We were very pleased with the central location of the hotel. There was wonderful shopping and many restaurants right outside our door. The view from our 7th floor apartment was lovely (gigantic floor to ceiling windows). Bridgestreet at Liverpool One apartments are in an excellent, central location, close to shops, bars, theaters and the docks. Our apartment was well presented and very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Will be coming back very soon.

Staff friendly and helpful. The apartments are located in the middle of the main shopping area. A great location. Overall the apartment was good but there are some irritating little things that could be fixed and improve things. The door closers mean that doors are a nuisance, no doubt needed for fire regs but even the cupboard doors for access to the […] washing machine are irritating. The lampshades hanging from the ceiling stop the apartment from looking contemporary and should be thrown into a skip. The heated towel rail in the en suite is disconnected for 'health and safety reasons' as apparently some people have been burnt! But overall good modern bright apartment and we would stay again. Perfect location. Nice 2-bedroom appartment with all what you need. Including tv in both bedrooms. Nice with two toilets/bathrooms. Clean and tidy. Our appartment was located on the 6'th floor. When we came to the floor there was a very very stong and unpleasant smell of asian food. This smell was there every time we wnt out or came back. Bridgestreet at Liverpool One - Apartments is an excellent address while visiting Liverpool for shopping, culture or football!

The apartments are scrupulously clean; the location is excellent with Liverpool One just outside the entrance and the Docks just across the road; the service is excellent. My only complaint results from the advantages in that Liverpool One tends to be inviting to late night partiers and the noise echoes up the buildings making it difficult to sleep […] on Saturday nights in particular. I booked a 2 bed apartment at Bridgestreet @ Liverpool One for the weekend of the Liverpool Marathon (8/10-10/10 as I was running in the event) for my wife and I along with our 2 kids aged 1.5 & 3.5. The apartment was very centrally located opposite Liverpool One shopping centre and more importantly for me located within a ten minute walk of the marathon […] finishing line! The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with all mod cons and great views of the city (we were on the 8th floor). The two bedrooms were big and one was ensuite with the second located opposite the main bathroom. The living and kitchen areas are open plan with a great feeling of space and light with lots of windows. Plug in electric fans are provided as the apartments can get quite warm even without the heat being on. There was some noise from people coming and going banging doors etc but you'd expect this in any apartment complex. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating of any requests. My kids loved ‘Bridgey’ The Bear who is the resident Teddy Bear who can be borrowed by any of the guests and who comes with his own diary book to record all of his adventures, a nice touch for the kids! Given the location of Liverpool One – there is a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars & cinema’s all within 50 yards of the front door of the apartment block. James’s Street and Lime Street rail & metro stations are c. 10 minute walk away. One suggestion I have is in relation to the entrance to the car park for the building. I think there needs to be a bigger sign at the start of the laneway which brings you into the car park. As it is, the sign is only on the intercom on teh way down the ramp into the car park which is blocked by roller shutters. The car park is tucked away at the end of a laneway and when you first drive into the laneway it doesn’t appear obvious where to go. We had both Google maps and sat nav directions which brought us to the laneway however we incorrect Lesa meira

Stayed for 2 nights in October had booked a one bed apartment but ended up getting a gorgeous two bed on the 8th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to check in. Apartment was beautifully decorated and well decked out with 3 tv's and an iPod dock. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying here next time […] we visit Liverpool!!! Lesa meira

This was my first experience staying in apartments as opposed to a hotel and I would definately recommend Bridgestreet at Liverpool One. The apartments had all the modern amenities you need and they were spotlessly clean. Very centrally located for shopping which was the purpose of our trip.

We spent 5 nights at Bridge St apartments in late July 2011 and found the central location to be a real plus as you could walk to anywhere within the CBD, Albert Dock and the other "must sees". The staff were very efficient and friendly and the apartment itself was well equipped. Only negatives were the very high cost of internet access and the, at […] times, high noise levels from the street below - the downside of being in the centre of the action. I was only in liverpool for the night but wow fantastic apartment, the rececptionist was outstanding got me in my room very quickly even though i was an hour early before check in, the area of the apartment was first class right in the heart of the city centre, i will be using again and again.

Loved the apartment. It was very comfortable and nicely located, close to everything

We were so over the moon with our accomodation but map was misleading and very confusing to two tired out travellers coming by car from motorway where are the helpful signs to direct people to your hotel from Strand St., Hanover St and then the confusion once people get as far as Manesty st or should i say Alley ??? which is the only way in by vehicle […] - -t here was only a tiny sticker on the first grill which was almost invisible to the naked eye!! We can laugh now but at the time we were told by locals that we were driving erratically and could easily have had an accident...my husband required an ambulance on the fri of our stay and we were amazed at the helpful and professional attention we were given ***** Many, many, thanks to your employees!! Excellent apartments, I would recommend these apartments to family and friends

Very convenient location. Bedrooms are very tiny, but overall apartment is very nice. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend to stay.

The room had a great view and was so clean and modern. Flat Screens in every room. Kitchen was very clean and the rest of the apartment was so clean and fresh. It was very hard to find and hard to find the right parking lot but worth looking for.

Great location and nice enough accommodation. Fixtures and fittings weren't the best quality but I suppose for the price they are fair. The only downside was the size of the apartment in relation to the photographs on here. I would use these apartments again and would also recommend them to friends as you get more room to relax than in most hotels at […] this price range. Lesa meira

These apartments are very well located in Liverpools city Center, Right next to all the shops, bars, resturaunts etc etc, The level of extras you get in these apartments is really good, I Pod docking station, Flat screen TV s in all bedrooms and Living room, the kitchen has everything you will need, All in all we will be staying here anytime we visit […] Liverpool!!! Perfect location, right opposite all the shops and restaurants. Plan on going back very soon. Room was fantastic with great views of the city. Genuinly cannot fault my experience.

Our stay was great, after initial check-in delays, the rest of our stay was smooth. The apartment had everything you could possibly need - cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, tv guide, ipod dock, freeview tv in both bedroom & living room, washer dryer etc. The view was great through the floor-to-ceiling windows & we could see right to the docks (we […] were on 3rd floor). Great location for all Liverpool one shops, restaurants & cinema and literally 10mins walk to all the bars & clubs in concert square. Fantastic location, on the doorstep for Liverpool 1 shopping district and 5 min walk to matthew street clubs and concert square. Only problem was the mis-selling of Hotels.com stating that it was two twin rooms, they were both doubles. Apart from that the room was brilliant with ipod dock, big telly and a pretty nice view of Liverpool!

Superb location and good size apartment. everything there that you need. one problem is that there is no air con. big problem seeing it was a hot night. you have a fan which just moves the warm air around unless you open windows and then put up with noise from those on a night out. apart from that good place

Stayed in a one bed apartment for 4 nights. Chose the apartments as an alternative to nearby hotels partly because the deal I got meant it worked out far cheaper and I wanted the freedom of self catering. The quality was very high, plenty of space for one person. Location couldn't be better (above Liverpool One and 5 mins walk from Lime St Station) […] and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments. Lesa meira

...en klisjé har som oftest rot i virkeligheten, og for meg som skulle jobbe to uker i Liverpool var Bridgestreet den perfekte løsningen. Meget sentralt beliggende med alt jeg trengte av utstyr og komfort - rent, praktisk og passe stort. Det eneste som ikke var optimalt, var tiden det tok å få fikset låsen på inngangsdøra (5 dager) - og at det ikke […] var mulig å justere temperaturen på kjøleskapet - døra var ikke riktig montert (tror jeg) så alt der inne frøs. Hyggelig personale, men litt rot i systemet når det gjalt å formidle beskjeder til vedlikeholdspersonen, tydelig vis. Jeg tror jeg kommer til å bo der igjen - og er man på shoppingtur kan man ikke bo mer praktisk enn dette :-)) Lesa meira

Hyggelig personell og knallbra beliggenhet. Alt er nytt, men to store minus: Uten noen forhåndsvarsel måtte vi ut med 150£ i depositum som ikke kommer tilbake på konto før 5 dager etter utsjekk. Det finner også i følge personalet kun queen size senger, altså ingen enkeltsenger eller dobbeltsenger med ordentlig størrelse på. Vi var to kollegaer som skulle […] bo der og måtte sove trangt. Har bodd her 8-10 ganger, og er like fornøyd hver gang. Relativt nye leilighter, moderne og fullt utrustet med det man har behov for selv om oppholdet varer mange dager. Hyggelig bosted både for familier, par og gjenger. Felles oppholdsrom (stue og kjøkken) utgjør den store forskjellen ift å bo på hotell. I tillegg er beliggenheten genial, med 3 minutter […] til Matt Street, 4 minutter til stasjonen og kjøpesenteret rett utenfor døra. Prismessig kommer du også bedre ut enn ved hotell med tilsvarende standard. Reiser 3-4 ganger til Liverpool i året, og bor på Bridgestreet så sant det er ledig! Lesa meira
