koma líka til Gatwick Airport, en þá sækja þeir mig þar sem bílaleigurnar eru og kostar miklu minna en leigubílar af flugvellinum. Njótið kveðja, Ingigerður.

Mjög þægilegt. Stutt frá flugvelli og hreint og fínt. Afgreiðslufólkið mjög almennilegt.

We were two women, mother and daugther, aged 82 and 59 staying for 6 days. Arrived 2 hours early for check-in and the friendly staff checked if we could get our rooms at once, no problem. The hotel is beautifully decorated, although not fully renovated. The cleanness is fine. We had excellent English breakfast in the morning and later heard from a taxi-driver that the eggs came from a farm owned by the hotel owners with ,,happy hens" wantering around the estate. Entertainment 3 nights a week was cheerful and aimed at the age group that is most common at the hotel 60-90 years old. The unimportant (for us at least) downsides are that the free WiFi internet connection is at neighbourhood hotel, but it was free and it worked, so this is a minor issue. TV is not satellite, but who comes to Eastbourne for TV? Last the telephone in one room was not working, but the staff did it's utmost to solve this ending by moving my mother to another room. A few steps up to the main entrance may be difficult for some people this age. Overall we had the perfect stay at this pleasant stay, chatting with the ladies visiting and the pianist in the lobby. Had a very good Sunday dinner and if we return to Eastbourne this is the hotel we want to return to. Helpful staff, nice surroundings and cleanness, also nice location by the sea, yet a few minutes away from the more noisy bars, is the reason.

A warm and efficient welcome from the student on duty on arrival was let down by a poor breakfast (as we were the only guests, it should not have been necessary to cook the breakfast in advance leading to way overcooked bacon and sausage) and absolutely nobody to be found when we left - fortunately we had already paid. This is a comfortable and well […] appointed hotel, but further let down by its location - what sounded like a night club turnout nearby in the early hours as well as quite a lot of traffic noise led to a very disturbed night. "Neo Hotel: Be aware: Light Sleepers Keep Away"
At first glance the Neo Guesthouse has it all. Excellent customer service, good breakfasts and a comfortable bed. So what's the problem? I have never known such trouble is getting to sleep. If it wasn't the drunken revellers shouting, screaming and swearing at all hours directly under your window, it;s the seagulls screeching at 3am every night. If […] it wasn't the noise from the air lock in the water cistern then it was the music from the bar down stairs reverberating from below. I know that the hotel cannot do much about the revellers or the seagulls (unless Brighton brings in a new law in which you can shoot them!) but I think they might want to invest in some double or even triple glazing. "Cool Boutique Hotel in Brighton"
Came into town on a Tuesday for a conference in Brighton. Was met by a very friendly staff who offered me advice on where to eat (Due South, so good) and what to do that night. My room was small but very very well decorated in a modern Oriental theme. Think there was only one other person staying in the hotel that night so it was a little creepy walking […] around at night. Breakfast was really good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. If you are older I would recommend booking a room on the first floor as they do not have a lift. I got a work out every time I went back to my room on the top floor, Lesa meira

"Neo Guest House Brighton - Very friendly"
Very nice stay, very friendly young staff. Excellent breakfast. Room not so posh, but personally decorated and tidy and also neat bathroom. Would definitely recommend and go again.
"The Neo - Guest house - godt sted å bo"
Veldig fint og lite koselig sted å bo, god frokost og veldig god beliggenhet i forhold til sjø og shopping. Vårt rom hadde dessverre ikke toalett på rommet, men det gjorde ikke noe da toalettet på gangen var rett i nærheten. Ellers var det ett flott og nyoppussede rom. Kan anbefales.
