I recently stayed for 2 nights with my teenage daughter while visiting my son at the local community college in town. I enjoyed the atmosphere inside the hotel, the staff at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was comfortable for the price and clean. The hotel had a fitness room which was not too bad and satisfied my fitness needs, […] the pool was small and there did not appear to be a lot of space in the pool area so it was a good thing the hotel was not real busy. The only concern that really bothered me was the bathtubs while taking a shower, the tub was extremely hazardous; my daughter slipped in the bathtub, lost her balance, and started to fall prior to regaining her balance and avoiding a nasty fall which could have resulted in an injury. The hotel needs to evaluate the tub surface and come up with some preventitive measures to ensure a guest does not slip and fall in the tub. Overall it was not too bad and I would stay there again! "Twin Falls Hilton Garden Inn"
We arrived very late after driving from Denver CO. The bed was comfortable but the heater made a horrendous noise (vibrations) when it kicked on. It was late and the chances of getting someone to fix it or move us to a different room were slim to none. I ended up turning the heater off until we woke in the morning. We were on the last leg of a two-week road trip and looking for a good place to stay. We've never stayed at a Hilton Garden -- we're pretty much Hyatt and Hilton Inn fans. We were blown away with this hotel, however. Check in took less than 2 minutes. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. We received a wonderful dinner recommendation. "Hilton GI - Twin Falls - excellent lodging choice"
This destination was chosen because we were tired of driving for the day and used our smartphone & hotels.com to find nearby lodging. What a terrific surprise! The hotel was immaculate, the staff were very pleasant and the on-site restaurant served excellent food at dinner and breakfast the next day. We went for a walk and found that a public pathway […] exists a quarter to a half mile from the hotel offering absolutely stunning views along the top of the Snake River Canyon. It seems like a fairly new property...clean, comfortable. The desk clerk was bush league...not a warm welcome. * I will give him the fact that we were checking in @ 1am on a Saturday night...and possibly he had encountered too many "party" people checking in prior to us. This is a good stop-over location on trips to the west coast. The hotel is accommodating, keeping their resturant open when we arrived late. The service is very good and the resturant is a cut above what is usually found in motels.

Very convenient location although the map from hotels.com has it located incorrectly....it is on Poleline and Harrison, right after the visitor center. Near a fabulous dinner restaurant..Elevation 486, where the Idaho trout was fantastic!! Nice stay.

The hotel was so nice. The room was spotless, I usually find dust behind the furniture and in the corners of the bathroom. I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. We enjoyed our 2 day stay very much!

We were particularly impressed with the staff. We arrived late and they kept the kitchen open so that we could dine at the motel rather than have to go out again. After a long day of driving that was much appreciated.
"New and Clean"
This hotel is new and very clean. The decor and amenties are top notch fo the class and price. I especially appreciate that they have done away with old fashioned bedspreads that leave you wondering about their cleanliness and replaced them with duvets and freshly washed duvet covers. I've stayed in hotels all over the world from the best to the worst and the bed and linens at this hotel are some of the worst I've ever experienced. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The lobby was well lit, very open, beautifully decorated and clean. The room had high ceilings and was very clean and well decorated. The quality of the furnishings was obvious and the sheets were of a high thread count. It seems like this hotel was way underpriced but was glad to get such a great deal. Excellent hotel with wonderful beds. Best sleep ever in any hotels. The warm cookies were good too. The staff all were very accommodating.
We were very impressed with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twin Falls. The hotel was great the service was wonderful and the town was so much more than we anticipated. Over all a far better experience than we were expecting.

Great place to stay! The food for room service was mediocre at best though.
We had booked a room with a king bed, but got a room with 2 Queens instead. We liked the hotel - it was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

My husband and I often travel to the area and have stayed several times at the Hilton Garden Inn and will continue to stay there when in town. Everyone has always been so helpful and the hotel is very clean. I recommend this hotel!
