"Not what I expected"
The hotel appears fairly new, yet many things are falling apart. Our room was not ready when we checked-in and was not particularly clean. The closet door, a mirror, felt like it would fall apart in my hands. The shower/bath controls were literally falling off of the tile. Not a good experience.
"Great Hotel"
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice. The only complaint that we had was that it was extremely noisy but to no fault of the hotel really. Just the occupants. Once we got to sleep it was great. Very comfortable.

"NO BREAKFAST READY-2 DAYS"
WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL EMPLOYEE WAS FAST ASLEEP ON LOBBY COUCH. ABOUT 9:00PM. I THOUGHT IT WAS A DRUNK GUEST. SHE GAVE ME THE FARTHEST ROOM TO GET TO. WHAT A PAIN. BOTH MORNINGS I CAME DOWN AT 8 FIRST DAY AND 9 NEXT DAY --- THERE WAS ALMOST NO COFFEE AND IT WAS LUKE WARM. THERE WAS NO MILK, THE WAFFLE MAKE HAD STUCK LIKE CRAZY, AND THE PASTRIES-BAGELS […] WERE ALL "MINI" HARDENED VERSIONS. I HAD TO GO GET BREAKFAST. EMPLOYEES WERE SITTING AROUND AND COULD HAVE TENDED TO BREAKFAST BAR. FINALLY --- THEY HAD TROUBLE GETTING THEIR PAPERWORK STRAIGHT AT CHECK OUT. NOT TERRIBLE --- BUT I WOULD JUST PICK ANOTHER HOTEL NEXT TIME. Lesa meira

I found the Comfort Inn & Suites to be a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean and comfortable motel. It is right off the interstate near eating and shopping areas.

We have made this our only hotel that we stay in almost every weekend when we travel to see our son in Denton. This is a very nice hotel and the price is great when booking through Hotels. com
This was an outstanding hotel - clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will be staying there from now on.

"NASCAR"
Hotel was full because of NASCAR weekend. Didn't like waiting until 3 PM to check in. Ice machine was empty and there was only one pot of coffee for the entire hotel at breakfast.

What a treat to discover that both the pool and jacuzzi were open until midnight! After driving over 10 hours that day it was a welcome treat. That and the courteous front desk service and super comfy bed! A special thanks to the staff for accommodating my late check out request - that was so much appreciated and needed! "The Comfort in nera Lake lewisville"
The hotel is a great place to stay for a day or weekend. We just had one small problem with the hotel and that was the bathroom. The problem was resolved later that afternoon while we were out. All and all, we were satisfied with the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night last weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The room included a microwave and a mini fridge which was nice. Recommendations: the elevator needs some work as it was very slow. We took the stairs a couple of times for this reason and the […] stairwell had an odd smell. The front desk staff was friendly enough but was very slow to check us in because they didn't seem to understand how to do their job. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again. Lesa meira

Lots of places to eat around hotel. Right off Hwy. No seduce at hotel but rooms was good.

OUR ROOM WAS GOOD. AT TIMES IT WAS NOISY FROM THE OTHER GUEST. THE ELAVATOR WAS HOT ON BOTH NIGHTS AND THE FLOOR NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE FITNESS ROOM EQUIPMENT NEEDED WORK. THE LOCATION WAS NOT AS CLOSE TO THE LAKE AS WE HOPED. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Beautiful inside & out. Nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Customer service was great! Will be in that area again and plan to stay there each time. "The Comfor Innhotel near Lake Lewisville, Tx"
We felt very comfortable at this hotel. The only reason I marked a 4 was the air conditioner was pretty loud when it clicked on. Otherwise, it was very nice and the staff friendly.

"incomplete"
the hotel still did not have a pool or spa. they give no warning about it to customers. the hallways were somewhat littered, but the room was clean. only one bar of soap per room was inadequate. they had no tv channel reference guides. the breakfast was so so. the biscuits were hard and cold. they had only one room cart. some folks had to wait for the […] cart. they were older and could not make a lot of trips to unload their vehicle. i would stay around the corner at best western next time i go to corinth. "front counter help was terrible"
We arrived at 2am granted but it to her awhile to get to the counter, she looked as if she had crawled out of bed and never said any greeting. Stretch the whole time, took almost 20 minutes to check us in, did tell us the elevators were down the hall. Next morning at check out at 11 she was still there and told us our credit card was denied, we paid […] in full to hotels.com she never had the credit card or even asked for id when we checked in. She asked us for cash I said no and to double check.... then she was like ooooh ok you did pay in full. I asked for a receipt to show we're paid in full, no you have to get that from your vendor. She was too busy texting and trying to get cash from us to be customer friendly. Its a new hotel with terrible staff what a way to start. We will never stay there again. Lesa meira

"Good location- newer hotel"
The hotel was nice and you could tell that it was new. When we stayed there were only about five other rooms full. Breakfast was pretty good. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The place was kept clean other than the halls never were vacuumed. There were crackers crushed on one end that stayed the entire time we were there. The only major problem […] we had was that the pool was broken. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, indoor pool in winter. So that was a big let down. Lesa meira
I was pleased with the hotel - not only did the location make it easy to get to Texas Stadium - it was very comfortable, clean and affordable.
Very nice- rather new hotel. Very happy with the stay. The only issue we had was that the GPS did not recognize the address. It's extremely easy to find though, right on the East service road at the Swisher Road exit on I-35E. It's very quick to get on and off the interstate.

Excellent! Rooms were large and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Vending machines were even well stocked on a Sunday night. Flat screen TV very up to date.. Wifi actually works! and no hidden charges.It is a bit further from Denton than the hotels/motels at exits 464 & 465, but, to me, the hotel was worth the extra drive

"New but noisy"
The hotel is new and very nice. Everything was great except that the first night, there were people running up and down the hall yelling and slamming doors. I couldn't sleep. However, I will say that I did not call down to the front desk to complain which I should have done. We were also there on a college graduation weekend. Otherwise, very nice.

"Good room"
New hotel with a nice, comfortable room, and quiet enough, given it's proximity to the freeway. A partial power outage in the morning made prep and departure a little difficult but this is probably not a recurring problem. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the Hotel met my expectations.

"Very Clean"
Very Clean. Kinda hard to find but look down the frontage road which is one way. Get to breakfast early. Air Conditioner is loud but works very well. Loud enough so you cant hear the next room. I will stay there again. Great for the price.

This hotel is relatively new and in very nice condition. It is located away from some conveniences like restaurants and gas stations which is both a plus and an inconvenience. "extremely nice hotel"
My 2 day stay was great at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little weak with no fresh fruit, but otherwise, it was a wonderful place. I will most definitely return.
"Great hotel"
We stopped in for an overnight stay on a business trip and this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were cooled down before we arrived and the hotel staff was extermemly helpful in navigating our lost party to the hotel, staying on the line with us for 15 minutes. I would stay here without a doubt next time I was in town.

This hotel was fairly reasonable on the price but spared none in the way of comfort and convenience. The decor of the hotel from the lobby to the individual rooms is phenomenal. The beds were among the most comfortable I have ever slept in. This hotel was fantastic in every aspect and I would recommend it to anyone.
